Whatever you do DO NOT let the new guy Mike cut your hair. He sprayed my entire head with SPRITZ just to do a sharp edge up and after washing my hair my line was way off. I’ll try the other barbers next time. Hopefully I can get a decent haircut
Went to this barbershop a few days ago and I must say the dude Patna will definitely be my new barber. Great conversation & great haircut.
So, I called in the morning, to inquire about a barber who was supposedly working at this location. The guy who answered the phone, didn’t even state his name, just the name of the business. Okay, I decided to continue with the call anyways.....Once I asked about the particular barber, all of a sudden I heard the sound of clippers, and he could no longer hear myself, hmmmmmm......I was going to inquire if they were any other barbers available, as my boyfriend is looking for a new barber and we wanted to know if we needed to make an appointment or if walkins were acceptable. Did I mention all he wanted was a simple Temp fade; so, nothing extravagant or intricate or any type of designs. He only wanted the temp fade & a lineup of his beard. Also, I wanted to know the current wait time because we would’ve headed to the shop, if there was a short wait time. I mean, it is a Friday after all. However, once the guy stated that he could no longer hear me, there was about 5 seconds of silence and then the call ended. (Btw I have an iPhone & anyone with an iPhone knows if a call is dropped, fails, or if someone in the conversation hangs up/ ends the call). I didn’t even get a chance to ask if HE WAS available today, if we could make an appointment, or if, as I stated, we could do a walk in.Poor customer service & unprofessional. He lost a potential customer. There are too many barbershops in the Atlanta area and surrounding cities. One would think, during these times, one would be more concerned with their overall professionalism and customer service. Especially, as these are the things that contributes to one’s business growth. With so many businesses now just trying to stay afloat, I would expect better, but that was my mistake.I guess I expected better due to the side of town, that the shop is located on, but hey it’s getting closer to Memorial Drive......soooooooo I guess I shouldn’t be surprised 🤷🏾♀️ I was not going to call back and hope that I was able to get someone else. Hopefully he’s not the owner. DO NOT patronize, if so Good luck! 😒😑
Hours say open at 9. Waited till 930 still no one.
Amazing experience. The barbers are dope!!
Attention to detail. Im always concerned going to a new barber, but based on what I experience and observed ALL the barbers here have pride in their work, and they do pay attention to the small detail. Resulting in neat/tight cuts, proper fades and (from what I saw) happy customers! Id be confident getting my hair cut by any barber here, fa sure!
If Potna is cutting then Clipper Kings Barbershop is the place to be. Best conversation & best haircut I’ve gotten in awhile. I will definitely be back!
This place was very clean and well maintained. Ramsey and his hair cutting skills are over the top
Potna will get you right every time ! He is a legend with the clippers. Go check him out. He will definitely bring you back to life!
Best cuts I can get in Atlanta, especially ask for Potnah
Good jobs guys!
1st things 1st this shop is too hood I went in & the lady or the shop manager asked did I have an appointment and I said no she proceeded to say who got next and then she said you can sit in her chair which is the young lady stationed next to the shop manager I asked what are your prices and can I get a lineup at that time the young lady that was doing my lineup never asked me my name Never engaged in a conversation with me she started to do my lineup and that was that very unprofessional she even proceeded to spray some type of mist & not one time did she even ask if that was OK pretty much my line is not cool and the customer service was never great she proceeded to engage in conversations with the other fellow barbers without asking me anything while lining my hair she even stopped to throw gloves around to a young lady across from her I would never come back to this shop thankful I’m professional and did not become rude I paid her & left Because I do know that hair grows back and I can go somewhere else... The barber I had was the young lady with glasses and a low-cut never again
Quality Haircut Decent Prices
Que Sharp at Clipper Kings gave our son a fantastic fade and kept an excellent attitude all while our picky (first time customer) son sat in his chair at close to and after closing time. Thanks for the positive vibe and great cut. V will be in to see you on the regular. Thanks again Que!
Que Sharp carved my face up like a thanksgiving turkey. I was on my way to a job interview so I just wanted to freshen up my tape line and what little facial hair I have. He did fine on my head, but for some reason he just kept digging the edge clippers into my face. I now have two very visible scars on my lip and chin, and I got razor bumps because he didn’t even hit me with aftershave. I told him about it after I put some on after I got home and it stung really bad cause there were open cuts. He offered me a full refund, then tried to give me $5 (I paid $15, 10 for the cut and a 5 tip) after making me wait an hour in the shop. I told him I paid 15 and he gave me ten. He also had some weird little gun on his hip. Idk if it was real, but it made me feel sketch and I deal with people with guns all the time. Why you bring that to work? He didn’t have it the day before. Lost a customer
I love my barber she cuts my hair exactly like I wanted and gives me a facial I Tim very well I love this place
Have the best Barber I love get my hair cut there
I took my son here to get his haircut for school pictures. We went to Genno and I must say that he certainly took his time (almost too long) but he tried his best to get the cut we wanted. I would say that the work he did was decent.
BEST PLACE FOR HAITCUT IF U GO TO DONNJAY!! HE IS SUPER LIT!! Will give u the haircut u want. Went here first time. Totally satisfied love this place. Totally coming back
Decent option if you need a quick cut. There is a young guy there named Mark. He is precise and meticulous and a great option (took my son to him).
Mark is the best kept secret in this shop. He cuts my sons hair so clean and sharp. If you’re in the area you have to give him a try.
The lady who cut my son hair didnt know what she was doing.
Don’t go to the fat light skin alabama fan guy in the back of the shop HE WILL MESS YOUR HAIR UP. I had a cool Afro and I asked him to shape it up and he cut it off and made it so uneven.
Clean shop and got a really sharp cut.
THE BEST BARBER SHOP EVER! REE IS A GREAT BARBER THE GIRL WITH THE DREADS HOOKED ME UP!
I received an absolute disaster of a haircut at Great Clips. I stopped by here to see if they could do anything to help fix it, and they actually turned into something that looked good (which was a miracle, given how bad the original haircut was). A great experience, thank you!
Niya is probably the best barber I’ve ever had. She is professional, personal, and amazing at cutting hair. She definitely earned a customer for life in me. Thanks Niya!
$25 for only a fade that was poorly blended. I don’t even want to know how much a full cut would have costed. Ask for the price upfront before you get sticker shock.
Great service here. Pinto (plz forgive me if I got that wrg) is the best. I feel compelled to tip simply becuz Im overwhelmed with the cut & Pintos genuine desire to please his customer. Recently moved to the area but feel extremely lucky to have discovered this spot.
Went by this location twice and theyre never open when they say they are supposed to be
Clipper has one of the best female barbers in atlanta.ask for niya and she will handle all your barbering needs.great Customer service and atmosphere.
A very good vibe here some great barbers there very professional
Great barbers neat and clean
Good barbers. Could be abit more cleaner with sweeping up the hair on the floor.
Pitto the second to last guy on the left of the barbershop cut my hair. He did an absolutely horrible job on my haircut. So bad that I had to get another haircut. DO NOT GO HERE STAY AWAY
Use to be a good place but now not so much.
Stay away! Unprofessional and rude. I was a new walk in customer and no one ever even a knowledged me. I lwalked out about 15 minutes later and they never said a word.
Always get my order right.!
Lots of barbers, my son told them what he wanted in his cut and they still flopped
Great place an great barbers in there...
