Terrific experience today installing a hitch on my 2016 Toyota sienna. They were $40 less expensive than a local specialty hitch installation place, and they had a hitch in stock. The other place would have had to order it. I called them this morning, and got a 1 o’clock appointment in the afternoon. I showed up a few minutes early and they took me right in. The whole installation took 35 minutes. I highly recommend a fellow named Izzy. Installing hitches is his specialty, and he really seems to know what he’s doing. The installation was done neatly and cleanly. The dirt on the hitch in the picture is from my dirt road! The total cost for a 4500 pound max gross weight hitch including taxes was $224.

Totally helped us avoid disaster after booking through the 800 #... Thankfully the employees of this location knew what they were doing and fixed the whole confusing situation. Totally would recommended them for ANY move but especially out of state moves.

Be careful we are renting a trailer y rented for 180$ 6x12, and they charge me. Crazy money at the end, I did it 3 times for 1 day simply math 3x 180 + tax around 600 $ right ? Nop that charge me 980$ with a full of excuses!!

Still waiting and it’s been over a 6 weeks wait to get a hitch put on my car after scheduling and paying for an appointment. My appointment was canceled without me being notified. Any time I try to call the location I’m sent to corporate to wait on hold for an hour. Use a local place for hit installation instead!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I Had a reservation I placed with Trenton a week ago to have my hitch installed at 10am today the 14th. I told him my wife and I are moving out of state today and that I needed it done today so we can hook up a trailer and go. He said no problem and they can do that but I would need to order it right now and place the reservation order amount in order to get it installed by today so I did. When my wife got there to get it installed today they said they dont have the hitch or even have a tracking number to see where it is. They then tried to tell us they dont guarentee it will be there on the installation date. They basically just said sorry about your luck and refunded me back my reservation hold. They couldnt even be bothered to answer any questions on the matter because they are severly understaffed. Now we have to scramble to get this done today. I am debating on canceling my uhaul trailer reservation after this experience. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Rude and charged more than what they were supposed to. It took 12hrs to pick up one truck.

It went well except they were expecting me to drop-off my car. I explained that when I made my appointment with Darius that I would be waiting for the hitch to be installed. Darius told me it would take1 1/2 hrs. I was told that it wouldnt be till at least noon before my car was ready. I advised him that I wouldnt be able to reschedule as I needed to use the hitch tomorrow and my wife had a doctors appointment just afternoon. He said hed give me a break if Id wait, so I decided to wait and hope. I called my wife to warn her we might run late for her apptn.However, my car was ready by 11:30. I thanked the team for getting me done when they did...that was a blessing.

Worst UHAUL EVER!!!!!! Understaffed seem like nobody knows what they doing...if i could give y’all no star i would have.....Dillan must be thinks all Black people look alike he had me all confused with another customer if i wasn’t for the free storage for the college students i wouldn’t be here....
