Ken and Tina are awesome. Their staff are friendly too. Be prepared to wait,but its worth it.

Went on my lunch hour, fast service, nails look great and wonderful price. I will definitely be back. I have referred several co workers to Nail Spa after my great experience.

This place sucks! They do a decent job but they dont care about new customers only their regulars. Today was my second time going there and I waited then two big bird looking woman said we back and sat down and started to be worked on. I just got up and left.

I left my office on a break on Friday to get my nails done. I paid for a simple gel manicure and the #1 pedicure treatment. Two days later, my right thumb nail began to chip at the corner - the polish was peeling. Today is Wednesday and now FOUR nails are peeling. Unexceptable. I left work on a break to get them repaired and received no apology. I was told there were three people ahead of me, so I stated I would return tomorrow. The lack of concern for a poor nail job that should NOT chip has prompted me to write this poor review, AND once my nails are repaired, never return to this salon EVER again! Ive never had a gel manicure chip and see the polish literally begin to peel.

This place has no customer service skills at all. First of all how do you cut someone and act as if you dont see the blood. Second the nail polish is so old. Left my nails a mess. I took my patient and she is old and when one tech told the other to repair my patient nail the tech said no shell be okay. And not to offer a discount to a senior is crazy. I will never give them a dime again. I rather drive further and give more money before dealing with this rachet place.

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I have tried other nail salons closer to home. I always return. Professional, clean, pleasant atmoshere. The service is great.

I havent gotten my nails done in a long time, and decided to give this place a chance. The wait time was ok but the nail tech cut my skin on the nail drill. I was so upset and just wanted to walk out, but since he started I just let him finish...he was working too fast and not being careful....he apologized and I asked him if they disinfect their tools...he said they did...so I felt better and also know no virus can live on innate objects for long. My finger still hurt and had to settle on clear nail polish and had the rest of my nails polished except the one that hurt....it also took them a long time to check me out...I told them that I wouldnt be paying full price since I was cut and the manager acted like it was no big deal and he even became upset with me (you were the one who did sloppy work)....they granted my discount...and Im never coming back...and you shouldnt go there either...I suggest going to a higher priced salon...I cant speak for all nail salons...but DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE!

Ive never had to complain about bad service before, but this place is God AWFUL. Everyone of the employees seemed as if they were annoyed with us having come in. We werent greeted at all. I paid $10 for a manicure, which isnt too bad, but the girl doing it was so RUDE! She didnt speak aside from short demands as to what to do next. Soak You can go dry your nails. She wore headphones the entire time.The woman working with my mother was not much better. She asked Is that your daughter? When my mother said yes, she responded The way you two talk I would have thought you were friends.She said another sly comment insinuating I didnt respect my mother. This was based off of our joking about colors of polish.The only person who wasnt rude was the woman who did my eybrows.Overall, they were rude, unprofessional, and did mediocre work. I would NOT recommend this place.

First and last time visiting the Nail Spa in North Dekalb Mall. Never been a complainer or a person to spark conflict. The nail technician there started a problem. Just a very nasty attitude all because they didnt have what I wanted. I came in and asked for colored gel nails / colored acrillic nails. The 1st guy gave me a colored palette and told me to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes later the nail tech came and asked if I wanted a fill in, i said yes, are these the colors for the colored acrillic? he told me those were the gel nail colors. I was like, do you have the colored acrillic? he asked why do you want that? and i told him that is what I wanted, not the pink and white that were already on my nails. he then proceeded to get louder and louder causing a scene at the shop. So he then said ill mix powder for you, what color you want? so i pointed to the neutral color on the pallet and he got an attitude that color?!? so he then picked a color from the basket full of colored powder and picked out this metallic orange color. I said not that color. Then he told me to go to the basket myself and pick what I wanted. MYSELF?! REALLY?! Very disrespectful and rude. I told him no thank you and walked out, and he tossed the color aside. First impressions are lasting ones.

They nail work is horrible. Then they dont have any good polish only gel but i only get gel every once in a while because of the chemicals.

The nail techs plural doesnt do a good job with your nails for the money you which is a full set $20 too much for crappy work my nails arent flat and neat it looks like I need a manicure because she didnt detail my nails and my Polish is weak the nail clippings are uneven and not shaped completely dont come to this salon they do bad toe nails too mind you this was my second time going
