EDIT: Dave from the office finally reached out. He was extremely nice and super apologetic about the whole thing. He explained that isnt how they do business and it was just a bad employee. I was happy to hear everything is being resolved. Huge thanks to Dave and Joe!The employee who came to install our termite traps failed to tell us that is was a 100$ a month, year contract. He told us it would be $99. Took our card number over the phone, never even saw the employee in person. We got charged again the $100 this month, and when I called and spoke to the folks at the call center, they said I was enrolled in a year contract. Come to find out, the employee forged my signature on the contract that i had never seen. This is HIGHLY illegal, and I have been trying for 4 days to get a manager to call me from the branch. Youd think they would be a little faster since this is a legal matter.

9-30-21. This how they helped me after I emailed them. Update they just charged my account over $800 for supposedly cancelling a contract that I never had. Only had service once. Do not use this company. I signed up for monthly service however due to a medical condition I needed to cancel my services. When I called to cancel I was told that I was under contract, I never agreed to a contract. Also I called since August 24th and spoke to assistant manager and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this issue. Also they continue to charge my account $100 per month. Today Sept 15th and I still do not have a solution manager called me it seemed he had no idea what was going on. He was supposed to call me back and I have yet to receive a call back.

I appreciate my technician, Mr. Joseph Heist. He is the reason I stay with Terminix and ignore other pest control offers. He goes above and beyond when taking care of my house. Plus, he pays attention to make sure my house is protected and pest free. For example, he saw signs of some flying pest, he asked if I had been hearing a buzzing sound. I had, but I thought it was wasps building a nest. He explained they were in me soffit and would treat to get rid of them and would return to treat again to get rid of the pests that were still developing. He is the best! Plus he is always kind and has a caring smile. I know from customer service, that genuine kindness and smile makes a difference.Thank you.

I recently moved into new apartment and immediately noticed a roach infestation. Manny came out explained what was going on, the treatment process, about how long it will take and what I needed to do moving forward. This gave me so much relief in such a stressful situation. I noticed a drastic difference immediately after my treatment. I would definitely recommend Terminix and Manny to anyone.

My technician Joe Sentey is not only friendly but goes above and beyond every time he is here. I had Massey for year before terminex and they could never handle my creepy crawlies. Joe found how they get in, and got them under control very quickly.

A week has passed and still no call back from the Daytona Beach branch about the refund.Used their service last year. The rep charged the renewal for the following year without my permission and took 3 weeks to refund. Also forgot to tell my tenants the combo to get the keys for tenants after the job was done and just left for the day. Now a year later, I got charged the renewal again without my authorization. Called terminix but was told the branch must do it and that they will call me back to take care of the refund. Called early in the morning. No response all day.

Zero stars. What a joke. Ive paid for a 3 month service. When our technician showed up he assumed our house was a hoard because of the clean out in the front yard from previous tenants. He comes inside and sees our home has all of our boxes and such in one dedicated area. He then says I cant spray your home till you unpack. All of my boxes are sealed tight so no bugs will intrude. So whats the point of not spraying? Ive called Terminix Daytona, the national Terminix hotline and still have not been able to get back to anybody. Save your time. Ill. Rather give my 120 dollars to another company. No thanks!!

Nelson was very knowledgeable, personable and so nice. He took a lot of time to explain procedures and helped us identify a bug. He was very Covid-19 conscious which we really appreciate! We really look forward to seeing him again and appreciate that he has known three generations of our family.

It was thorough they we’re called in for a roach infestation and moved appliances checked baseboards and will respray as a follow up in two weeks . My service agent Joe has always done a great job on all my properties and I would highly recommend them for maintenance of pest control .

Went in with 7 people for birthday celebration but they dont have regular tables or booths for larger parties. Only thing they had was a hightop table in the bar, but an elderly relative is unable to sit with her feet dangling, or they swell up. We had to sit at 2 separate booths, and couldnt see or talk to each other. Not going back.

Have had JOHN MCDONALD as my Terminex service man for a number of years. He is courteous, professional, timely and thorough. A real representative for your company.

Horrible service, they damage your property, then demand payment for a service they don’t provide. Do not provide service and give you the run around when trying to call. There is no corporate phone number to contact. Their excuse the entire time is that the “manager is in the field and will give you a call back”. But that never happens. Save your property, also yourself time and money and look for another dependable company. Terminix doesn’t let you out of a contract, even when you are not getting ANY of the services you were supposed to get. The company does not care about customers, all they care about is a sale. Then they igonore you and you get nothing from them. I been calling for 5 months., and still no call back from anyone. I would of given zero stars but that wasn’t an option.

I am completely disappoint with Terminix, and after several years of the service I decided to cancel all my contracts. Their policy is to force you to sign a new service and then they charge you in advance, after that they dont want to make what you paid already for. You failed to reach them, they didnt return you calls, etc., so you couldnt return your money back.

