Quantum Mechanics is an excellent shop. I have a Genesis G80. I had the unfortunate experience of having my transmission fail. They worked well with the warranty company. They stayed on top of them and ensured parts were delivered and contacted continuously throughout the process. They are a customer oriented business. They went above and beyond on this transmission replacement. I highly recommend Quantum Mechanics. I worked with Charla and she was wonderful. Everyone else was nice and competent as well.

First off this place is awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable technicians. The technicians know when an issue is greater than their know-how and readily admit it instead of breaking your car. But what I like most about Quantum Mechanics is the communication from the service managers, front desk professionals and the technicians. It is all top notch!

First time. Went in for an oil change and a diagnostic on some wear on my tires possibly due to mis-alignment. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly, the car was done quickly and my diagnostic was clearly explained along with the estimated cost to repair. I was able to get a loaner as well.Super happy with the service all around.

I have been using Quantum Mechanics to service my 2000 ForeRunner since 2006. They are very professional, organized, great customer service, and do great work keeping my car in working order and identifying things that may need attention in the future so I can plan ahead. Definitely recommend. They are a little on the pricier side, but the service they provide is worth it.

Had a great experience with Quantum Mechanics. Our old Audi needed a check up and oil change and we were new to the area so I decided to thy them based on their outstanding reviews. I will add my 5 stars! They did a thorough job, it was reasonably priced and they clearly explained what might need replacement in the future without any sales pressure. The entire staff is genuinely friendly and it is a great comfort knowing I have a place to responsibly service my old car without getting fleeced!

I have been bringing our Honda Civic to quantum for well over 5 years now. Every experience is phenomenal. They’re communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. They are very candid about what needs to be preformed on the car and never try’s to preform unnecessary maintenance. I love these guys! They are so honest that sometimes they have just sent me home with a minimal charge when there was no issue but normal maintenance. I was traveling back home to Florida when the brakes on my Honda Civic started acting up. Decided to stop for the night in Atlanta to be safe and started calling mechanics first thing the next morning. Quantum Mechanics was the only shop willing to take me on short notice, and this despite not typically working on my type of car. The lady was so kind and said she understood I was stuck and would do everything she could to get me in. They worked me in that afternoon and had my car back to me in less than 24 hours. Replaced the back brakes, the timing belt and did some tune ups. And all for a more than fair price! Everyone in my family said that was the most fair price theyd heard for what we done. They gave me a list of things to be aware of over the next few months but focused primarily on getting me safely back on the road as soon as possible without any unnecessary work. A month and a half later, everything is still running great and safe. The Christmas card I received was also a nice touch.

I have a 2008 Toyota Prius that I inherited from my father in 2015...The only repairs that I had done to the car were the basic maintenance ( oil changes, tune ups, tires, etc. ), and DIYs that I researched on my own...Last Friday, the check engine light came on along with the ABS light during a trip to work....I had a list of repair shops that I had in mind to go to...A friend suggested one of the shops on my list...I followed the shops protocol to email a request for an appointment ( service needed in the next 48 hrs it said on the site )...The next available day and time was Tuesday at 10am...The shop did not phone and/or email me a confirmation for an appointment....Tuesday at 9am, I called the shop and the usual conversational exchange ensued...They told me that they had an unexpected overload of business and to schedule an appointment for following week..So, I made the appointment for that following Tuesday....I hung up the phone, needless to say, I was disappointed...Maybe two minutes went by and I called Quantum Mechanics....Philip answered, and my dilemma improved immediately from there !!! I was able to bring the car in within hours...Philip was detailed in explaining their procedures of what they do to evaluate the specifics of your car, and Cody will be my Technician...The next day ( Wednesday ) I was told what was definitely needed to be done, what are optional to be done, and what was NOT needed repairs at this time...The car repair estimate total was VERY reasonable...I authorized the work and was expecting my car back by Friday....To my surprise, my car was ready for pick up Thursday afternoon...Cody did an EXCELLENT job..I will be using them in the future...Quantum Mechanics are a VERY professional, meticulous and efficient establishment.....I HIGHLY recommend them....They ARE 5 stars and MORE !!! I would give 10 stars if I could. I am new to BMW, and a first time foreign car owner. I purchased my vehicle fairly recently and hadn’t had any issues or maintenance requirements yet, so I was starting from scratch in finding a mechanic for my first service. Full disclosure, I’m clueless when it comes to cars so I needed to find someone honest and reliable. I called several places around my neighborhood and just didn’t get that “feeling.” Even though they were a bit further from my home than I was originally looking, I gave Quantum a call and was sold! It was so nice to have someone answer the phone that didn’t sound rude or inconvenienced. Right away, they gave me a few DIY recommendations before they even mentioned bringing it in. Within maybe 2 hours after dropping off, they called me to let me know things that “needed” to be done vs. things that could wait. Not too long after, my car was ready and I was able to pay online AND get my keys from a lock box after hours. Very happy to have found “my” mechanic. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Happy car, happy customer.

