The workers are fun, cool, and keep it real. Im not one who go every 2 weeks, but when I show up they get the job done. They also do good on eye brows. I have been going here for years. Their prices are the best. I only go to Mimi or Keke!

I have been going here for the past 7 years since moving nearby and have never received bad service.....until today. I arrived at 250pm and was told to sit in any pedicure spa seat. I sat there for about 15 minutes until finally a worker put the protective basin bag in and ran the water for soaking. Needless to say I patiently soaked for 45 minutes and not one person came to say anything to me as I waited.....did if forget to mention it was not crowded at ALL. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes I ask for a towel and and the worker retrieved the towel, passed it to me, and continued his conversation on the phone. The two worker doing pedicures looked at me as if to say Bye and continued scrubbing their clients feet. Im really disappointed because the lady who is like a supervisor of all the workers greeted me when I walked in, even asked me where my daughter was (which let me know she knew who I was). Oh well you guys lost a loyal customer. Its sad because I always try to speak highly of this salon when others talk down about Nail Art. Oh well....

I had the nail tech Tony I believe? He may be the owner actually... Do my nails but they were so perfect. He spent time and attention to detail and gave me the most glorious green claws I could ever have asked for.

Very convenient, staff friendly....they could use a renovation inside...they get plenty customers its time to update the inside

My favorite place to go. If I cant get serviced here Ill wait. Been goimg here for 9 years. Customer service is great, they are funny and friendly and get you in and out as fast as they can. Note they are good and stay busy so choose your time wisely or prepare to wait.

I paid $50 for my nails. Kim was my tech. I love the color but I hate my nails. They are uneven and she knew it thats why it took almost 70 minutes to finish. I wanted the ombre nails. You know the clear with a blue fade. Clearly its not what I got. My nails look like huge bubbles. I hate them even though I was satisfied with the color or just tired of sitting there, I started to pay close attention to my nails and noticed they are completely uneven. You cant really see it through the pictures though. I wouldnt recommend them if you want the ombre nails. The guy at the desk had the worst attitude Ive seen at a nail shop. I give them 2 stars for overall experience.

Customer service/interaction needs to be better. I was visiting GA, and decided to have my a pedi here- since i was staying in the area and they were close.The experience was not great and it was dirty as I started to look around.I will say, the guy you put the acrylic on my toes, was quick and profient ( he was also humorous). Price was ok. The rest of my feet just was just not done well. ** Will not be returning!

In there all of 10 mins and they rushed my feet. Then say it’s because they are closed. Well the website says you close at 8. Why take me in if you don’t want to provide full service? Yet you still charge me full price!

Cleans and spray properly. They also use tub liners. Customer Service good. My nail and my Granddaughter are great 👍 I left a facility on Flats Shoals Parkway by Sonics who use WINDEX AS A CLEANER. As soon they spread she was rinse as she sprayed I watch the lady get up and NO INSTRUMENTS WERE STERILIZE NOTHING . I WALKED OUT

Prices are too high I dont know why everything went up so high

Tony the owner very thought it was appropriate to say inappropriate things to while receiving service this place has poor customer service bad attitude and we in the community need to stop giving them our money will never be back horrible experience

My nail tech spent detailed time on my nails. Thoughtful caring and my nails turned out beautiful. The location is sketch so be careful but the place itself was very comfortable and cozy

I was seated immedialty just to be left there for 15 minutes while the water ran cold. I have no clue what the ladies name is buy she could barely understand me, did not file my toes, and the polish looks like my niece did it. I only gave a 2nd star because its clean other than that service sucks....and its a Monday.

Ive been going to Mimi for 13 years. She is great. She takes her time to get it right. Henry, Tony, and Vincent are also great. Great value for what you get. They have a small staff so you have to be flexible with your time to enjoy the great prices.

If you want your nails to look right and last long. You need to see Henry. Very funny and make sure you leave with a smile and nails looking good. Hes a great person and not in it just for the money. Henry the best!

This salon has great prices: $15 for basic pedicure and $20 for a spa pedicure.I’m not sure how this nail salon is on a typical basis but on Friday 3/29/19 I was not very impressed. The nail tech was very rough with my feet. She nicked my big toe. She was rushing to get to another client.Also, instead of a warm towel she used the blue towel from the bowl to finish my pedicure. Then she proceedwd to she used a towel to wipe the bowl and the area. Not very sanitary.You really get what you pay for.

This is my first time here and I am very disappointed in the service. I came in on a Saturday at 3:30 for a color change for my toes. they sent 2 people who were getting pedicures before me and when I told them they said keep waiting. I dont understand why someone with a pedicure would go before someone with a color change considering I was here first. I will give them another chance because people I know have been here before but my advice is come on a weekday or when you have absolutely nothing else to do.

Henry is amazing! My nails look great EVERY TIME and all for a great price! Hes professional and fair with price! Hes VERY popular so come during the week.

The $15 pedicure is exactly what it is. You get what you pay for. Additionally, there was no order of service. After I get my peddy I waited an extra to get a fill-in. Never again this place is horrible. For the most part, they dont know how to do nails in Georgia period.

They need to practice better hygiene practices when it comes to cleaning the pedicure bowls. I walked out when I saw them take some type of spray and sprayed the bowl and brushed it a couple of times with a toilet brush. they ran the water and asked me to come over to step in. I gathered my things and walked out. Will not return. This is how customers get sick.

Went here about 3weeks ago. i will never go there again. they are extremely rude, they talk about you the whole time your there, all they do is stare and laugh. they are not friendly at all. they dont have any designs and dont try to do anything you want or suggest, they try and give you a design that they give everyone. and i asked for gel and they tried to cheat me by giving me acrylic.DO NOT GO THERE!!

Try not to complain about service. They will not want to do your feet after. Would not recommend you going there as they are not the friendliest.

I have a regular shop but it was late and this hot trash place was near my house, i showed the guy a picture and said i can do it then he changes his mind when its time to paint. He lied ans was trying get more money out of me i just let him paint and i left, i will never come back they have bad customer service and they just want lie get more money. The guy I had with long eyebrows took another nail tip and shoved it under my acrylic to get it off. When he went to paint my nails, some coats were left sheer and just plain out ugly. So this review isnt for the nail salon but just for that one guy.

This place is HORRIBLE. I had just gotten my nails done there for the first time ever and the polish started chipping after 4 days and it was gel nails. I went back for someone to fix it and the owner Ms. Kim was the most disrespectful person Ive ever done business with. She tells me that even though the polish was faulty, if I wanted something I would have to pay, so I told her we could proceed with the original color I had. What pissed me off was the fact that she told me I had been in her establishment multiple times changing out my nail color. When I tried to explain to her that she had me confused with someone else because that was my second time EVER coming in there, she continued to taunt me, call me a liar, told me that black people skin was dryer than Asians and so they dont have to use certain products, then asked to take a picture of me; I guess to send to other people. Im not a rude disrespectful woman by no stretch of the imagination however this fowl woman almost made me come out character on her especially after the fact she told me if my nails mess up again not to come back to her shop and that Atlanta has 5000 other shops I could go to. Talking about no type of customer service
