As far as shipping and receiving was concerned I would say they were o.k., but as a driver, I arrived to pick up a load and after driving 2 hrs to get there, I had to use the bathroom (it was an emergency). I kindly asked the receptionist for receiving if I could use the rest room because there was no port a potties, or access to a bathroom outside and right when you walk in to check in theres a break room to the right. I was informed that she doesnt have a key to the break room and they dont offer drivers a facility to use the bathroom. I know that covid 19 is around but you dont seem too worried about it since no one in your office is wearing a mask (there was at least 3 people in there) I know you had a key you didnt have to lie about it....

OTR driver here. Came to pickup here. Arrived 10 minutes before my dispatched appointment time on a Friday. They were closed and they are closed all weekend. Im being paid for all my time here, just beware not open on weekends. Also ovnp they do not have but when businesses on the street are closed which this one is at the end of dead end with truck circle you can turn around at, I observed a couple trucks parked ovnp as I did, but the Pilot is like 2 miles away. Just sharing info is all. Basically their a day time hours Mon thru Fri. business, with close to business office hours, and again Closed on Weekends.
