Got my baby girl Nova there in July, she was apparently lost when found, she was sunbleached and scraggly. When I met her, I knew she was the one for me....she was shy at first, but now shes the silliest and cutest cat, Ive ever met...thank you PetSmart for finding this baby for me, she is the best thing thats ever happened to me, I love her so much

The staff were so friendly here!My fiancé and I came with one of our ferrets, Scooter, and everyone said hello! We bought her this awesome crinkle cat toy house thing since her favorite is crinkly toys ❤

The grooming salon is top notch! All the ladies are professional and friendly! They go out of their way to do a great job!

Petsmart is a very popular place to get your pet food and treats. Dogs and cats are also allowed in their to walk around maybe they can pick out a toy.

The staff was extremely helpful. One of the floor managers, Smiley, helped me out by convincing me to buy a puppy planner (for 20 dollars but it has tons of coupons) and helped me find everything I needed for my new rescue until the end of her shift. She even showed me where to find clerance items that worked with my newly aquired coupon book to save money. Jordan, one of the pet trainers, helped me with the rest of my purchasing needs and rang me up. Over all very nice experience. Would definitely go again.

I was using the grooming service and Kimberly was the absolute best! She has a caring / calmness about her that really helped my pet. I was very pleased with the cut and how my pet and I were treated. I will definitely be returning and will recommend to everyone.

Petsmart is the worst place to take your animals to get groomed. I spent over $70.00 to have a bath, flea dipped, nail grind, and anti shed to help with all the hair. The only thing g that got done was the nail grinding. Her snout and tummy were still dirty, there is no way they bathed her. Plus I dont think they sanitize there sinks, tables, and creates enough.

Desperately needs to be cleaned. There is dog urine everywhere. You can smell it the second you walk through the door.

Took my son for some fish. Half the tanks were filled with dead dish. Literally dead fish at the bottoms of the tanks. There was an associate getting crickets for a customer. Trying to give her dead ones. This store doesnt seem like people care about the animals. Even feeder bugs and fish. we ended up leaving without new fish or anything

Went in to get some neon tetras for my 10 gallon tank. Two of the fish were severely damaged and were missing parts of their fin. One of them had a chunk bitten out of the side of him and the other one was missing one of its side fins and couldnt swim. Woke up the next morning and the two injured ones and an additional one had also died. Went back and asked for a refund or at least replacement fish for selling me damaged fish and they refused.I was forced to buy more tetras from them since I only had 2 left and they need to be schooling. Made sure that they werent damaged and when i got back home, one of them died before the day was even over.All in all, this store does not treat their fish well at all. The amount of dead fish and neglect is extremely worrying. Its absolutely inhumane and the employees who manage the aquatics department should be ashamed of themselves.

I needed a small plastic pool. The price online was $5.57. When I arrived at the store the shelf price was $9.99. I asked the cashier if the cheaper price was only online. She rung me up for the price on the website. She didnt need to call a manager or give me any hassle over the price. She was very pleasant and accommodating. All I needed to do was show her the price I found on my phone.

Cant say enough! A few days ago hubby and I stopped at PetSmart in Daytona.I sat down my Coach purse to try a halter on my puppy. Paid for it and walked out. Leaving my purse sitting on the floor ! 15 miles down the road I realized what I had done. I immediately called the store and the employee went looking for it for me. She found two women guarding my purse while calling the store to get assistance. They left before I got there to thank them. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude I could barely thank the manager. Those 3 women showed me there is still some good, honest and compassionate people in this world. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤.

We enjoy being able to take our girls out shopping on occasion. They enjoy visiting this store. The Petsmart people are always helpful and courteous. The price matching policy is a great reason to Shop in-store too.We appreciated the young clerk checking for our best-price.

Fantastic helpful staff! Was not pleased by concrete repair person who blocked front door with a vaccination sign I am use to moving things my husband in a wherlchair with his service dog..the sign wasnt even covering wet concrete and as a moved it she did step in it. Concrete is not good on dogs paws...its a pet store I did let him know it be better to put up a wet concrete sign..Staff was super helpful knew stock and took us to stock we needed.we even checked out the vet and receptionist and vet tech so kind and even gave us 24 hr emergency vet numbers in area.

Good customer service, they had some good sales on puppy food as well as treats. Love the discount toy bins since my dogs just rip them all up anyway. Polite employees and clean store.

Helpful staff. Prices are high, but most pet stores are... They had what I needed so I had to shovel out the money as well. I would go back as the staff was friendly.

