This place is AMAZING! Im honestly impressed with how great the service was. I am a woman who has extremly a lot of hair all over my body and let me just say that I did ONE laser treatment so far and only bits of pieces of hair grew up until my 2nd treatment. Another good thing about this place is that full body laser is very affordable, especially the fact that they do your face and the whole entire body. Also, the ladies that work there are all very nice and respectful. Again, I definitely recommend people to go here.

Ive been going to Zaras for a few years. At first this place was great a few years ago, now I feel like the service hasnt been as good as it used to be sadly. Every appointment I go to now I have to wait almost an hour PAST my appointment time and this has happened many times. I also have been burnt more than once and the healing takes awhile. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going there.

Amazing owner who is genuinely so kind. They have all the right equipment. I also love how clean the place is! So far my results are wonderful. The staff is very welcoming. I was very comfortable having them do hair removal on me. Its a great feeling when you can walk in and see how companion they are about theyre job. I would recommend them any day!

I was so nervous before my first appointment at Zaras. But once I got here the ladies made me feel completely comfortable. The feeling you get once you walk in the door is very welcoming. Did the laser was just fine, but few days ago I went for facial deep cleaning first of all they didn’t have the hydrafacial Machine second they did it the traditional way trying to squeeze out the dirts harshly and my nose got two big pimples on it and its very sore that I couldn’t even touch it and same with my chin!! got to be careful if you have an important occasion before the facial!!!

I went for laser a few months back, very thorough but I was left with permanent burn marks all over my body. I was burned beneath the skin!! I dont know how and if they will ever leave.

This place is OUTSTANDING. Went to get my beard lined up with their laser treatment and it has been very pleasant. I find my self saving a lot more money now since I don’t have to get a line up every week. The work is very professional and clean, which is my main concerns when getting cosmetic work done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get cosmetic work done. I’m planning on going back to get an under arm botox treatment which should help me sweat less in that area. I’ve heard great reviews on their Botox treatments and am excited to go back in.

I am going to Zara for a second round of laser hair removal. I had the first round elsewhere, so the hair is fairly sparse. After undergoing 3 of the 6 treatment package, I am pleased with the results. I would recommend Ahood, one of the owners, who is knowledgeable and creates a comfortable setting for the treatment. Very good customer service and clean facility also.

First visit was good..really nice and did a decent job. The second visit one of the techs did my treatment she did it in less that 5 mins and she was skipping SO MANY areas...i knew there was something fishy when they are offering cheap prices. Apparently they think they can cheat people, shame on them ..beware!

I had an amazing experience in this clinic! First of all the prices are amazing and affordable specially with the results that you get! I had a full body laser treatment around 5 sessions already and I am seeing a great progress, yesterday I had my second microneedling session with reema😍 ask for her personally when you get the micro done she knows what she is doing and you wont feel a thing she is super gentle and really cares about your wants and needs!

I scratch my head wondering why there are so many good reviews for this place. I purchased laser hair removal sessions for areas of my facial hair and after 3 sessions I gave up. I understand that every bio-makeup is different but the way you dealt with my issue and blamed everything on me, without even TRYING to make the experience better for me, was so downgrading for my character. People come to your clinic to try to look better, not so they can be given a lesson on why they supposedly look bad . Shame on you and your staff.

