They seem to be a very busy shop. Twice I completed their online form for a quote but never received any response. I only received an actual quote after paying the $130 diagnostic fee (which was not deducted from the cost of the repair.) The quote was a little high for my tastes (but the saying goes you get what you pay for.) Needless to say, I had my car towed to a different shop to have it repaired so I have no knowledge of this shop’s mechanical expertise when actually repairing cars. While all the employees were kind- I will most likely not return to this shop for work based on the amount of time it took to complete my diagnostic(this shop had my car for 6 days) and the projected cost.

I took my BMW there and they repaired. it drove fine before the minor repair. When i got it back it drove for half a day.. So i took it back. they found almost $6000 in other repairs. After a heated debate they Oh so kindly agreed to repair it for $2500 extra dollars. Its driven without a hitch since the EXTRA $2500 repair. If you want this kind of service, GO THERE!

Had some work done to my GLI a few months ago. Everything was great. I recently got a letter from VW saying that the issue that was fixed was covered under warranty. I couldnt find my paperwork anywhere (moved twice during 2020 madness.) I showed up out of the blue to this shop and asked if they could reprint the paperwork for me for a warranty claim. They printed it right up and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They were very nice about it. I expected good service when I originally brought my car in. I didnt expect to be treated so great when I returned months later asking for a favor due to my own irresponsibility. Thats going above and beyond. Very grateful. Will go back whenever I have any other issues with my car that I cant handle on my own.

My first time at EAS. Had service on my S-Class to be done and a few issues to be looked at. Patrick came back with solutions and estimate in no time. The mechanic did an awesome job and I got the car back within reasonable time and for a very reasonable price. Since I am a dealership kind of a guy Im glad I had the guts to get over myself and step into their door. A refreshing experience! Great team! This will be my go to place from now on.

I have a 2008 Land Rover that I received from a relative. If it werent for this shop I would get rid of it. The Land Rover has had numerous issues that have been serviced by European including a full engine swap. You do have to be patient because they are busy but I trust them with my vehicle. Land Rovers are expensive to maintain but when I first got the car I called the dealer for a repair estimate that took my breath away. I found European after that and I have never looked back.

Very unsatisfactory for not wanting to call my warranty company. I was informed that they wouldn’t make money for the service and that it requires too much time to call my warranty company. More importantly, none of my fluids were filled.

The service and experience was terrible. Had my car for 3 weeks. Everytime I called to ask for an expected date the dates continued to change. “By the end of the week” “oh we haven’t looked at it possibly the middle of next week” “ we couldn’t look at maybe early next week” which left me having to get a rental without an expectation of when I would getting my car back costing me an extra $1200. Then they call and ask me for a deposit without even a diagnostic done on my car but once i paid the deposit it was magically fixed the same day with an expectation date of “ Early that next week”. I usually come here to get my A and B service but this experience was the absolute worst. Not to mention my key case was stolen and air conditioning isn’t working since I received it back.

One star only because, I had to make an option. Horrible customer service. Poor communication, disrespectful front line staff. I was spoken to like I was begging for free service, I had the phone hung up on me while I was describing my issues with the poor service I received. Tried calling upper management “owners” to no avail (cell phone). The “person” called me back at 1040PM, how is this professional? I would never recommend anyone nor would I ever leave my vehicle at this location again!

They were very quick and professional and no hassle no going back and forth with my BMW X3. I recommend them.

I brought my car in to get a diagnostic on tuesday and was told it would be ready in one business day. Thursday came and i went in to get my vehicle and was still not given my diagnostic. I paid for the diagnostic and i have yet to receive it a week later. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here

Scheduled a last minute appointment by phone, once arrived I was promptly taken care of and out in about an hour after a minor repair and the fee was reasonable. I have and will recommend the shop to those that need their sensitive luxury car repaired.

I’ve been having problems with my AC but didnt want to go to a big dealership due to a bad experience. They fixed my AC in a timely manner, where I would have been waiting hours at a dealership, and were kind and courteous. Thank you EAS for such a great experience!

They took a week just to let me know what was wrong with the car. No communication, I had to keep calling them trying to get information. They need more mechanics or a bigger space. Will not be returning or referring them.

I wouldnt suggest making this place my 1st option. I called one week before bringing my car in and asked could they install a RS grill on my Audi since they claim to do collision repair i would think a simple grill install wouldnt be major work. Called spoke with a service advisor said they could do the work, quoted me the price, and 3 hrs of labor all which is good and expected. But i took the day off arrived at opening to be told we dont do that service. Theyre website and service advisors are misleading. Do not take your time to go here. Poor service and I drove from Cherokee county. I do NOT RECOMMEND!

Great place to get car repairs

Good service, excellent work, VERY pricey but in a pinch always 1st recommendation. Turnaround was extremely quick, I never lost a step in my daily routine.