And they always give me a discount. Thats a make or brake for me plus all their employees that I come across are professional.

In my 20+ years living in Florida this by far has been the worst experience I had with any pest control company. Besides the the cost being high and them being unable to get rid of roaches. The staff has become increasingly more unprofessional and borderline rude. To top it all off, Its taken two weeks (and counting) to get my services canceled. Next stop the BBB

Went here for a job interview, got there 15 minutes early to be professional. I still had to wait an hour longer for the Branch Manager to show up when they are the ones who scheduled it in the first place. It was like they were unprepared for it all. I drove 32 miles for this when the entire interview lasted about 7 minutes tops! Wow! Unreal. At the end of the 7 minutes the Branch Manager kept saying he has 8 more candidates to interview. Ok no problem I thought. 2 weeks later he scheduled an second interview with me and 2 minutes before it started he canceled and rescheduled it for the next day. At this point I did not go forward with this place, it seems they just don’t have the time to fill their open positions. Big waste of my time and you would think a waste of theirs too. People need to know this as well as the corporate office. Hope no one else has to go through this. Very unprofessional and unprepared!

This was the absolute worst and unprofessional experience I have had in years. We needed a rodent exclusion done and also signed up quarterly pest control so that traps would be set. Trying to get someone to provide the service has been a nightmare. Everyone blames someone else no one takes responsibility. Finally the exclusion was done after having to involve supervisors and managers. Still waiting for the job to be finished after being promised on multiple occasions people would come out on certain days, etc. Apparently now that they got our money, which after researching we found was roughly sixty to seventy percent higher than anywhere else, they don’t care to respond or complete the job. Will never use or recommend to anyone.

Joshua is a very pleasant and delightful agent. His politeness is infectious. I like his promptness. He is very thorough in explaining the services for the day. He always goes above and beyond the norm.

You guys have gotten rid of the ant problem we have, but I had to take care of a carpenter ant nest that had bored into my back deck right up by my house. When I first the noticed the problem was about 45 minutes later when I came home for lunch after Joseph Heist our technician had been out at our property. You could see the fresh wood shavings in and around the hole.

I originally had Massey Services and throughout the years they started to do less to treat our house from pests. I called Terminix and the rep treated the entire perimeter of the house as well as inside the house. This was something that Massey did not do, inside and outside. My rep was extremely punctual and let me know at the end of the treatment exactly what was done. I highly recommend Terminix for a thorough Pest Control company.

We have had termite and quarterly pest service here since 2006 and this past year had been nothing but problems. We’ve had sales people show up without appointments and take additional payments from our elderly tenant.I live out of state and have spent over 15 hours on hold, passed around to national Terminex numbers, and leaving voice mails at the local office and on the cell number for the manager, Mike.I have received multiple sales call from the local sales guy & manager. Now I need to speak to someone about my current service no one return my calls are answers the phone. I have been reaching out to them for a month (manager’s cell and office phone) I have never gotten a call return.The elderly tenant was pressured by a sales guy to pay $999 for a service they don’t even need on top of the services we already pay for.We contacted the office to try and cancel the service but after getting her money refunded at the bank Terminex attempted to send someone to do the additional service anyway.The service guy was nice and seems to do a great job but customer service and local franchise gets an F.We are in the process of switching to Orkin.

Although I checked several different services, many of the ones that Terminix rendered were inspections. We did not always have problems.

My technician was here for a termite inspection and he was also so kind to knock down a couple wasp nests and spider webs

Horrible service and experience!! When I tried to cancel my service, the people kept hanging up on me. I was finally able to cancel after about 2 weeks of calling constantly to complain and getting them to come and remove the termite bait stations!

I will say the technician that came to my home was honest and awesome. Everyone else that I dealt with at the company was not. To make a long story short, I paid for a service that I did not get. The service I did get was A LOT cheaper. I have been trying to get a refund for the amount over paid. 3 months later....still waiting.

The tech, contacted us in advance to his visit, arrived on time, explained what he planned to do and then went an did it. When done he told me what he had found and what he had done.

Just got a phone call from a debt collector. Once again, gotta go through this. I sent a message to my rep in the area to cancel an appointment since I was moving. I had been in contact with my rep for ALL appointment related issues. I sent him a text to cancel an appointment since I MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Well he went ahead and did the service call anyway. Now I have a debt collector calling me saying I have to pay for a service I didnt authorize. I do have documentation of the text message canceling the appointment. So I guess if Terminex shows up and performs an unauthorized service, youre still forced to pay.

Leonard from Terminix called and texted to confirm his appointment with me the following day. I was impressed from the start that it was an actual person reaching out to me and not an automated machine. He was extremely helpful and kind when he arrived. His inspection was thorough yet quick. He was able to arrange for someone to come out and treat the same day which was greatly appreciated. I had a bit of an unconventional situation and Leonard was accommodating and understanding. I was very impressed with the whole process. I’ll definitely use Terminix again in the future!

