They came to pick up my car that was going to be impounded and were so helpful. The car didn’t run any more, and I just wanted it gone. They were super quick and helped me that day! I would recommend!

UNRELIABLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!I called A & D to pick up a rusted, non-running truck. The Rep told me they would pick it up in the morning. They no showed. I called back and was told they would pick it up after 5 that same day. They no showed. I called the next day and was told they would pick it up later that morning. They no showed again. When I called back the same Rep told me his boss changed his mind and did not want the vehicle. No apologies, nothing!I then googled junk car removal and found Peddle. I gave them a call, answered some questions and they said they had an interested buyer who contacted me minutes later. The buyer picked up the vehicle the very next day, as scheduled, and paid $130.00! I highly recommend Peddle for fast reliable service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A&D JUNK CAR REMOVAL!!!

I used him before, no issues top dollar. Today I called to have him come get another one...had a rude guy answer the phone. Had me go through all the questions just to lie & say he is shutting down. So unfortunate...found someone else though. Wont refer

No stars for A & D junk but in order to post this review I had to choose a star. A & D junk sent a different tow company called Ace towing to pick up my vehicle and that tow truck driver did damage to my home. I wont recommend Ace towing in Dearborn Hts either. A & D junk refuse to take responsibilty for the damages Ace towing did to my property. We went to court they were found liabile and now refuse to pay the damages. Why would you want to do business with this company? The onwer just keeps saying he was in the hospital. Ok, but he left his friend in charge to run his business. Still your responsibilty, still your business you choose to leave someone in charge to keep running it.
