We are out on our scooter ride and stopped to get a snack. Having a blast riding the scooters around. My wife and son are in one of the scoot coupes and I am on a regular scooter. They are easy to operate for someone that never rode like my wife. It was ready to do the rental and they had us out in the road in just a few minutes. We will come back and rent here again when back in Daytona.

Our family traveled from Buffalo to Daytona. We rented a golf cart for a day and it was AMAZING! Staff is super friendly and helpful, price was great, and the golf cart was an easy and super fun way to travel. We will definitely rent one again on our next trip! Highly recommend this place!

After my experience with this establishment and the owner today i dont even care to elaborate on why i am giving 1 star. Communication is horrible here. No one can make a decision unless the owner gives permission, even when he is not there. Safety is not a concern. Giving me an excuse about how there was some big event yesterday does not justify the fact that you sent my nephew and i out with a bike that had improperly installed handle bars causing him to almost crash at 10-15 mph. And not locking the battery to my bike that kept jumping off the bike. This All happened within 10 minutes of our rental. I went back to the rental office to get this resolved and it was like pulling teeth. The staff agreed that the handles were install incorrectly and the bike was not safe. I asked is there was another bike we can use in replacement of this one because simply tightening up the handle bars does not change the fact that they were installed wrong. So they finally bring another bike from the back out to us. I asked if they would be able to restart the clock on our rental because we only rode for 10 minutes and the owners daughter said no because we already left one time. What!? Then i asked for a refund and she said she could not without her dads permission so i asked her to get him on the phone so i could speak to him since no one else in the establishment was able to make a justifiable decision with out his blessing. Tried to explain the situation to him and he immediately took the defensive. He went on to tell me about how he rented the bike out so many times before us and never had issues and that he is a 5 star reviewed company for a reason and I wont find his service anywhere else. And that the handle bars are probably the way they are because we were probably hopping curbs with his bike. And if we damaged it we would have to pay.(very aggressive and egotistical) After I got off the phone with him I decided to send him a video of the bicycle to illustrate the issue. Shortly after he watched the video he called another employee at the shop and instructed them to apologize and issue a refund and let us either use scooters or a golf cart on the house. We decided to move forward with this and went inside to the office as instructed by the employee to talk to the owners daughter to get a refund and knock out the liability paper work for the cart. She then said she could either let us use the cart or give us the refund. I told her that the other employee just talked to her father and he stated other wise. She then told me she would have to call him again to confirm. At this point i had enough and just wanted my moneg back. Needless to say the owners attitude is atrocious. Instead of getting defensive about something communicate with your staff on site before you assume and try to concur a fact. I would have appreciated an apology from you directly and not from your employee. Communication is non existent here no one is on the same page and everyone is afraid to make decisions without the owners blessing. After my interaction with him i can see why. Id suggest double checking equipment between rentals. Giving an excuse about how you had a big event yesterday doent justify the fact that you sent us out with bad equipment. Be happy your only getting a 1 star review and not a lawsuit my nephew could have lost control of that bike and fell into traffic and go seriously hurt or worse.

While me and my wife Was on our way back to the inn To drop something off I accidentally dropped my wallet and I didnt know where It was I was really upset then my wife said lets call Lifes A Beach Rentals to see if it was dropped In our Mini sling shot punch bug and the owner honestly said he found it Wow praise God you dont find many people like that today And I even tried to pay him some money And He wouldnt take it Not only is this the best place to rent from in Daytona Beach and surrounding area but the most honest Me and my wife definitely will be coming back!!!🥳🥳🥳🏍

This place is amazing !! The people who own this store are some of the nicest people you can run into during your stay in Daytona Beach. Myself, my boyfriend and our friends rented a golf cart and scoot coop, and had the absolute time of our lives!! We rode all around making friends and letting the wind run through our hair!
