Flew into Detroit for an interview. After 3 Ubers cancelled, making me very late for my interview, Blue Diamond was on it. My driver Dawn dropped everything to pick me up. She was great to chat with and got me there quickly. She even gave me her vote of confidence! She was right they still hired me. Thank you Dawn! You rock! Ask for her. She won’t let you down.

I contacted Blue Diamond for my daughters wedding and everything exceeded our expectations, they were very professional, the chauffeur was wearing a suit, very sharp, they were there 15 minutes prior to the agreed pickup time and the chauffeur waited patiently for my daughter to be ready, the limo was extremely clean and they even matched the bridal colors to the napkins inside the limo. At the end of the day my daughter was very happy and that is all that matters to me, thank you Blue Diamond for your amazing service and staff.

I used Blue Diamond this weekend for my son’s prom. They were very professional and extremely accommodating after some last minute changes I needed to make regarding final drop off. Even my first call to them when made the arrangements were very different than the other places I had called. And I had called at least 8-10 other limousine services. The Blue Diamond customer service person was knowledgeable, professional and I felt comfortable with them handling my precious cargo! The Cadillac Escalade was very clean and looked brand new! I have contracted them for my wedding, and i could not believe the level of professionalism from the very start with a quote to our chauffeur delivering us to our final destination, they provided food, champagne and a car at the end of the night for me and my husband at no extra charge. Amazing Experience, from the minute i called to inquire about pricing, until the chauffeur dropped us off, very professional, accommodating staff, super clean vehicles and amazing service.

We had a bus paired with the most ill-mannered driver. He refused to give us privacy by closing the door between the driver and back of the bus. He repeatedly turned off the music because “we were not allowed to stand up.” He stopped in the middle of nowhere, refused to take us to the banquet hall, locked the door of the bus and would not allow us to step out of the vehicle. We called the company informing them of his atrocious attitude and behavior and the office manager had to come to our rescue. He continued to completely ignore our requests to turn on the music and started driving recklessly—40 mph turns and halted stops at traffic lights, making us all fall out of our seats. The bride went flying off of her seat onto the floor. It was a total nightmare. Unprofessional service matched with unprofessional employees.

Horrible experience, i dont recommend this party bus bussiness the driver didnt let us stand we felt like we were on a school bus he would turn of the music when a person stands up!! Probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had on a party bus.

I rented a car for my daughters prom and can honestly say I was highly disappointed in the presentation of the vehicle. The car had scuff marks on driver side like the car was side swiped the vinyl on the outside of the car was peeling all over. The only good experience was the driver Keith. He was very pleasant he arrived 40 minutes early allowing the children to take pictures before leaving. When I called the office to complain about the appearance of the vehicle the office manager was very rude and got very offensive. Saying I got what I ordered and I explained that it wasnt about the year of the car its the presentation. I feel like they would have never sent a car in this condition to a adult venue. I took pictures trying to figure out how to post.
