I Went to Labcorps on 9/21/2021 walked in the waiting room at 1:00 pm and it was full close to standing room only. I notice two express check in devices there and were very easy to use with my ID. My opinion these devices help reduce the wait time. I had my blood work done and I was out of there before 1:40 pm. I only saw two employees one man and one woman and they were very professional and polite. I believe the two individuals had to be working through there lunch and breaks. They kept their cool and did an awesome job taking care of everyone there seeking services that day. I would definitely return there for my blood work again, I didnt feel a thing.

Went for employment testing. Electronic check in was so easy and convenient. Staff was friendly and got people in and out pretty quickly even with a pretty full waiting room. Nice facility also.

Went here for pre employment drug test. I took appointment in advance. I got there 10 minutes before scheduled appointment. The electronic check in was quick and efficient. Both front desk staff and my specimen collector were polite and nice. The facility was clean.I was in and out in 15 minutes.

The technician suddenly asked me to hold my own blood tube (1st tube out of 3) while the needle was inserted on my arm, and he went away to talk to someone else for few minutes. I was doing his job and no one deserves to hold their own blood tube! I never see a technician like this. I will never return back to this location for any blood work.

Its great to have a lab in the same building as so many doctors offices. I am able to go there after going to my Endo downstairs. Beautiful beautiful with fabulous surroundings. Lots of art. The staff is great and pulled my blood without me even wincing! Rarely, can you say youve had a great conversation while your blood was drawn but that was true today. The tech was fabulous. I wish I had gotten her name because she is a fabulous employee and deserves accolades. The artwork is calming and the office is very clean. The building is handicapped accessible with ramps and elevators. Also, the parking lot has many handicap spots.

Front desk African American I believe goes by the name Dan or Danny was extremely rude. My insurance card has not yet came in the mail but i have a picture of it as well as my member ID & group ID # along with my primary doctor calling them & providing them with the correct #. Asked to speak to a manager he said he was the lead on this shift refusing to services me & shut the window in my face while im still speaking.Nasty front desk if u don’t want to work with patients then don’t.

Absolute worst billing dept. Billed me incorrectly so my insurance wouldnt pay and its impossible to talk to someone to get it fixed. The one time I got through, they were clueless to what the issue was.

I misunderstood the booking process and was frustrated by the time I got into the office. Donna was so good to me - helped me figure it all out and made me feel comfortable despite how busy they were that day. Left there feeling so grateful for the kindness of a stranger.

Listen these ladies are awesome, fast, and efficient.. I was in and out. Jessica, Chan, T all contributed to my 5 star experience.. and the lab is real clean too!! I recommend going here before any other locations

This is the worst place ever. Nasty attitudes make you want to slap them. If your going to work with the public check your attitude or just stay home and don’t come to work. If you have social distance need to enforce it. Will never go to this place again.

This Place is in a beautiful building but the lab techs at this location are very slow. I arrived and some people had already been waiting for over 30min. I had about 10 people a head of me and there were several people in the back but they were only using 1 tech room. The rest of the people were walking around doing nothing. LabCorp needs to realize if someone is there like myself to do a Drug Test for a Pre Job Screening we are coming ready to pee in a cup. Not wait in a waiting room having to use the bathroom for over 30 min. I left because when I asked told the tech that I was on Medication and needed to go to the bathroom right now. This is what the tech said to me You can go to the bathroom and pee half way and then come back but you still have to wait How do you pee half way? I give her a peace of my mind and left. She clearly did not care and had her little attitude. Labcorp needs to operate this place better you have a beautiful big office and you seriously only using 1 testing room, this is absolutely ridiculous. I have been to other clinics and if they know you absolutely cannot wait and have to go to the bathroom right then they will accommodate you. And that was a walk in clinic, which the tech said nasty to me as I walked out if you are going to the other LabCorp its a walk in clinic. Sad experience do not go here!!!

I can’t cancel an appointment. Everything is automated. The prompt repeats itself. There are no live bodies to talk to. No facilities on the east side of metro Detroit. I’ll go with quest maybe

Don’t go there. I had a lab test for my wife Amal Al-Sofyani almost 2 weeks ago, and we didn’t get the result yet. Last week I called Dr Maha AlHussini’s office, they said they didn’t get the result yet. Today again the Dr’s office said they didn’t have the result yet( u have to call the lab). My advice go somewhere else who will give u the result as soon as they can without calling.

My endocrinologist uses this lab for their blood testing because it is located in the same medical complex. I have been many times before and have never been happy with their service. It was not until my most recent awful experience that I have felt the need to actually write a review, and am now looking for a different endo that uses another lab service because I will not go back here again. I checked in at the kiosk, which they have stationed right next to a receptionist who does not help you with the kiosk if you have issues. Then, I sat and waited. About 3 minutes after checking in on the kiosk, I received a text saying that I would be seen shortly and to gather my belongings because my name would be called soon. I proceeded to sit for 30 mins while 5 other patients who checked in after me were seen. At this point, I went up to the receptionist to inform her that I still had not been seen (per the sign on her desk that says if you have been waiting for 30 mins and have not been called at all, then you can come to the desk and speak to the receptionist). Once I informed her that I had been waiting for 30 minutes and that 4 people who checked in after me had already been seen and left, she asked me if I was sure that it had been 30 minutes. So, I showed her the text message I had received 30 minutes before, shortly after checking in. It was only then that she decided to believe me and look into it, then she took my insurance card and told me to sit back down. I waited an additional 5 minutes, was called back up to pay for the lab test before I received it. The receptionist still had not apologized or even tried to make up for the error, after I paid she said you can go sit down and wait to be called and it was a nurse/technician who was taking my blood standing behind the receptionist who finally said no, send her right back. While getting my blood drawn, the nurse taking my blood did not do a thorough job of disinfecting the blood draw site with an alcohol wipe prior to drawing blood. I am incredibly disappointed in the service of this facility, it took me nearly an hour from the time I checked in until the time I left (to get a routine small blood draw that would take 10-15 min. max. at any other lab/doctors office). I will not be using Labcorp in the future, and would not recommend this location to anyone who is considering using their services.

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment with a confirmation number and was turned away because the times are wrong on the website when they stop pre employment drug screens for the day. I drove 120 miles round trip because I can’t take time off work.Change your website LabCorp. Bad business.
