I found this place last minute so I decided to contact the business to make an appointment to get an express detail on my Jeep. Rocky responded to my email quick and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. As a new mom, it’s been hard to find balance so I was glad I was able to drop my car off while I was at work & get it cleaned. It took less than 2 hours to get my car fully washed & cleaned, both exterior & interior. Rocky did a fantastic job my Jeep looks brand new. He’s also very nice and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend. My fiancé will also bring his car to get detailed as well. Definitely gained a new customer :)

They did an excellent job on my old sedan. It was full of dust, fast food crumbs, and fur (I have a fluffy white cat that gets on everything, even if he never rides in the car). Maybe 90 minutes later, they gave it back to me sparkling and smelling new.I was concerned because other reviewers said it was hard to get to, but really the place is just tucked behind Oak Grove Market, past a small cafe. Turn off Oak Grove Drive and follow the helpful signs and youll be fine. The manager (maybe owner) came right out when I drove up.It was all-in-all a good experience.

I visited Rockys Auto Spa for the first time on 1/14/21 for a Level 2 Detailing Package. On the way there, my Check Tire Pressure light came on, but Rocky was so kind to put air in my tires, causing the light to go off! I am very satisfied with the customer service and detailing results! Rocky and the employees did a great job on my car. I will return and bought my dad a gift card for service.

I brought in a vehicle I was selling to get cleaned from top to bottom. The car looked nearly brand new after the 4 hour package. I will be coming back.

Wow, they did a great job for a very reasonable price, and the employees were very professional and friendly. The waiting area was clean with complimentary beverages, and they even have a little table you can sit at outside if its nice. Felt like they took their time to really do a good job getting the nooks and crannies inside, especially for how reasonable the cost is. Its located back behind other buildings though and the lack of really clear signage makes it easy to drive past.

Despite being pretty busy on a Saturday, Rocky and his crew had my car done in 30 minutes. They did a great job on just an exterior wash and the best part was getting to wait in their comfortable waiting chairs with free wifi. They may be tough to find since the building is tucked behind other buildings. But it is definitely the place to go in Decatur. They also do emissions.

Rockys has excellent service and the best prices I could find on the Eastside. I shopped three different places. Rocky himself, not one of his employees, did my car and managed to restore it to that new car smell kind of clean! My vehicle was heavily soiled, with hardened on crud and an almost non-existent clear coat, not to mention old carpet and some stubborn stains on the carpet. I purchased Rockys highest package and also needed some mats for my vehicle, which he threw in at no extra charge! He really goes the extra mile and I will not be taking my vehicles to anyone else. He even did the headlights, all for $200!Bottom line: you wont find better service, more thorough detailing, or more affordable pricing anywhere nearby.

Just got my Hyundai Tucson cleaned here. The service was super smooth and easy. I have a husky pet at home and all of her fur was all over my car previously. These guys cleaned the interiors so well that it looks as good as new now! Ill definitely be coming here again! Wonderful service!

Very nice employees who are personable and easy to engage with. That was the first thing I noticed and I was super pleased with that. Their customer service is awesome!I dropped my car off for a $35 detail job. I think for that one they wipe down the interior and vacuum, and wipe down the exterior too and polish the tires. When I picked my car up, I could tell those things had been done but the job appeared a little hurried. I noticed a number of missed spots in my car where it had not been wiped down very well or vacuumed thoroughly. The overall job was still pretty good, but upon getting home I had to do a little more work to cover spots that they had missed.Next time I will communicate which areas I would like to have more attention given to so that areas arent missed. I would still definitely go again. They are obviously a great company and I do think they aim for good results with each detailing they do, but I was a little disappointed to see as many missed spots as I did. I still recommend them, though. Like I said, good company with great customer service. Check them out, for sure.

I am extremely impressed at the customer service and job well done. Not only was my car immaculate but the staff was so kind. When I left something in my car malfunctioned and to make things right they refunded me. I am pretty sure it was just a coincidence, but it was extremely kind to grant the refund anyway. Rocky was very communicative through email, making dropping my car off very easy. The work that was done was top notch, removing baked on tree sap and polishing my car to great finish. The interior of my car was cleaned and restored to terrific deep black. This is a fantastic place to have your car detailed.

I had a fantastic experience with the detail job on my van at Rockys Auto Spa. There was one small issue which they were quick to correct for me once I pointed it out. They truly transformed my van and left it spick and span, I will definitely be coming back again!

Can I just say customer service was AMAZING!! After reading all the reviews, it was mainly regarding car detailing (all great reviews, btw) but I was still a bit skeptical about purchasing a car from here since there werent any reviews. Drove 4 hrs, out of state, to look at a vehicle and arrived 30 mins after closing time and he was still patient enough to wait and let me test drive and file all the paperwork! We got done around 7:30 pm! Not to mention, the car was just as expected! Drove back home with no problems! Thank you for such a smooth transaction! I highly recommend!

Brought in 11 year old car for a complete overhaul. They worked miracles. Cleaned years-old pollen from crevices, removed stains from upholstery.. It’s like driving a new car. Detailed, quality work and very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely take car back to Rocky’s on a regular basis from now on.

I had hard water damage and they were able to get 90% of it of with a nice wash, wax and polish! I noticed some very small marks a few days later, called up and they got me in ASAP to get the last few spots.Great service! I will be back and would recommend!

Rockys Rocks! My family and I are Hurricane Dorian evacuee refugees. I happened upon Rockys when I went to eat Mexican at the shopping center in front. I left my A5 (that had been badly neglected by its owner 😁) with Rocky for one hour, and now it looks brand new! Even my sister said the same, and now shes headed to Rockys with her car! If you are looking for nice service and a great looking car I highly recommend Rockys. Rocky and his crew did a beautiful wash (in/out) and wax of my car. The customer service was great and all of the employees were delightful. Theyre not pushy like many detailers and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt want/need. The little waiting room with coffee and wifi was also a nice quiet place to work while my car was being taken care of. This is now the only place in the area I will go for all of my cars washing and detailing needs.

I called earlier in the day to make sure they could detail my motorcycle and to confirm what time they closed, 5pm. I finished up a few things and then rode half an hour to get there. I arrived at 3:30pm to find the gate locked and closed. I called again and was informed that theyd closed early today. A complete waste of my time, and now Ill be caught in rush hour traffic for nothing.
