Today was my first time visiting this salon and I must say I’m very impressed. The young lady did a very excellent job on my gel manicure and I also got the deluxe pedicure. A bit pricey but overall you get what you pay for. Safe to say since I’ve been to Georgia which July made a year this has been the best one. She knew exactly how to shape my nails without no problem. I left feeling happy and not just like I wasted $100 for nothing. I will be going there from now on, finally found a spot .

This place used to be the best around the time when I was in high school & at the start of college (2016). Had the best workers! It was so lively too. Also they’re not being truthful about prices, they better update that website.

I dont live in the neighborhood, but I was visiting a friend in the neighborhood. Needing a pedicure that provides good service is always a challenge. I was very pleased with my service, and great job

I was just driving by and saw the location, so I decided to get a pedicure. It was a small older place but I figured you can’t do bad just for a pedicure. But looks can be deceiving. They were great. There was no wait and they follow the Covid protocols. I don’t know my technicians name but she was friendly and gentle. She made me feel very relaxed and took her time. She took care of my feet and legs as if I were in a spa. When I am in the area again I will definitely come back.

Came to repair nails another salon messed up. The first red flag was asking me to pay first... which btw 3 people walked in after me and they did not ask them to pay first. So I assume that they discriminate against young black women. None of the older women paid before their services, in fact, one older lady paid right before she walked out of the salon. Second issue, When trying to explain the shape that I wanted ( the same shape as the other nails that didn’t need to be fixed) the lady told me I can file the nails myself because she was doing it wrong... wow .... when she was done the 5 nails that she repaired looked like baby nails on an adult hand. Amy tried to fix the problem... well, the end result is that all of my nails are different shapes and the acrylic is clumped on the underside of the nails. Bad shaping and acrylic application. I am a retired nail tech so I know bad nail services when I experience them. They are only still open because this community allows them to get away with discrimination and bad services. I will never come back and will be sure to share my experience with as many ears that will listen

I always get treated with respect but its only a select person that I go to all the time and she always do a bomb job on my nails

Prices arent displayed. The guy front left is unnecessarily aggressive. They have a mask rule they enforce. They add charges for things that are free everywhere else. Youre not required to wash your hands oddly. I wont be returning. Nor do i recommend.

Sophia was my nail tech. she did a wonderful job. she is very nice and listens to exactly what you want.

The owner was extremely rude and dismissive when explaining to me that they don’t use cash app as a method of payment. It wasn’t an issue for me because I had other cards to use. The owner raised his voice and was aggressive towards me and I was with my 10yr old and my 4yr old granddaughter...good thing they were in the restroom and washing hands. I had to ask the owner (a man) to stop speaking to me aggressively and he replied with cash app is a scam...as though I’m trying to scam them. I paid with another card but felt he could have communicated that much better as a business owner.

The quality of work and designs are flawless.Cons: no reservations and you just have to wait and you cannot ask for a time limit; also they don’t want you eating or drinking in there although you may be waiting 30-45mins

Surprisingly(CandlerRd.) the service is always excellent when I come social distancing is a plus they have the clear dividers an they take your temp. my tech is always thorough an good! Zillions of color choices my last tech visit was Ruby I think I will stick w her🥰

Manager is really very rude no customer service skills at all they are supposed to give you points everytime you come but what they tell you is if miss 30 days of not coming they delete all your points and the black owned businesses dnt do that my sister owns a nail salon and she looking to lease a new place I will be telling her to come to this plaza to show them what real customer service looks also will calling the health department because they werent using sanitizer utensils on me which is unacceptable

Very friendly staff but SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!This last visit really upset me. Came for SNS for the first time, heard of it for years & Ive seen several of my friends nails. The nail technician told me the first pic was normal.. dull, thick, misshapen, and white showing around the cuticle. I went back bc it was so ugly. She said the brand (Kiara Sky) was bad and thats how all purple, green, and oranges look. & If I wanted it to be shiny, Id have to get a gel top coat. She did that for free and the 2nd pic is the final result. Better but still not the quality of SNS Ive seen everywhere.

It was great really. The only issue was I just kept getting stared at about my feet because I’m a recovering diabetic and my toe is dark

Don’t come here, they are hella limited & ghetto with payment method. They don’t give you numbers when there is a wait instead shout “Next one” leaving it to guest to figure it out. The quality of nails is TERRIBLE ! I don’t think hardly anyone in there is licensed & most of them only do toes. Been going here off & on for years & today makes that off permanent !

I’m not the type to post reviews but I have to say that this is the best nail salon that I have found in my area. My nails are perfectly shaped, thin, and smooth. The prices are very affordable as well for every service. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will be going there again.

Every time I go, I have a great experience! Its walk-in only. So, dont try to call ahead. The older man (I dont know his name) gives THE BEST foot massages! And my nails (SNS) look great and last long no matter who does them, and the price is great. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I recommend the whole service they provide, NAILS LUV & SPA on Candler Rd behind the Churchs and Burger King. My daughter just got her individual lashes done and they were immaculate. Kim is my nail technician and Vincent is hers. Kim did her lashes. This is the first nail shop that I felt warmth and satisfaction. I love the whole shop. They aim to please.

This was my 3rd time in here. I always have a good laugh with Vincent and Kevin! They are quick and give you quality work! I get my lashes done here too and she does a great job! They last a whole month. I will continue to come back!

