Took in a 2000 freightliner and they sent it back in great condition. Did repairs in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to do business.

Some of the reviews I am reading about this place are not only far fetched but incredibly wrong. First how could a place of business cause someone to lose custody of a child? There are more factors that play into that, if you lost so much that would have nothing to do with poor money management would it? To lose custody of a child there are several factors that play into that. So I dont even believe that. As for the staff being rude, that is so far from the truth. I had my truck serviced there and received nothing but AMAZING service. They were friendly kind and extremely helpful. They kept me updated on my truck, offered me coffee and they were even willing to go get me something to eat. The customer service was ABOVE and Beyond. The two service people Larry and jen listened and attentive to my issues I was having. I will only go to this location to get service done. Very rare you get this type of customer service. I was back on the road in 2 hours, thank you larry and Jen for your help. Great job guys!

We have been using W.W. Williams for many years, they are the best repair facility around. Mechanics, service advisors, and everyone is top notch.

Rude to customers. They use instant messenger to make fun of the customers that come in. I felt bad for half the people that walked in. They dont even hide it, they bluntly do it and I was not the only one to notice this. On top of that they are not very helpful at all. Do not recommend this place.

The worst customer service in the industry. When you walk in to drop off your truck for repair the old skinny guy that has been there for ever expects you to know whats wrong with it and pretty much expects you to read his mind if not he will talk to you are a evil 5 year old I even asked him why hes so rude. Then when u call to check on your truck that has been there a week or more they get mad and say (I told u we will call u)with the worst attitude. Im not a rude person I get along with everyone so its not me. Not to mention when u have to take your trucks back for same problems time and time again from misdiagnosis then u get trick explanations like your trucks dyno horse power was 300 out of 400 then after u pay 5000$ for them to put injectors in and they dyno it they say its at 76% like Im a idiot and dont know how to do math so 5000$ for misdiagnosis again.

I called this company looking for parts and sat on hold for 15 minutes. Im sorry, but that is NO WAY to do business. People kept picking up the phone and asking who I was holding for. Service doesnt help out the parts department at all and wont even look up an old invoice! Its ridiculous! I will never call them for parts OR service ever again!