I have a 2008 Toyota Sequoia that I have always had serviced at the dealership. That was until Nalley Toyota attempted to rob me. Of course, I was hesitant to go anywhere but the dealership, therefore, I did extensive research and decided to take my vehicle to Quantum Mechanics.I was pleasantly surprised. My service advisor, Phillip, was very professional and honest. My vehicle was repaired at a reasonable price and the work warrantied. I also like his attitude of Toyotas being forever vehicles.I will not take my vehicle to any other location to be serviced and/or repaired. Quantum has a customer for life!

Quantum always does great work. Its a bit more expensive than going to a jiffy lube but their full inspection with every oil change has saved me a few headaches and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is in good working order. The staff is always very nice and explains everything to me without ever talking down to me. Respectful and honest service. Wouldnt take my VW Golf anywhere else.

The staff is great, they offer a courtesy shuttle within 5 miles, and dont tell you things are wrong when they arent like the dealership did to us! We will be repeat visitors for sure!

Prior to purchasing an out-of-state used bmw I called to ask specific questions about that model’s engine. Spencer not only spent 15 minutes giving advice on that issue, and other necessary maintenance items, he also later sent me recommended shops in the seller’s area for a pre-purchase inspection. I’ve since made a purchase and the first item of business was to take it to Quantam for a complete check over and to knock out a few maintenance items for my peace of mind on this higher mileage car. The reviews I’d found which led me here are completely accurate. You simply don’t find this level of service very often these days!

Quantum Mechanics really helped me out when my car battery died 5 days before I was supposed to drive 11 hours to Chicago, after just having replaced it 9 months before. I called them on Monday, got my car towed over there, and it was ready to go on Thursday. They were able to find out what was draining my battery and let me know how my entire car was doing and what to keep an eye on in the future. I thought the price for the work and parts was fair, and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or convince me to do something I didnt need. Im very happy that I chose to bring my car to Quantum Mechanics and will return there for any future car troubles.

I took my 2003 Nissan Xterra to Quantum Mechanics last week and was amazed at the customer service and the quality of service that I received. I went in for an oil change, filter, fluids, just basic maintenance. They discovered a few issues that I will handle soon. I left with a 3 page email of everything that they inspected. They do extraordinary work.Great service requires a bit more than technical skills. It is important that you trust what you are told regarding the repairs required. This is where this business excels. On more than one occasion, I have been given a ballpark estimate to find that the final bill was substantially less. They simply dont charge you for what is not needed.If you want great service, skilled technicians and peace of mind, this is the shop for you.

I have been going to Quantum Mechanics for 15 years They are thorough with their inspections and excellent in repairs. I have never had repair shop be so professional. When they say the car repairs will be finished at a certain time you can count on it. Foreign car that needs repair I highly recommend. They replaced the spark plugs and replaced the drive belt. As usual they go over the auto to make sure there they found anything that needs attention and to watch for in the future. Best shop I have ever felt with!

Everyone that I met when i dropped my car of was nice, and super knowledgeable. They had to replace my front brakes and the repair was completed in a day. I never felt that I was ripped off or was talked into other unnecessary repairs. I will be back!

I have been using Quantum Mechanics for all of my auto needs for years! There are 2 main reasons that I keep going back: The excellent quality of work and their honesty. They have yet to steer me wrong (no pun intended).

This place is amazing. They dont over season the food. The crab legs are so sweet and good. They fry or steam food and they except EBT food & cash although u have to pay a cooking fee $1 cash. The only thing I would like them to serve is hot wings but i think they sale fried chicken

The first time I used them they talked me out of a needless and expensive repair my Audi dealership was insisting on. Actually from my understanding, they try to match my car with the same mechanic each visit, which I think is a cool added attention to detail, to know my car. At present, as has been, my car needs some repairs, repairs I have to wait to do later. I mention that because these guys keep me abreast of where my car stands with it all, list of importance, and what should be done at present. They have worked on my 10 year old 5 series for everything from general maintenance to rodent damage. They have always done great work and are respectful of time. Price is reasonable and will always check with you first about what they are doing and what specific parts they will use before starting any work.