I only gave it four stars because they didn’t run my foot soak right away. The lady who did my feet totally redeemed because she did an awesome job. I love it and the color is so pretty

They were clean, efficient, and quick. 2 pedicures, a full set, an eyebrow wax, and 2 childrens hand polishes- all under an hour. We all walked out more than satisfied with their work as well.

I have been an loyal customer for 5years and have seen this place grow to the success it is today. The nail techs there become friends. (Great customer service) Everyone I have ever referred there or beyond satisfied and continue to come back. Their work is excellent! I luv my nails and I get compliments ever where I go. This nail salon completely overcharges. I got a full set with gel polish and asked for glitter. They had to take off my old nails ($5) and they charged me for length when my nails weren’t long at all. They charged me 20 more dollars for the glitter. The total for my nails came to $70. I do not recommend going here whatsoever because they will finesse.Return To Owners Response:I was told the price after my nail tech had began to shape my nails. Like I said, this nail salon OVER CHARGES. There is no reason my full set should have came to SEVENTY dollars.

The worst ever I told the guy three times I wanted him to stop cutting my toenails. He ignored me and my toe nail was damaged. The lady tried to fix it by repainting them but the damage was done. Get some people who listens.

This place is great!! I had been searching because my nail tech left the shop she was at. I had tried three nail shops and they all sucked. I read reviews about Nails Luv & Spa and decided to give them a go. Best decision. Jenny and Kim are amazing!!! Jenny did my nails and Kim did my toes and eyebrows. Everything was done perfectly. They listened to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable!! I now have a new nail shop as I will continue to go and refer others that I know!!!

Great quality work however customer service from the owning (older Asian man) is horrible. He makes me never wanna come back & my whole family comes here. He throws out new prices each time.I also got a FILL IN and the same day 2 nails broke, next 2 days 2 more... so I broke them ALL off b/c he charged me $5/nail repair each 🙄 Never Again

Ive patronized this place countless amount of times over the last 5 years.The service use to be exceptional. But over the year things have changed for the worst .I went in on 4/19/2019.i requested a fill in and pedicure..My toes were done great pedicure cheap gel polish ...my gel polish peeled off by 4/21/2019 ..while getting my nails done I wanted gel polish $15,a fill in $13, nail repair $3, and shape change $5. My total should have been $36 for my nails but he insisted they were $50 due to the length( short ) which confused me because I got a fill in.I will never return to this place the service was horrible and the prices are never the same and when questioned they automatically get an attitude!!

Vincent is the BEST! He takes his time and will keep you posted if it is going to take longer on the customer before you than expected. Try to be his first for he has a waiting list for people wanting him to do their nails and feet.

The location is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The wait wasn’t long at all. I was in and out within 30-40 min for a deluxe pedicure. Love my toes. I will be returning.

I got the SNS nails and I was done within an hour and15 minutes. They were quick and efficient. This Saturday was very crowded,so that was great to not to be there all day for nails.

This review is just for my pedicure. First off they open at noon on sunday but opened a little earlier since customers were there by 11:30 . Thats true customer appreciation. Judy did really well I stubbed my big toe and she reconstructed it like it was never damaged. She pays close attention to detail. I will definitely return

Very poor customer service. They dont care about taking care of their customers. The location is convenient for me but I always have a bad experience. The manager would not speak to me to hear and attempt to address my concerns.To add to my original post I honestly dont know the shops prices. I always get SNS, pedicure and my eyebrows done. I always tip. I was told on 6-20-19 that I had to pay $5 more to have the SNS removed from my natural nails before they would redo them. When I tried to get a better understanding the technician told me I could go next door to the beauty supply store and buy the supplies to remove it myself. I was very taken aback and asked to speak to the manager. They had a conversation in there language so I couldnt understand what they were saying. The manager didnt even acknowledge me. I have found another nail shop that provides quality work and customer service. Advice to you, increase your prices if you need to. The customers who like your service will not mind. Treat people with respect. You are providing a service we are paying for and can easily go somewhere else. The manager did finally speak to me but he was very rude. He treated me like I wanted something for free when all I wanted was to have a nice experience. Getting my nails done is a luxury that I pay for. I will not pay to be treated rudely.

If you’re coming here for a pedicure, don’t. Especially if you want want polish. The white polish they use is very cheap and looks like white out. It also chipped less than 12 hours later. I came the next day and one of the staff members had a very smart mouth when I told him about my experience. Ended up leaving because I believe they were deliberately taking a very long time to finish with the customer. Go elsewhere!!

Kevin the owner is very arrogant he has lost a lot of his workers who were really good because of his personality it really stinks. Errors can be made on his staff behalf and if you tell him about it or want to speak on it hes not professional in handling situations. He has a very very conceited arrogant chauvinist attitude and he has lost a lot of customers and some valuable workers

There is no reason we should still be going to Asian shops and be treated rude and disrespectful. Esp when they do it in their language. We had no choice back in the day but now there are better options. At least youll get the exact shape and polish you ask for with no attitude. Times are changing.

This nail salon gives me and my child who is 5 and a hard time every time I come. I spend over $100 every trip and they treat us so nasty. Nails are always good but they are so rude the owners wife especially. Came for a gel pedi and full set didn’t even get my nails done because they were so rude to my 5 year old because she wanted more than 1 color on her nails.

I went in to get a fill in and pedicure. I had my daughter with me who was taking a nap. A pregnant woman who worked there refused to serve me because I had my daughter with me. She also gestered me away with her emery board.She was rude and berating. Ive never been more disrespected in my life. I will not return and neither should you.
