Was excited to start my career here but training had no structure, expectations were not of an entry level job by any means. Whole place doesnt seem to care if you stay or leave. During orientation I saw a huge RAT run across the cafeteria and nobody seemed to care.

There is hard work, salary and benefits that are not worth the hassle. However, management is not as good as it should be. Therefore, a person who has the ability to find a job cannot continue with them.

Had a phone interview. Got no feedeback back for a buyer position. I had to call the recruiter Nabila for an update 2 weeks later, she said she would let me know. Called back 4 weeks later still had no update. Very unprofessional! Dont bother wasting peoples time interviewing if you will not let them know if they got the job or not.

The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. They lie to you and is very deceiving. Always giving misinformation. I dont recommend anyone to work there.

Great group if people, friendly and informative on services they offer

I have worked at hollingsworth for several years and while no place is perfect I can absolutely say that they have made many improvements over the past two years to improve the workplace and the working environment for people on the floor and in the offices.Newer equipment and work standards have been set to try and keep the place feeling more updated with newer technology as well as a more modern business attitude. Management is friendly and open to conversation and always receptive to new ideas and the company is always trying new things to keep employees engaged.

It is a professional setting where you learn different machines to add too your work experience. The team leaders are very helpful, they like to teach you everything if you ask.

Hollingsworth offers excellent shipping and logistics services to companies of every size and need. Their sales team is easy to work with and get back to us within 24-48 hours.The warehouses are very clean and staff is welcoming. Because if their locations throughout the us, our packages get shipped quickly to our stores and clients. Thank you!

Okay all employees workers anyways not office workers or managers are hire through Crown temp service which is located right inside the building Ive been working there for a week basically some jobs youre going to be very overworked very little pay is only $9 an hour 8 hours a day 6 days a week so far the employees are okay but the work no find something else you will be overworked and extremely underpaid it is not worth it Im trying to get out ASAP like most companies they make a lot of money but dont want to pay their employees this company works for Ford Motors and we make no money I see why minimum wage keeps going up these companies are very stingy also Ive noticed some of the people on here giving this job five stars are the ones working in the office I recognized some of the pics there the ones who sit on their butt all day and dont do anything trying to make the company look good with these reviews.

Worst place Ive been to in a long time. Employees are rude and barely speak English. I cant believe they handle food there. There was no soap or toiletries in the restroom and it looked they someone had been showering out of the toilet. There was knats flying around from used toilet paper in the trashcan.

Dearborn location has asbestos. Work at your own risk. At will company.....Get fired if you get sick. People from Texas run this company. Not sure if they will ever agree to a $15 minimum wage because they pay less than $10 to start. Actually they pay (via Crown) less than $9.50.Someone is capitalizing on the tough times in Michigan. The team packages poorly because they feel undervalued. Many are there because they have to be, not because they enjoy it.

I drop off here, no appointment, just FCFS. When I checked in, they told me that I needed an appointment. When I told them that I was FCFS, they actually told me: Do you want us to make an appointment for next week? F, today is Monday......... Rude attitude, never encountered anywhere

They treat you like a robot......But MOST FACTORIES DO.....however, they Seem to cater to, take sides with, and acco.odste the Arabs/Middle Easterners, or Foriegners MORE than the average folk there.....and once a female says something bad About you, they dont Investigate, they JUST TAKE her side and Fire You!....no fairness...

This company is looking really good for 2016.

If you decide to quit, they will hold your last check. Make sure you have proof of the hours youve worked. The environment is not welcoming. Men will hit in you every chance they get. So uncomfortable.

Never come back to this place,and especially if you book a load with TQL be prepared for a surprise they going screw your day up
