Was generally quite happy with Bin There Dump That. Ordered a dumpster that was delivered and removed on time. They were in the process of revamping their rates and so the confirmation email contradicted the website, but a single call and the woman (who seemed like the owner) verified Id get the rate and stipulations from the website and that they would update the website to match the emails new information for the future. They sent a confirmation email on that issue, held to that agreement and it appeared the website was updated the next day so I assume future customers wont run into this issue in the future. Woman I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. Very responsive to questions about allowable items and clarifying issues mentioned in their guideline documents. Would certainly use again.

I explained to the person what I was doing. Removal of 2 wooden decks. One 2 tier & 1 basic flat deck. Explained to them what I was looking for. They said I didnt need the 40yd dumpster. Which was a 7 day rental. They said all I needed was a 14yd dumpster for 3 days. This by the way was my 1st time renting a dumpster. The price difference was about $50 more for the 40yd. I was charged $355 for the 14yd @ 3 days. Yet about 6 days later a charged showed up of an additional $33.80 with no explanation. I told them the dumpster was pretty full but under the top. I was told as long as they were able to put the tarp on & cover the load. There would be NO additional charges. Obviously that was not the case.

This was the best experience having a service like this I paid 395 out the door I filled up so much junk and trash and I am very satisfied. What made me decide to do this was the comfort on the phone with the representative. Ill be back.!

I just was sent a notice from my credit card company that you tried to charge my card, and I dont understand why. I told you that I was having my yard cleaned out from a platform wood deck and patio with 12×12 & rocks removed. I called you on July 13, 2020 to pick up the dumpster & you told me that the wood had to be cut down so that wouldnt tear up your tarp. I notified the workers & they corrected the problem. You never called me as to why you would try to charge my card after we came to an conclusion that I needed the 14 foot dumpter. So, I guess youll explain why you are trying to charge me more money now?

Extremely satisfied with the service. First time renting a dumpster to empty out my garage after tenant eviction and renovation. They brought the dumpster and placed it on my driveway with the door of the dumpster facing the garage like I asked the next day. 20 yard dumpster was spacious and easy to load. I loaded the dumpster over the “do not fill over line” and noticed after, they still picked it up and didn’t make a big deal about it the very next day. Excellent customer service thru calling and texting. Will use and recommend again.

Everything was as described except they did not sweep up after as promised. Some glass was on the ground after.

The dumpster was much smaller than what I was use to, and couldnt get everything out of the house inside the dumpster..the large needs to be larger..

I was never told of a weight restriction in the first place or of a charge if I went over even though I asked about height and restrictions as far as contents after loading to below the line with garage and household debris the weight was over then without notice was charged a fee
