They found us the perfect place. We have a large dog so condos are hard to find. They found a newly renovated property that was on the first floor as close to the beach as allowed.Every time there was an issue, they were there to solve it. Correspondence was quick and effective. I didnt get a call back for 3 days ...3DAYS....so I ended up personally putting in the offer on the house that we wanted so that we dont lose it… can you imagine the motivation that existed there??Then they had some gentleman call me with respect to setting up my utilities as to what they promote as their helping you move in experience… trust me do-it-yourself this guy had no clue what he was talking about. Do yourselves a favor go with a major league hitter if you want a good experience someone who knows the market and the area.

Did not feel my realtors had my best interests in mind. The initial signing on process to accept them as my realtors was not thoroughly explained. After the fact, I felt deceived. The pictures taken were not good quality and were not the best pics. The description wasn’t very good and had grammar errors. After some showings, lights and such were never turned off. More often than not, I had to reach out to my realtors for updates on showings. After a short time on the market with no offers, my realtors kept trying to convince me to drop the price. Overall I wasn’t happy with them as my realtors. Definitely do not recommend them.

Chad Schultz is a phenomenal realtor. We were purchasing our new home in Florida from Indiana and our schedule didn’t allow for many trips to view properties. That’s the logistical summary but the reason the experience was so phenomenal was the personal/professional experience. Chad worked with us for nearly 12 months during this process. I have purchased, managed and sold numerous properties over the years and I have worked with many different RE Agents, some better than others. When I was looking for a Florida property, I went with Stan & Diana Janzen. With Stans knowledge of the area, construction, building codes, etc., and Dianas knowledge of real estate (commercial & residential), market trends, etc. - I figured I was getting a team that would give me an advantage in finding the right property for the right price. I was right. Stan and Diana exceeded my expectations in all capacities. In fact, they have set the bar so high, I would not buy or sell another Florida property without them.
