This practice is amazing. Staff are wonderful and informative. Dr. Steve was patient and explained everything to my Daughter and looked for ways to save us money. Well worth the drive from Toledo.

Everyone who works here is so wonderful! They do a great job cleaning your teeth, thorough but efficient. I just had two small cavities filled, it was painless and they were good at distracting me with talk of my recent vacation. You are in good hands here. Also, its right by Harbor Freight which is a great reference point for husbands.

The entire staff is always accommodating and helpful. Dr. Steve is a jewel and is concerned about the comfort and well being of his patients after they are home and calls to make sure everything is alright. He is always very gentle and takes his time with the procedure and explains to the patient what is going on. I would recommend this office whatever your dental needs are.

I had an emergency issue and called west village. They got me in next day, went over the issue, came up with a plan and went over pricing before just doing the work.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and professional dentist office.

Both of my parents are in theirMid 80s and were patients at West Village Dental for emergency dental care. The staff was awesome. On separate dates, they were treated for tooth infection and extractions which were performed immediately, and at a fraction of the cost without having to go through an oral surgeon. Dr. Steve is a pleasant guy, who takes time to explain and go through the best solution for optimal dental hygiene. My dad was so comfortable with him that he fell asleep in the chair without any drugs.

I was looking for a new dentist and was having tooth pain at the time. I like other get anxious going to the dentist. But I’m so glad I randomly found West Village Dental Care this office got me in the next day. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Woljdyla is the best makes you feel extremely comfortable. My family became patients that day my kids love this office too. I strongly recommend this office especially you have a fear of going to the dentist. This staff will put you at ease & Dr. Woljdyla is truly the pain free dentist!!

Shaina is my hygienist and shes a very good one! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. My last visit was good although upon leaving my balance due was quoted incorrectly. There was a substantial difference in the correct amount. I was told my insurance had covered all it could, which turned out to be false because my insurance had not been submitted for the previous visit. One of the managers reviewed the history and said she would submit my insurance. This situation was somewhat disturbing for me because again, the amount due was a lot less than I was told to pay initially. Ive paid a lot out of pocket for my dental work and Id like to trust that the staff is doing whats right by submitting my insurance. Hopefully this doesnt happen again.

Called this morning for an appointment for pain in my tooth. The receptionist Debbie was pleasant, I was expecting that same pleasant experience during my visit. I was seen by the doctor, he went over my x rays from March 2020 from Southfield family dental. Told me I need 3 wisdom teeth pulled & He looked at my veins. Never once looked at my tooth that was causing me pain. Once I asked if he could look at my tooth, he said yes he can but it’s “routine and it all looks the same” he looked & wrote me a script. This took about 5 minutes. Came out to the reception area, I was billed for $80 dollars. Basically for him to write me a script because again he didn’t physically look at what was going on in my mouth. Anything could have changed in a year. I could’ve been a patient telling you anything just to get a script. If you want a quick, non thorough service, then this place is for you. I’m worth way more than a one n done service.UPDATE: I went to another dentist who actually took the time to look at my teeth instead of going off of what I was telling her. Come to find out the dentist at west village diagnosis was incorrect. I have no infection in my mouth. The dentist at west village prescribed me an antibiotic because I told them I was having pain by my wisdom tooth, he assumed it was an infection. I did not need antibiotics and he would’ve known that if he thoroughly took his time.

Patty and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable even though this was my first time at this facility.

Shauna is one of the best! She is always professional, knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills. She takes the time to explain procedures and always offers you her undivided attention. Besides doing a great job on my teeth, Shauna genuinely cares about her patients.

I liked the hygentist... she was gentle and thourough. they got me in and out pretty quickly.... the dentist was courteous... it was a good experience..

I went in as a new patient with an emergency. I was treated like they new me forever and my emergency was taken care of. The dental assistance Tina was kind, helpful and understanding of my fear of Dentist. She put me at ease, as did the DR. I am new to the area and just found myself a dentist!

The process for my partial was smooth. Everyone was very kind & prompt.
