I stop at the Decatur location weekly to have my oil checked and topped off and they are all very thorough in checking my tire pressure and all other fluids. They were a few minutes from closing once and an employee came outside after the doors were closed, checked my oil and went in to get some to top me off. The young men that work there are professional, polite, respectful, and always treat me wonderfully

There were only two employees with both bays open. They said that but assured they would get me taken care of. It took a little longer than normal but the staff was very nice and as efficient as possible

They did a good job. They have changed ownership since last there, prices have increased. Hopefully with time they will become more price competitive. They need to change the name on sign to their business.

Very impressed. I stopped in on my way home to VA and got an oil change. Literally the fastest service I think I have ever had. Most shops want to hum-haw around and talk to each other, nope not these guys. I will be returning again!

Got an oil change and it seemed to be Quik. More importantly all of personnel were friendly, courteous and professional.

I dont have personal experience with this company but my mother and sister do. This past week they both asked me to change there oil to save a little money, upon doing so I noticed at least a quart and a half less then should of been in both vehicles and the oil filter date written on them was from May when they had supposedly changed it in August. Sounds to me that they were paying for way more then what they were getting! If there was a way to put less then a star on this rating I would have!

To start with no kinda customer service skills at all kinda a I dont care if you are here or not I offered to pay before I left my car and was told you have to pay after we service it which I thought was odd and I soon found out why 53 bucks for an oil change is a bit extreme I mean 35 would be high If I would have been able to pay before I would have said no thank you and if I am going to pay that much at least be nice and explain why I cant pay ahead of time.
