Family owed, very nice owner. She did a great job for alteration of 3 of my pants. My clothes and blankets always clean and smell great. I would definitely come back again.

I was just there and used the large washer for $6.00. When the load was done, I had to RIP my bedspread to get it out. An edge in the washer caught the small lacing and ripped the lacing on one side of the spread off. Some was still in the washer. I showed the laundramat employee what lace was left in the washer. No refund was offered. That I feel was the very least they could have done! (The very least!) I walked away perturbed to say the least and will not return!

Yikes! My dirty clothes were cleaner than this place. Dirty machines, dilapidated building. The washers took $2 each and because the place was so disgusting I sat in my car for most of a 20 minute phone call. When I came back in all my machines were done washing and spinning...since I started my call from inside the place I know the machines washed for less than 19 minutes! Will never go back there!

Extremely dissatisfied with the dry cleaning service.Waited 5 days for a leather and wool jacket.Day of pick up, the jacket was dirtier than when I brought it in.I was told this type of combined fabric jackets are hard to wash. What? Why be in business if cleaning / laundering is too difficult?

I came to pickup my stuff and they were closed during the day, I kept waiting for 20 min, and no one was there.I came back after two days to get my stuff, and it took about 10 min just to pickup my clothes.
