I made an appointment for a facial with B and she was amazing! The staff was so professional. B took her time with me and was so sweet! The clinical director was also so helpful and really offered me great prices for the services I had done. When I walked in there was an employee named Faye at the desk who greeted me so professionally. It really made me comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

All the staff are very sweet and professional. The problem I have is I have not seen any results in my stomach. I only have 4 treatments left.

First off customer service is top of the line here! They go above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable and well informed before anything. I was a little apprehensive but the comfort from ALL the staff was amazing to say the least! Faye is very informative and knowledgeable about the service’s they offer and the products!!!! I purchased the skin tighten cream and it is the best hands down! My girl B was my favorite! She informed me of different things I can do to maintain and also gave me the heads up in those meals plans I can’t wait to get my hands on! I found this business on Groupon, I thought I could have an experience that I could not otherwise afford. After My first visit I was informed that the 6 visits I had purchased was not enough to see results. So Im thinking if I cant see some results after 6 visits why would I purchase More?..If I had been told Oh you are going to love the way you look after 6 visits, it probably would have encouraged me to purchase more but that not what I was told. If I had seen results I would have borrowed or financed more treatments. Im not sure if the machine was on or set to even give me results or left on a setting that did nothing to get me to buy more treatments.

The people were all very nice. I got 4 laser lipo treatments from Groupon. I was told at my first visit that it takes 8-10 treatments. Two other treatment plans were suggested to me on different visits, one was over $1000 and the other over $3000. The four treatments didnt really do anything for me and I didnt want to pay over $1000 to see if it would show me results.

AMAZING staff, AMAZING services and AMAZING results! Team helped to alleviate extreme discoloration on my face. I dont have to wear caked on makeup. Makes me happy and tearful (happy tears) the services helped. Will keep coming back as a lifelong customer.

Excellent company very friendly staff. The young lady that did my laser treatment today was wonderful. She was professional and friendly. She did an excellent job with my treatment. I had a 6:00 appointment I was in the laser chair about 6:05. I would recommend this company quality work and acknowledgeable staff.

Edited to add that I’d like the “photo documentation” of my private areas returned and also destroyed as apparently there’s no intent of returning my money you have made that quite clear. I purchased a total of 8 sessions on Groupon for $180, thought why not try it no surgery and they can help shrink my tummy. Ladies this is a gimmick, I had a consultation with Nicole for Dearborn store on June 10th I was excited. Went to my first session July 11th, terrible experience. I arrived at 2:54 pm was taken to the back at 2:59pm, by 3:17 pm I was walking out of the door. There were no before pictures taken as promised, there was no explanation on how the process would go, literally one side of the machine (right side) didn’t work, the session was 16 minutes not 20. I called two days later requesting a refund, I was told I would receive a refund in 7 to 14 business days. It’s day 20, called this company today spoke with Nicole, she stated she told me no such thing. If I could paste the text I would, but it’s not allowing me to add any attachments. LADIES THIS IS A GIMMICK DO NOT GO TO THE DEARBORN STORE. I think it’s a great company with one bad location. Not to mention very unprofessional, and know nothing about customer satisfaction & ethics. I did reach out to LightRx Corporate for a refund, waiting on a call back to see where this goes. Right now I’m out $180 with no resolution.

I was alil scared that it wasn’t going to work with the laser lipo but with in just 4 weeks I see and feel completely different thank you so much nichole.

Don’t waste your time and money..I purchased 10 sessions of laser lipo and 10 sessions on the Venus cellulite treatments. Paid over $1000.00. I followed all the directions of the technicians (eat clean, get 30 minutes of exercise on treatment days, wear a sweat band and drink lots and lots of water.. “and you’ll see results”). Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and upon reaching out to them (Jennifer) for a refund of my unused portion, I was told that’s not possible. However I could transfer my balance to another type of service. When I asked what my balance would amount to, or what others services I could in return receive I haven’t gotten an answer or even a return call back.. I even warned the last lady I spoke with I planned on leaving a review.I sent an emailed response.. please see the messages I’ve left at the front desk. It supposed to be a relaxing time I would think, you’re on a table for quite sometime! The staff is real chatty, they forget to check on you when the timer goes off, it’s cold in those rooms, I always would bring a blanket! I also felt pressure into something that wasn’t for me! I was told by another staff member well you’ll need the other room too! I got financed through their company and had extra money so near the end every session I would get asked do I want the other room, I would always say no because I knew this place wasn’t for me! I was receiving the Laser Lipo when I knew I needed the Surgical Lipo but the manager insisted that I didn’t! I could have spent a couple more dollars and have be snatched elsewhere! Also after I signed the contract I read the reviews and was praying that this wouldn’t happens to me, well guess what it did! I hate that I’m still paying for poor service! I will be looking into legal matters for this!

I would not recommend the Dearborn location due to their unprofessionalism. I had to cancel my package, and was informed it would take 10 to 14 days. I followed up by email with no response. It has been almost a month, still no refund or response to my emails.

Same thing happened to me I called Nicole to cancel it she never returned my calls . When i finally reached her she said she was going to put something in my account to cancel it . Now Im going to fight legally with them they put it on my credit. Theyre desperate with these scams treatment.

I personally want to say I am happy with the service I get from here. I wish I could afford the complete service. Its been a great run, with me doing smoothies, working out after treatments and drinking my water. I can wear a 14 comfortable now. Again I wish I could get one where they killed the fat cell for good...

The staff is great. I have been going to LightRx for several months. My results are exactly as promised. Others are commenting on how good my skin looks. I have also used the Prolon fasting mimicking diet with great results. I feel rejuvenated and lost weight.

