Never again. Unprofessional is an understatement. I went in on a Sunday around 5pm. There were 4 techs working. One lady had been waiting she said for an hour. I needed my nails done so I decided to wait. About 30 to 40 minutes after I was waiting another patron came in. She said she needed one nail repaired. The lady who was there before me was seated and started getting her nails done. After she finished, T, the tech proceeded to get up, buff and shape his nails, then leave. I asked him if hed be doing my nails...and he tells me he has a wedding and the other techs could do them because they were almost done with their clients. I asked how long...15 minutes. He then left. So I waited( Big mistake. I should have left). I did get seated about 15 minutes later. One tech started my toes, while another started on my hands. The one on my nails applied some remover and proceeded to do the nails of the woman who said she wanted one repair. My toes are completed...and without a word the tech who did my toes packs her things and leaves. So Im like...who is going to do my nails? The tech who started mine...was doing a complete fill-in and design on the customer who originally stated she just had one repair. Really??? Id been there at this point 2 hours without complete service. The customer who wanted one repair (and came about 40 minutes after me) should have had to wait if she changed her mind about what she wanted. The tech kept telling me to wait 2 minutes...no Im done. I paid for my toes and left. I will NEVER patronize this place again.

The lady that did my toe polish rushed and had my feet looking a mess, but the one that did my nails did a bomb job. I love my nails!

Ive only been going to this shop 2 months or less & every experience is wonderful! Diamond slayed my nails and took her time. She also has a kind spirit! I also received my pedicures from Li and she is on point.

It’s a hit and miss on who will do your nails especially your pedi. I have tried to go be frequent customer but every time I come it’s a problem of not listening to what I asked for they do it how they want to .Also, i understand if you want to talk to your friends, family, and customers but if you can’t talk and stay focus on your task then you should not be working on and blanking the customer on your mistake …do not recommend unless it’s a only and last place to get nails done but it will be a wait !

Its a no for me. I couldve done this at home. I got a manicure and all she did was clip my cuticles...and even then...barely. She literally touched my hands...and I paid. I want my money back!

Nails and toes were uneven. They messed up the paint and did not want to fix it. They wanted me to pay in the middle of my service. Everywhere else asks you to pay after they have completed the service not in the middle of it. Will not be back.

If I could give half a star I would. I had fills done twice here. Each time I had to go back a week later because a nail was falling off. The first time I paid for an early fill. The second time I told the boy in charge that claims his name is T. I shouldnt have to get my fills early again because a nail has fallen off. He was arrogant and rude until I mentioned the better business bureau. They repaired the one nail. I will never do business with them again.

Absolutely loved this place. Moved from Cali a month ago and came here to get my nails done. Felt like home. T did my nails and Diamond my pedi. Both very good at what they do. Highly recommend.

I like that they have plastic liners for pedicure basins. That helped can my anxiety about contacting someone elses foot or toe fungus. I wish the Polish selection was better.

Hands down the BEST (non-flashy) nail salon in Atlanta. Ive been going every 2 weeks for 3yrs now. I get compliments with EVERY manicure (gel) and/or pedicure!!! Diamond is the BEST! Great attention to detail and customer service. If there is something you want special or different they try their best to accommodate you. E.g. If you want to soak your feet longer...no problemMy daughter also goes to T for her manicures and Diamond for her peticure. She recommended them to me and I go nowhere else!!

THEY ARE THE WORST!!! I went for SNS and a pedicure and got nothing at all. After an hour of soaking my nails, I still have SNS on them. The lady didnt know how to get it off which lead me to believe she definitely couldnt put it on. I told her i didnt want my nails or ties done and she said itll be $5 for the soak off and i said wait on it! How can you charge me for a soak of when you didnt soak anything off! BEWARE...They arent friendly and dont know what their doing!

The first time I went I was cut on two fingers from the lady who did an overlay of my natural nails with the drill and was reluctant to visiting them again. I didnt want what I had saw all on the news about nail salons and the dangers of them not cleaning or sterilization of their instruments so upon my second visit I told the woman what had occurred during my visit and she immediately apologized and was very gental with my fill two weeks after. I was pleased with the way she reshaped my nails. I received a lot of compliments on my nails.I made sure I washed my hands and kept the cuts clean while it healed because it almost prevented me from returning. I tried this location because theyre convenient to me and I was told that they were good with nails. I still will be visiting them and recommend their service.

Went there last Monday afternoon as of today I have 4 nails still on they just popped off. My nails are thin and my polish lumpy. The polish chipped off the next day. The tech who did my nails was RUDE. My boyfriend walked in to pay for my nails they acted as if he was gone Rob the place or something. The guy who did my pedicure kept saying everything was extra. Pedicure only includes soaking your feet in water them polishing your nails. . Never will I ever go back to this place.

Ive been going to Diamond since they touched down in the plaza... Omg... Love, love, love the shop... Very warm environment... Clean... Always gets me right (fingers, toes, and wax)... Hell, I go to sleep and wake up then BOOM ... beautiful and done awesome...Havent been to anyone else in at least 5 years... As I recommend everyone I know to try them out... (Anyone in the shop)... (Now my mom, cousins, and a host of homegirls) frequent them also... Definitly a must try if your in the Decatur area...!!! Wish I could give them more stars but its only 5...

They have great customer service and so many new gel colors to choose from I love coming here for my gel manicure and pedicure! And when u talk about the safety of your natural nails they are my #1 in that category!

Did farely well with my pedi. I walked in and was tended to immediately. I do miss good ole fashion pedis with the foamy water, that were longer, and where they actually let your feet soak well but that seems to be nonexistent despite where I go. Id definitely come again. A bit warmer of an atmosphere would get this place 5 stars. When I see spa Im expecting a certain ambiance. This was pretty much just a nail salon... but a decent one.