(1/2) Hello. I am so so so disappointed that I am writing this. I had been a client of Zaras laser hair removal for TWO AND A HALF YEARS. I was a junior in college who has been struggling with body hair my whole life. My mother is of Indian decent and my father of Polish; so I have semi-tan skin with extremely dark, black, and thick body hair. I went to Zaras because I heard of the cheap prices for the full body package. I felt like I knew better, but I was a college student short on cash, and I was desperate. I originally paid for a 7 session package. The owner was honest to me, told me I might need a few more sessions after the 7 due to my tan skin but my hair was the prefect candidate and I was promised the treatment would guarantee me a hairless body with some time.I just want to say that the owner and technicians at Zaras had always talked to me with respect and were welcoming and very kind to me. This is why I have decided to give 2 stars instead of 1. It hurts to see reviews talking bad about the owners character because I had never experienced that.Anyways, to the laser hair removal treatment... I dont even remember how many treatments I had because I have lost count. Maybe Ive had about 15 sessions or more. The first couple of treatments went very well. The results were amazing which made me want to keep coming back. But once the 7 sessions were up I still grew hair on my legs and arms. The areas of my where my skin was light (armpits, bikini area, etc.) stopped growing hair which made me believe that this would work in the end. Due to these results, I was encouraged to purchase more sessions once my package was done. So I stayed patient and was told to trust the process and continued going to this place for another year.The comments I read on this page are true. The technicians rushed me through each hour long session. They definitely missed spots and burns. One time I when I was getting my bikini area done and they burnt my actual skin off. It was so horrible I couldnt sit down and was so afraid of infection. On the other hand, I never should have received a burn from well trained technicians.After around my 12th or 13th session, Zara got a new, better, high tech machine. I brought up how unhappy I was with the results she offered the new machine up to me but I had to pay an extra $40 per session. I would always bring up how unhappy I was with my results and they would keep blaming my skin color, telling me to stop tanning. They complained about my skin tone and said this was the reason why the treatment was not working. I was told to go to the doctors and get tested for an imbalance of hormones because apparently, according to them, I must have too much testosterone. I went to the doctors by the way and was told I was just fine. After a year, I was still in college during this time, I asked for a discount due to the lack of results and was told she could not give me one. She then stated the most she could do was take $20 off per treatment. I felt like I deserved better. They told me they cared about my results and well being but in they end all they cared about was the money. The second to last session I went too, I asked if it was normal that I was walking out of a treatment with hair still being present on my body (which had occurred for the entirety of the 2.5 years I had been going). The owner was kind, told me that was unacceptable, and immediately redid my session. For my last session, I entered hopeful that things would change, but after receiving typical treatment (rushed session, missed spots, and hair present) I had lost hope with this establishment. The owner told me that there was no need for me to return, didnt schedule me for another session, and told me that I should be 100% hair free. I finally gave up going earlier this year.. I couldnt keep forking out the money. I had invested a couple thousand dollars. I came to the realization it was never going to work. I now am still living with the body hair issue I once had.

I usually dont write any feedback, however this place really needs one. Im here today to tell you what exactly happens at Zara. I am very disappointed and I hope everyone gets a chance to read this before they make a full payment on their laser sessions. Here are some of the things that happen in there:1. The first few sessions are amazing! You would think that this place is the best. After the first session, they do a horrible job because you already have paid fully.2.the owner keeps walking in and telling the technician to hurry up. The technician starts going really fast that it hurts and u can tell shes missing a lot of places. She also tells her not to keep going over the same areas so that she saves time. There is no privacy AT ALL! I felt uncomfortable.3. They had one tech who did a wonderful job, took her time and I would always try to schedule with her. She stopped scheduling me with her and an excuse of why was given. I stopped seeing patches with her however as soon as I was switched to another tech I started seeing patches of missed stops. The owner kept saying patches are normal but shes wrong Ive done laser before and I have never seen patches. I was on my 5th session and was still seeing the same patches.4. Depending on what you pay is how you will get treatments. If you are paying a whole lot they will do your full hour of time. If she gave u a discount she will finish you in a half hour.5. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. They like to gossip a lot and talk about how EVERY laser place sucks except them. Even though all the laser places are using the same machine.6. Im not gna say names but if a chubby technician wants to do your sessions say NO...7. Lastly, if you desperately need to do laser and you feel ZARA has great prices then I would recommend you to pay for each session NOT the package because as soon as the owner has the full amount she starts saying oh I cant do that area its an extra 10 dollars.... and plus they do a better job if u do one session because they want u to come back. GOOD LUCK.