I have lost my confidence over time because I have PCOS and one of the worst parts about that is unwanted hair. I went in for a free consultation thinking I will never be able to afford the treatment but thanks to the payment plan I can. Thanks again LightRx for giving me my life back. One treatment in and I could tell a huge difference.

Its a waist of all this money. I went in for a consult, told i could get the IPL laser which is what I wanted, I was recommended a treatment plan and I was going to have it financed; Im at my appt. when Im told i cant get the IPL but she will do the venus viva and use the money to cover it. I requested that the other 2 treatments and the financing be canceled and I would pay for the 1 in cash and in full that day and I did, but they never canceled it now the lender is telling i still owe them the money and if nothing else just the interest accrued on services Ive never received.

First off let me say Valentina is a pleasure to work with. I would give five stars but my body showed no difference 5 months after doing sculpsure. Maybe its because I was one of their first group of clients to get it done and they werent experienced enough, or it could just be my body. Regardless, other reviews prove better outcomes so give them a shot. Unfortunately, $3000 down the drain for me.

I won a gift certificate for LightRx which was the reason behind me booking an appointment. This review only applies to the LightRx located in Dearborn. Everything seemed fine after my first treatment. Although, the first technician, was not friendly or welcoming. I received, (or what I thought I received) was the Venus Viva treatment. It was not until the second treatment, that was a month later, that the second technician, Lara, told me I had actually received a different treatment that was not what I had originally signed the agreement for during my consultation. I still have the signed agreement. She informed me that The first technician no longer worked at that location. Lara was incredibly friendly and seemed to be the most knowledgeable, prepared, and educated out the four technicians who performed on me. I would have greatly appreciated being told soon after the first appointment that I received the wrong treatment, instead of finding out a month later! With little to no explanation other than the information previously provided above. I attended my fourth appointment today. My technician, Keela, (not sure if I am spelling her name correctly), was friendly, but after performing the procedure for about ten seconds, realized she was not providing the correct treatment I had agreed to. I tried giving this business a chance, but after two mistakes in similar nature, I would not recommend this business to anyone! Unprofessional and disappointing that licensed professionals would make such mistakes!

I called one of the staff today to reschedule my appointment so she told me I can come in in my lunch break so when I arrived the door was locked and I called so many times and I did see the staff inside but none of them answered or opened the door they wasted my lunch break and was late for work ! Found out about this place from a few mailers sent to my home. Stopped in to see what services they offered. I signed up during my consultation. So far services have been great and starting to see results with no down time. Yay!! Techs are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and make you feel comfortable about procedures. They will direct you to be certain that you are getting the proper service (s) to target your personal problem areas. Small staff so not always great about call backs, should you need one to reschedule, but otherwise pleased. They do offer specials from time to time and I got one the second procedure I added. I highly recommend Light Rx Dearborn.

Its place to shrink your fat. The prices are low for different treatments for your face and body. The staff great and helpful when comes to the products .they always have special offers for treatments.

From the moment I walked in the door both Olivia and Lara only expressed how I was going to get better by improving the things I was unhappy with. I never felt intimidated, I always felt comfortable. I always felt as if they both had my best interest at heart. I definitely suggest making an appointment with these ladies no matter what procedure youre interested in.

I was terrified when I walked into the Dearborn location, I never do anything for myself, but honestly coming to light rx has been one of the best decision I have ever made. Every step has been so enjoyable. The staff is friendly and personable, they really make you look forward to coming back. While the woman I spoke to was nice and pleasant, it quickly became a pressured sales pitch. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to compare package options (I wanted to see success before committing to spend thousands on my full body). When discussing how much money I would be saving with the full body, the price that initially started at $4500 according to their price sheet, was negotiated down 1,000 within a few sentences of my reluctance. I’m sorry, but that doesn’t seem honest and fair to their customer base. They try to make it sound like they’re giving you a discount of 70% but it’s just textbook pyramid scheme sales pitch. She didn’t even look at my legs or body hair. I don’t have time to barter prices. This is why they will not tell you prices over the phone, so to pressure you into a purchase on the spot. They lost my trust as a result.

Ive only had 2 sessions and the second session left Me bruised up and very sore. Im hoping it will get better as the sessions continue.

I signed up for a couple of packages, my experience was awful. When they put the machine on my stomach to kill the fat cells . It was the worst pain I have ever experienced . They knew I was in pain but just kept telling me they would add some cold to it. It burned like a hot poker was stabbing into me. I got nothing from my experience but pain and 3 clumps of dead cells in my stomach that wont go away . I showed my family doctor and he was not happy . I paid around 2000.00 for this with lousy results. The one I went to was the Dearborn location. I called them a couple times to talk about my experience but got the voice mail, left messages but no one called me back.

Iam sorry about the rating, but i feel very disappointed with the treatments that i had, the treatments did not work for me at all now i suffer with knots in my stomach like a size of a golf ball under my skin and also having sharp pains in the areas where the knots are. I been trying to reach out to someone i left messages, no one return my phone calls, im not too happy with the treatments, Now my stomach is damage. I went in for the lose inches program. Its a scam. Erika said to do cardio for 30min after treatment with a waist shaper, I did 1hr cardio plus allot of AB exercise and not 1 inch loss. Yes, I changed my diet before starting the program.Erika is lair saying that it will take a month or two for half my money back that never happened.

So it all started a few months ago i was researching for non invasive body treatments for my abdomen & found light rx & so far im very impressed. All the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable! My clothes have gotten looser & Ive seen a big difference!Just after my first treatment i felt different & more up & going like very energetic! I come here once a week & always look forward to coming even when im having a bad day because they always are so happy & welcoming when i come in the door! Im almost done with my treatments just a couple more weeks and can wait to see my final results. The money is worth it especially when you have a busy life & not enough time for the gym.
