I was scheduled for 2 pm today for a couples facial and I’ve already paid through Groupon and I’m not from here and they were not there for my appointment and also did not answer the phone and not to mention they mixed up my original appointment as well

If I could 0 stars I would. It took me almost3 months to gather my composure to write this review. I purchased a full lash set with a fill and everything went wrong.1. Groupon had not updated their new address in Daytona so I drove to their original location to find it closed. I called the person and after she claimed she had given me the new address, she said it was a 10min drive. After an additional 20min drive, I was late to my appt.2. Location is not a spa, not relaxing at all in a lawyers office and hard to find because there is no sign. Instead of her rescheduling me because I was now 25min late, she took me anyway.3. She ended up doing a full set of classic lashes (normally 2-2.5hrs) in just about 1hr 15min. When I saw, I barely had any lashes added and they were clumped together at the base. When I asked her, she said she would fill them in on my next 2-wk fill appointment.4. I never carry cash and I tip generously;however, she didn’t accept any electronic form of payment (at my time of service Jul 18th, 2020) so I told her I would tip her twice during my fill appt (which we had just booked).5. After two weeks, I didn’t receive any reminders for my appt. I called the night before and the day of before leaving my house but no one answered. I drove 45min to the location, knocked on the door, texted and called but no answer. I relied on this appt and their professionalism Bc I had a big event I needed my lashes done for so I was frustrated and severely inconvenienced trying to find a place that would fit me in that day,6. This was a Groupon and she redeemed the full voucher (including services not provided)On the first appointment and ghosted me for the rest. I wrote Groupon and complained but they were only able to provide me a $15 credit. I’m pretty faithful as a customer and I’m not typically a reviewer unless you do something utterly disgraceful. I’ve never been through an experience like this. So unprofessional, desperate and greedy.

I arrived to my10:30 appointment and called after to ask which entrance to go to. I was then told she called me at 9 to cancel the appointment. Not only was that a lie considering I had no missed calls and no voicemails, I wasted 30 minutes of driving and am now in a rush to find a new lash tech before my event.Do not waste your time!

Amazing experience & royal treatment. I’ve been going there with my girlfriend since they opened to get couple massages and it’s nothing less than wonderful. All the employees are professional and courteous. Prices are very reasonable compared to other spas in the area. This is a hidden gem.

First Time here and definitely wont be the last.. I am from the Orlando area went to the beach and found this Gem of Place.. Nina had unbelievable hands, What a Massage.. Its been 3 days since i been there and i still feel great. I will diffidently drive an hour for those healing hands.. Thank You so much Nina

I went to get a facial and massage and the experience was very enjoyable. The facial was a little aggressive but it’s what my skin needed and I could tell she was doing it with care. The massage was otherworldly, I was almost worried I was going to fall asleep from how relaxing it was if Nina wasn’t such a good conversationalist. Definitely recommend.

I went for a couples massage and facial and the entire experience was fantastic! I absolutely loved the environment, and I was asked throughout the massage how I felt and if I wanted anything done differently. Everyone was very sweet and made sure it was perfect for both me and my partner. Give this place a chance- you will love it!

It was my first time getting a massage or facial.. and I think they did an amazing job at understanding that and explaining the process of what they were doing and why. I was so relaxed and stress free by the end I just wish I had someone to drive me home!

My experience here was excellent. I was in town from Indiana for Spring Break, and wanted to do a massage with my fiancée. Everything is about the customer here, and my fiancée and I felt so taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing massage! I have been looking for a place to get massages that I would want to go back to, I get deep tissue due to stress & tightness that gets very painful, everywhere Ive tried I had no interest in going back until I tried Adventurine Spa!! AMAZING for real, Shakharas technique & healing hands relieved my pain incredibly & I can say Im done looking!
