I recently inherited a vintage pair of Tony Lama boots that didnt quite fit in the calves. They were able to stretch them to even allow for tucked jeans. The staff was pleasent and knowledgeable and gave me great advice on care. I definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!!

This place can repair boots, and they can resole boots that use a - vibram sole. They also sell western boots, and other styles. They also sell some flashlights, and some of them are re-chargable, with a micro-usb, charging port, and they sell them at a reasonable price. This is a store that I highly recommend that you check out!

No integrity. Liar, and price gouges. Kid gave me a guarantee and quoted me a price. He than raised the price and said he never said what he told me. He continues to lie and than retracts and says it was just a misunderstanding. I went back and used logic and reason to show him he was backing off on what he quoted me. He is a liar. Do not believe him. I was displeased by the dishonesty. I would have paid for the work, but because of he lied I left and will never return.

I purchased boots here a few years back and finally wore them down. I went back to purchase a replacement repair and was told mitch could repair the existing pair I had. He not only repaired my boots but I bought more from him. The service was great and my old boots looked amazing when he was finished. Also had some other leather work done here that I was extremely happy with. High quality work and great knowledge and experience.

Mitch & Pete do AMAZING work!! The turn around time is a breeze. I had 3 belts shortened, purchased new screws for 2 of these belts. I also had heel taps placed on 2 pair of shoes and one of these required front in repair. The prices are reasonable and they wont up-sale you on any work they wouldnt recommend; honest and straight forward. Ill definitely be back.

Did good work on my leather jacket, had a hole in it and they repair it and when I went to pick it up, the job so good it was almost seamless, he had to point out the repair, only thing a small amount of glue on jacket, but still would recommend. Thanks guys

They always do good work. This time the Journeyman said he was very good ever placing zippers. He was! The replaced zipper in a leather jacket looks better than the original, if thats possible!

Factory Finish Shoe Repair provides awesome service with awesome quality. They exceeded my expectations. I brought my favorite bag to them to be fixed. I had previously taken it to another shop that botched the job. Factory Finish took the bag, explained what they were going to do and exceeded it. I am one happy camper and a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

Quick, efficient, affordable (quite inexpensive) service. I had stopped by to have holes added to my belt. The whole transaction took under 5 mins. Their original belts were great for the price. Highly recommend in metro Detroit area.There are quite a few parking spots behind the store.

Excellent and honest service. I have been there a couple of times and bought a few things including shoes creams. I found them to be very honest and sincere.

Took two pairs of boots here to be repaired. One, which were a black pair of western styled boots were fixed polished in wearable condition. The others not so much. When I went to share my concern as to how the job was done in a unacceptable manner, the ( employee)was very irritated and arrogant telling me that he begged the differ as to how his craftsmanship is. The boots are destroyed beyond repair at the zippers seam. As being a designer and seamstress myself, if time and care had have been taken into consideration, my boots would have not had this type of damage. Dont take pride in a poorly done job at the expense of the people who PAY YOU FOR A SERVICE that you obviously dropped the ball on. The the owner proceeded to tell me that if Im a seamstress, why didnt I do the repair myself. What an unprofessional and improper response for a business owner. $55 for destroyed boots. Smh

The Manager/Owner is very unprofessional as well as rude! I had my Ugg boots cleaned there & when I went to pick them up, I notice a rip on the toe which was not there when I dropped them off,! The manager told me there was nothing he could do about it nor could he compensate me in any way! But yet he charged me the full amount ($50.00) to destroy my $200.00 boots! I will NEVER go there again!

Dropped off my favorite pair of heels that unfortunately have been roughed up over the heels from constant use. The leather on the heel was torn and destroyed and there were scuffs everywhere. They rewrapped the heel with new leather and removed the scuffs and my heels look brand new. Took a bit longer and cost a bit more but so worth it, truly superior craftsmanship.

I used to live in Dearborn. Now I drive from Livonia to get my leathers repaired. They always put a killer shine on my shoes after repairs. Catalog orders are a snap. Like-new craftsmanship.

They did a phenomenal job of repairing two pairs of dress shoes. 1st pair was a light caramel color of Cole Haans. 2nd pair was a pair of black Ecco shoes. Both shoes needed new heels and polishing. They look better than when I originally purchased then.

Just left this business pissed as hell!!!! Dropped my sons Gucci belt off yesterday, to be cut down and was told it we be ready that day. I decided to come back today, only to get there and it wasnt ready. I was given the option of coming back or waiting for it. I decided to wait and was given a complete rush job, with a crooked stitching, not to mention the scratched up buckle. I brought in an A1 well kept belt only to receive a now worthless piece of JUNK!!!! They had the nerve to say there was no way it could have happened on a sewing machine, but proceeded to apologize at the same time. Will have to PRAY on this one and hope that KARMA comes back sooner than later.
