I had Savanna do my hair. I had color and highlights. She cut my hair just how I wanted it! She listened intently to what I wanted and made awesome suggestions as well. I paid $185 for color, highlights and a cut! I’ll be going back! Look at my before and after pics!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. I have been a client for many years! I have seen all the ladies at one point or another and they are awesome. For the last 8 or 9 years I have been seeing Jen, she is the bomb! Shes kind, professional, has a great personality, is honest and knows exactly what shes doing!! I have never gotten a cut or dye from her that I regretted. I must admit a few times I tried boxed dye 😱😨 and all I can say was Jen was a life saver!! I went in debating on cutting all my hair off and walked out loving it again :-) I will not go anywhere else.

Price too high. Went up since the last time I was there and the girl lied about that. Two cutter (one had a customer and the other was sweeping and folding towels). debating who should cut my hair. They made me wait!

I went online just looking for a good place to get my hair done... I really needed a good cut and highlights after this COVID shutdown. I came across Cost Cutters. I had seen the salon driving by when on Telegraph road. I believe it was a BoRics before.I called and talked to Jen. She was very professional and easy to talk to.I made an appointment about a week later and I wasn’t disappointed. 😊Jen did a great job. I hadn’t had a cut and color in over a year and now my hair looks great. She also recommended a fabulous thickening shampoo that works wonders for my fine thin hair.Thank you for a great experience Jen.I recommend and will be returning.

Jen who cuts hair at cost cutters is the best i ever had. You will get a great hair cut every time. For guys who like a little more i received a peppermint shampoo and conditioner with a hot towel for my neck and jen did a wonderful job. I thought i was at a health club. Its nice to get pampered.

I had an appt to get my 5 yr-old sons hair cut. I arrived there 5-10 minutes early. The female employee who checked me in wasnt wearing a face mak at all. I was wearing one and my son wasnt because restricting his breathing causes unwanted seizures for him (he was diagnosed with focal-onset/partial seizures. Another employee said he cant get a haircut because company policy says he has to have a mask. I was confused, does their company polic allow an employee to interact with customers without a mask? So my answer was O.K., I thanked her and I left extremely unsatisfied. I ended up going to another place and getting the haircut. To say that I wont come back is an understatement.

Cost Cutters on Telegraph in Dearborn is my place to go for a good hair cut. Many people will travel along way for a good haircut, Im one of them. I dont want a lot of fuss or spend a lot of time on my hair in the morning. Ask for Jen, shes the manager and she knows what shes doing. Cut, color, wash, they will do what they can to make you happy and look good.

Sitting outside, waiting to get my hair cut, website says 10 am opening, door says 11 am. Please get your act together. I dont have all day to wait for a lame $15.99 haircut.Follow up review for second attempted visit, after being told by the General Manager two months ago that they would accept my cash payment for a haircut. I called for an appointment and asked to be sure. Jennifer told me they wont accept cash. I do not want to use my credit card. MY choice. Apparently Cost Cutters/Bo Rics still does not want me, a 20 year customer, to return. Im not buying a car, it is only a haircut. Not important enough to them, I will go elsewhere.

Started out great! Nice friendly service got a gift card to get my hair permed. Went through the process. Went home after a few days it seems I was Bit fryed.They had me come back in for a deep conditioning and it looked and smelled good. I noticed in the from the a small patch of hair missing telling Jennifer this she asked had I stared any new medication. No I haven’t. As I left that day letting the curls flow free feeling good.. a few hours later I turned into a big ball of pooof!! I then decided to put it into a ponytail for the 1st time now I’m noticeing patches of hair gone all around the bottom of my neck my left side burn is gone as well my ponytail is no more!!! I cried my eyes out!!!!! I had so much hair missing and small MAN like hairs comein out of the ponytail!!! I’m definitely not recommend them to do a perm for no one else!!My gift card was $60 I paid 80 total!!I’ve never cried over my hair in my whole life until NOW!!!Sincerely,Unimpressed and distressed

Who is this mystery worker that is always on lunch when I come in?..They open at 9am I get there at 11 and there is a wait becouse this mystery person is on lunch.(only 1 girl working )..either they get 1heck of a lunch break(after an hour and an half of work...like1hour plus i dont know becouse by the time i leave thier still on lunch) or the girl there is full of#%@;.....QUIT BULL CRAPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