Ive never had any problems some times I wish they had a bigger cat supply option but they seem to be getting alot more in. Super friendly staff and very helpful. They do not have a cat groomer but we found a better option. There is a vet attached to this PetSmart location. We never been to it, but I think thats I pretty good idea. And we have adopted two cats from there that were from the local human society that they keep at PetSmart so people can see them more to get adopted faster.

My fur daughter loves the Authority brand wet cuts in gravy and she is totalky picky. The quality of her food is important to me while not spending my whole paycheck

Very kind, warm and friendly location. As with all pet stores and pet supplies the prices here are outrageously expensive but such is the life of owning a pet. It is rarely busy and my dogs vet (Banfield Pet Hospital) and her groomer is attached which is convenient. I highly recommend their grooming services as they do a remarkable job for a fraction of the price of many other places and always offer a ton of discounts. The staff is nice, professional and always excited to see Dakota.

When we were looking at cats the staff was super rude. We ended up not even being able to look at any and left so sad.

Wish you had not discontinued certain rope that my dog usually cannot destroy until at least a year into owning it. Spent $20 on a rope that was destroyed in less than 2 hours.

Not the biggest PetSmart, little bit understaffed but its a great place. Got my puppy some food that he needed and picked him up some chew toys. Service was fast and easy, just a like a regular pet-smart. they should look into getting more staff.

Good for picking up something last minute, but the selection is limited and pricing on a lot of items is way higher compared to online merchants like Amazon. Lately it seems as though they have reduced their staffing as well, they often only have 1 register open and the line can be quite long at certain times.

Brought my 10 month old Shih tzu for grooming there for the first time today and she came back absolutely perfect! Dawn did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend her to anybody in this area! My pup smells so good and is extra soft! And I love the Halloween bow that Dawn put in her hair!The staff there was also very friendly and actually listened to what we were saying!

I had my dog groomed today. I thought I was pleased until I got home and my dog was itching at her private parts. I looked and she was cut way to short. When she peed she would cry. I realize this will grow out but it is very uncomfortable for her.They trimmed her pads on feet but did not touch the tops of her feet at all. They did trim her nails.

They were out of stock of a lot of my car food. This store, you cant order for curbside pickup because they dont have all their products on their website. I should of had some bonus points for signing up, but they didnt show up (I did it 3 weeks ago)

We are in week 2 of beginning dog training 6 week class. So far it has been pleasurable and educational. Live the instructor and staff is friendly and helpful.

Rented a Bissell carpet cleaner from this PetsMart.The machine was so dirty when I cleaned my carpet that hairballs were coming out of it (I don’t have a shedding pet, and have no pets with black hair so I know the hair balls weren’t coming from my house). I did not complain, I figured that’s probably expected of a rental carpet cleaner. Before I brought it back, I cleaned out both water bins, cleared the hose, etc. When I brought it back, the manager flips it over and there is sand on the bottom and with no courtesy or even effort at politeness just points at it and says “you had to clean it to get your deposit.” I hadn’t thought of flipping the machine UPSIDE DOWN in my house, so I was pretty polite and just said “oh! Okay yeah I missed that. Alright that’s fine.” Karen (this manager’s name) signs my form, doesn’t sign anything in their book marking that I have in fact returned it, and hands it back to me without saying anything. I figured I had to sign for something, so I was still waiting and she, again, quite rudely says “you don’t get your deposit back!” And I was like, “I don’t need to sign or anything though?” And she just rudely dismissed me.I’m not sure how anyone can expect to have returning customers with that sort of interaction. I didn’t even protest not getting my deposit back, even though I didn’t feel she was being completely fair, and I was still treated with utter disrespect. Disappointing PetsMart.

All PetSmarts are fun to shop in and had exactly what I was looking for.

Fairly decent selection of freshwater fish and related aquarium accessories (along with the normal pet food, toys, etc). Usually short staffed however and occasionally youll have to track someone down for help only to have to wait until someone is not busy in order to help you grab a fish or something you cant grab by yourself. Prices are fair for a big box pet store.

Had an appoinment for my dog to get nails clipped at 11am. When I checked in they told me my appointment wasnt until 2pm. I just made the appointment the day before and asked for 11am which they accomodated so I know it was for 11. To my surprise I was told, no problem, its most likely our error. We can do him now. No ugliness or anything like that. Just 100% customer service. Also social distancing maintained. A win win all around! 👍👍

I love my trips to Petsmart! The staff is always so courteous and right there to offer help if I need.

The employees here are very helpful, and polite. The store manager is also a great lady she is always making sure that customers are taken care of, and happy with their purchases.

The curbside pickup for grooming appointments was excellent. The staff is incredible and friendly. Highly recommend!