Before deciding to acquire business with EAS my husband and I both read reviews. The reviews we read on Yelp and Google led us to believe we would have a great experience. We are grateful that his Volkswagen was fixed. However, the customer service end of the business needs a bit of help. I dropped my husbands car off for him on Wednesday for a diagnostic and was told that it would be ready within 1-2 days. We drove pass Friday and his car was in the same place that I dropped it off at. Saturday we decided to go in because we didnt receive an update. A gentlemen, who I assume is the manager, informed us that they were backed up & that by the end of the day we would get an update. We did not. Monday my husband received a call and they let him know that they fixed the issue. Upon picking up his vehicle I went in with him to express how I was not pleased with the customer service. The manager and another gentlemen were both up front. I let the manager know that we didnt receive any updates about what needed to be done prior to the service being done. The other gentlemen says he called me. That was untrue because he never had my number to begin with. When dropping off the car I only gave the gentlemen my husbands number. The gentlemen went back and forth with me attempting to back up his blatant lies while the manager just stood there watching. We will not be coming back!

Big ripoff in there in your place# 1, My car was before I take it there was one week done my oil change.he charge me $99 dollars for oil change isn’t happened.2nd he hold my car for a week & ask me if he will use the use part he will charge $ 1400 with no Warranty to work his ask me take the risk but when I told him I have the part I tres to bring I am going to pay for it $135 for part I found his refused it to do it. He said if I pay $ 2400 .00 new part that he will give warranties to work .

This company is AMAZING! I worked directly with Patrick. He took the time to keep me updated on the progress of my repair every step of the way. They have met and even exceeded my expectations. They were extremely particular in the way they cared for my vehicle. They went as far as to have it cleaned before returning it to me. I plan to be a long standing customer of this company!!

Ive been to the Decatur location a few times. Every experience was pleasant. The wait was not as long as dealership and the mechanics were nice . They explained the condition of my vehicle where I understood what was needed and the recommendations. The prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend these guys!

My friend referred me to these guys, and Im so glad he did. The work on my car was done quickly and my car runs noticeably better. Patrick was very professional and patiently explained everything to me. But my favorite employee by far is little Turbo, who must be the most fun little dog Ive ever met.

When picking up my daughters car immediately an issue was spotted when she sat in the car and found a piece of item sitting on top of the rear view mirror and the mirror just barely hanging to the windshield. I returned back into the shop to inform them of the problem. I was told they knew nothing of the issue and would not address it until they spoke with the technician. I asked that it be put in writing that I was informing someone of the issue and was told NO we dont do that. Also found out that the windshield wipers were not working and was told that I would have to make another appointment for a later date if I wanted the problem looked at even if the problem didnt exist before the car was brought in. Lacking basic customer service...

I have visited this shop twice, and received great advise that helped me deal with the MB dealership. The first time, the manager gave a breakdown of what it would cost to fix the ignition system and was honest enough to say, they would be cheaper in most cases but not when it involved resetting the system. I appreciate that. From now on, I will take my car to them.

I had recently purchased a 2009 Maserati Quattroporte and needed work done to repair a loose front strut. I considered the dealer but knew that they would be far away and pricey. Fortunately, I was lucky to come across European Automotive Specialists in Decatur, Georgia. The service I received was impeccable and the work on the car was excellent. The technician took a ride with me in my car, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts ordered and then had the work done in one day! And, it was significantly cheaper than the dealer quote. The car now sounds awesome! I truly am blessed to have come across European Automotive Specialists. I feel so much more comfortable that my car will always be in good hands and that I now have a friend in the business who can accommodate my worries, answer my questions and work with my crazy schedule. They even communicate by text which I think goes beyond expectations. I feel so much better!

I have now been a customer of European Automotive now for a little over a year I must say I am impressed with the overall customer service and most important with knowing that my vehicle is capable knowledge technicians. By far in DeKalb County they are the best.

Recently started taking our company vehicles here. Its refreshing to no longer have to worry about the quality of work. Their turn around time has also been great. Needless to say we are very pleased with this shop.

I took my 2012 Jaguar XJL to EAS with some electrical issues. I had about a dozen warning lights on the dash and eventually it wouldnt even start. They expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem (alternator) and got me back on the road as quickly as possible and at a fair price! My experience with European Automotive Specialists has been absolutely outstanding! My father had been taking his 2005 vw bug to the dealership for repairs and maintenance for quite some time when he passed EAS on his way to 285. He stopped and spoke to Patrick and never looked back. That was 4 years ago! So of course when I purchased my BMW Z3 2 years ago, he immediately recommended I take it to Patrick for a complete once over. The technicians checked it from top to bottom and fixed everything that needed to be done at a very reasonable price. They are men of integrity who never over-charge. They truly care about cars and it shows in their work. It is top-notch! They take time to form relationships with their customers and go above and beyond the call of duty.
