All crew members were very professional and friendly. They worked as a team and finished the job thoroughly and efficiently. Not only they cleaned every vent, they also changed the filters, including the humidifier filters! The owner himself was hands on, cleaned each of the vent registers with wiper!He was also very knowledgeable and good at diagnostic the problems- he pointed out one of the humidifier electric valve was broken, thus water never stopped for a while. After the cleaning, I immediately noticed that the stale and wood smell within the whole house was completely gone! Very friendly and professional crew, I hired Drew Air Duct Cleaners for air duct cleaning and furnace service, they were very care for the house and made sure to wear shoe covers and clean after them, when dealing with the amount of dust we had in the ducts keeping the house clean isn’t an easy task. Also, they use a whip in the fireplace to go up the shaft, this is better than the brushes most companies use which miss the corners!

This place is a joke, we call them to come out to do our ducts due to a smell and they sent out a different company to come out and they sprayed our vents it work for 2 hours, We called the company and he was rude and was no help. I would not use this company

They were supposed to come out between 8-10 AM. No show, no call. Not sure who answers the phone, but they don’t have a clue what is going on.
