By far the BEST hand wash & detail I have ever been to! I came in yesterday as a last minute customer because I had dropped coffee all over my car and have not gotten a wash in over a month and they took me right in. The awesome staff ensure me that they would get everything out and take care of me. When I received my car back it felt as if I had just gotten it straight from a dealership. The impeccable detail to their work of getting every single stain out and shining every single outside area was spot on. I will definitely be coming back here weekly!

I have been a satisfied customer for the past 4 years. Both my 911 and Cayenne GTS have been Ceramic Coated and had Paint Correction done. It’s been a few years and the paint still shines as if it was just done. I also go frequently to have the cars washed. They take a lot of pride in their work and are very professional. I have recommended this place to many of my friends, which none have been disappointed.

Im kind of skeptical of detailing shops due to bad prior experiences. I decided to take my Honda to this place based on good reviews. They didnt not fail to deliver. My car was trashed from the inside due to poor body shop practices, and these guys turned my car brand new. Made the seats and cloth interior trim multitudes better than before. Id definitely recommend this place to anybody interested- prices are fair as well.

Nothing beats an in and out from Dearborn Heights handwash &Detail. I can confidently say that this place is like family where I can leave my keys and kick while they do their work ✊🏽 Grade A work! Lastly, got my vehicle tinted with Grade A tint! NOT THAT CHEAP STUFF! Call for a quote on anything! You won’t regret it!

I used to go there every week and take my trucks and cars. They went from charging $25 for a exterior wash to $40 dollars JUST for an exterior wash. They just lost my business and 15 of my other friends business. 25 was an okay price. But 40 is absolutely crazy. My car gets dirty after 2 days.

I would not recommend this place at all. I had just came back from a road trip up north and I decided to come here to get a hand wash so that I can get the bugs cleaned off the front of my car. I paid $50 for a hand wash and I come to pick my car up and see that the front of my car is still filled with dead bugs, I asked the worker why this wasn’t cleaned he said “in order for us to clean that you have to pay $200 for the full service detail”. At this point I am furious, you mean to tell me I paid $50 for a regular car wash that I could’ve gotten for $10. The crazy thing about this is that a colleague of mine came here for a hand wash as well and he was very disappointed in the job they did that he was able to convince them to redo the job all over again or he wasn’t going to pay $50 for a $10 job.

I had dropped off my car for detailing. The employees were polite and professional. But for $160 I wish they had done a more thorough job cleaning my car. I brought it back a second time and they still missed numerous spots. I’ll be going back to star car wash

The guys at the shop are very precise about there work. They are very attentive to their work its amazing! Would recommend the boys at Dearborn Handwash to any of my family and friends! All personal belongings were tucked away in the trunk with out me even asking! Thank you for the amazing work I will be visiting weekly!

Its called detailing for a reason, i.e. you dont just clean the obvious flat surfaces, you also clean the small hard to get details, like knobs and cup holders, the area between the arm rest and seat, etc. Also left everything very damp and wet. Most detail shops Ive used in the past dry your seats out before you ride out. Definitely not worth $120. Maybe give your staff a refresher course on how to clean the tight small spots, get them the right tools and brushes for said areas, or get a new staff.

The only place I take my cars. Top notch work. Whether you need full paint correction to just a simple wash. They do it all at great prices too.

I brought my truck here because it was the closest location to a detial shop and I was on short notice. I was hoping these gentlemen did at least an okay job but they blew my away. They treated my car as if it was their own, and the customer service was second to none. They will definitely have my business as long as their up and running.

Without a doubt the best place to go for anything related to car hygiene. They offer every service from exterior wash to full interior and exterior detail, shampoo, paint correction, wax, polish, ceramic coating. And because it is all strictly hand wash, each vehicle is given individual care with equipment that will not scratch or damage the vehicle paint as every basic drive-thru carwash does.I brought my car here for a full interior and exterior detail with polish and I was beyond pleased with the result! They covered areas that most places overlook such as door jams, inside the fuel door, inside the air vents in the interior. It was gleaming as spotless as the day it rolled off the dealers lot! Im so happy with the quality of work that now I only trust my car to Dearborn Handwash.

I had you guys do the 200.00 on my car and it is obvious that you never wheel buffed the car, hand waxing and washing is not two hundred dollars worth of value. Not impressed at this point. I requested that you wheel and buff, you quoted me the above price, there is still over spray that I pointed out and asked that you remove.

I was quoted a price of$140. That was raised to$240 by the end of the day we agreed to$ 180. Was job looks good. Im not thinking about going back.

This place is a car fanatics dream ! Truley they surpassed any expection I had for a car wash . I don’t think I can even call it a car wash it’s a highly skilled detail shop, my baby gets the best treatment possible. From a hand wash to paint correcting my paint finishing off with a flausly done ceramic pro that protects my paint through the toughest of derbies. Anyone would be foolish not to come here !

Took my car early for a wash and detail. Was told itll take 2-3hr. Called after 3hrs had passed and was told they havent started on it yet. Told them dont bother Im picking it up. When I got there they had no cars being washed and were just sitting down doing nothing. Wasted my morning waiting on them.
