Everyone at Puzzuolis was absolutely incredible! They were so kind and even stayed late to get my brakes taken care of.Every step of the way, I was walked through what the recommended course of action was and they never pressured me to buy anything I didnt need - something I was concerned about as a woman looking into new mechanics after moving across the country. They made sure to tell me what needed to be done for safetys sake and what could wait until next paycheck.I will absolutely be back and I cannot thank the folks at Puzzuolis enough for taking care of me and my car.

They do mufflers, but theyre the only muffler shop in America that refuse to do catback exhaust system.Im not really sure why. I endup going to my Audi dealership and they installed them.

These guys are awesome!!! They do a great job, and strive to keep cost low. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to work with customers. They get your vehicle done and have you back on the road as quickly as possible. They are a full service shop, and they do allignments, as well.

Excellent mechanics. Its rare to find a mechanic that can fix a JAPANESE IMPORT in south-east Michigan. This is the only mechanic that was able to repair my car with ease. I feel like I am driving a brand new car. The entire staff is amazing.

My family has been taking our cars there for decades. Ive given them my car and asked, Do whatever it needs to have done and theyve given it back to me (no charge), saying, It doesnt need anything. Honest, straight-forward owners. Theyve gotten a good laugh when Ive told them what the dealership said my car needed. When the dealership failed at fixing my bent rim (twice), Puzzoulis fixed it right the first time. So now I go out of my way to take my car there (despite the long drive over). THEYRE THE BEST.

TOLD MYSELF I NEED 2 TRY THEM OUT & C WHAT THEIR ABOUT SINCE IM NOT ABLE 2 DO MY OWN AUTO REPAIRS ANYMORE DUE 2 MY HEALTH. I went in the shop because I was hearing an odd noise from my muffler. I left the shop paying $150 and the noise was still there. Some guy named Chris was giving me dirty looks and when I was asking him about my belt he was just starring at me like I was stupid and kicked me out the shop. Never coming back here again. FIX UR ATTITUDE CHRIS!!!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Puzzuolis for over 25 years and will continue to do so. They treat everyone like family and know us by name. I moved from east Dearborn to Wixom 3 years ago and still make the drive to have them work on my car, as much of an inconveniance it is. I stick with who I trust and Jim and Chris are the only ones I trust working on my cars. Fast and friendly service every single time I go there.

When my car started making a strange noise and I was losing power steering, I consulted a friend who referred me to Puzzuolis Auto Service. He insisted the Puzzuoli brothers (Jim and Chris) had taken honest and professional care of him over the years. So I drove over 35 mins with no power steering to have them take a look at it. Needless to say, I got a what seemed like a reasonable price and all my cars ill symptoms where taken care of.As older cars go (10 years on mine), the power steering on my car was deteriorating. So a power steering leak popped up again just two months later. Since Jim had already worked on my power steering, I decided to take it back to him to consult his opinion on what went wrong this time. I got a call from Chris (his brother) the day after I dropped off my Acura, with a message that my car was all set for pickup. I went to talk to Chris and he told me that he switched my rusted metal hose with a new copper one. And again, that Im all set (meaning no need to pay again for his additional follow up service). This type of ownership in the auto business is rare. The Puzzuoli brothers displayed a level of professionalism thats hard to come by.Theyre one of the original family businesses that opened in Dearborn decades ago and have shown me, by example, how they offer up peace of mind to their customers.