Nelson is a good rep for Terminix. He looks inside and out. Answers questions you have. Calls before arriving. Utilize Terminix throughout year by calling every few months for them to come out. Otherwise I believe they only do the once a year service call but we call and have them out 2-3 times just to be safe.

Glad we have our regular technician back but they all make a great attempt to provide excellent customer service. If I need to call them back after a service visit thats never a problem. I put my trust in Terminix.

Before you call for inspection or sign agreement, make sure YOU know the differences in termites. We relied on these professionals to know the difference, do a thorough inspection, and make sure we were covered while securing a termite bond. While in the process of selling the home we discovered that we are not completely covered. Very disappointing.

Had a gentleman named Larry ring my doorbell twice this morning at 8am trying to sell me a policy with them. I didnt answer the door and he proceeded to walk all the way around my home and even looked into the windows where my daughters were sleeping. He rings the doorbell again and I told him to get lost as I already have a termite bond with FL pest. I have a sign hung on my front door at eye level that says no soliciting. I called the number listed online and nobody can seem to answer the phone or return phone calls. He was driving truck 108910. I caught all of this on my surveillance cameras. I want him fired or I will be pressing charges.

Great service, very informative and will answer any questions you have and even show you pics of different pests and inform you of them, recommend to everyone highly!! I forgot his name but he was very informative and even showed me pictures of different types of roaches so I could understand which one was which, I would highly recommend this pest service to everyone, he answered any an all questions I had about ant and roaches, and put my mind at ease that I didnt have German roaches, just the normal ones that are starting to come in, as soon as I saw one I called terminix because I hate bugs and they were very quick to come out and treat inside and outside my home to prevent anymore ants and palmetto bugs coming in. They are very professional.

Had a hard time contacting my local Terminix office to reschedule my appointment. Direct local calls are redirected to a national call center. Wasnt sure my local service representative would get my cancelation.

Technician was absolutely very professional, courteous and prompt with the time. Again aces accepts the board for Terminix and Clayton the technician. Also we’re very accommodating for my rare request as far my insect problem. Clayton was very knowledgeable and polite.

Weve had Terminix since 1986 and when termite damage was found they took care of the repairs to our home in short order. Customer service is tops. Weve also had the same tech for quite a few years and hes reliable, professional and honest. I hope Terminix appreciates him as much a we do.

It is really frustrating when a sales rep cannot give you an honest answer about the services they provide. Unfortunately as a consumer you do not really know the quality of service you are going to receive until you have first hand experience with a company.We recently had a rep come through our neighborhood peddling their product and unfortunately my wife signed up with them. We have had a problem with fleas and ants this summer and had already been discussing looking for a pest control company. In talking with other companies we found that the fact that we have fish tanks could be a problem, and that had led to a delay in choosing a company.The young lady that was peddling their services is either incompetent or a liar. I am not certain which, but I am guessing the second. She said that they would be able to treat the yard and the house for fleas (as well as a variety of other pests). She also stated that there would be no risk to the fish because they use all natural products. Well, fast forward to today and this was simply not true. Apparently they can only spot treat the yard, and cannot actually spray it. They also cannot treat for fleas in the house without us removing every living creature, and/or completely sealing and turning off the fish tanks for 2 or more hours (which will likely kill them), because their treatments will in fact kill them. So the one reason that we we really needed them to be there they could not even do.I am extremely disappointed. Misrepresentation is never ok. It is dishonest. You may have a customer for the rest of this contract, but you have lost a customer for life.

Very happy with Terminix Indoor & Outside for a number of years - we trust them. They do their job 2 or 3 times a year. Their technician, Ken calls us about the day & time of our service - and he is very friendly and helpful & he makes the appointment at a convenient time for everyone. We would be happy to recommend our friends to go with Terminix. The first time many years ago was for termites and they resolved that issue very quickly.Subsequently the service was straightforward and simple. We explained we thought we had a bug problem in the kitchen & that they were an issue and he sprayed - end of problem.Since the service, we have had no problems with pest activity.

The installer tapped into my sprinkler and it sprung a leak. I was promised reimbursement for the cost of repair to the sprinkler.after several phone calls and weeks gone by: nothing. I finally cancelled the contract. I will never use this company again

Excellent service and quality work

When I discovered a bed bug in my home I called terminix because they were the first result that came up when I googled. Called and they couldnt provide a cost without coming to home but the operator had given us a rough cost but that was it. They came out and gave us an estimate. The estimate was over a grand. I had called other local business and had found similar results but found under a grand with other local business. The real issue I had was with the inspector that came. They had told us if we found it under the cost they provided we were getting ripped off and that the operator shouldnt had provided an on the phone estimation and that that specific cost was the best we were going to find for our issue. The overall experience turned me off about using there service considering I had seen decent reviews. While there service is 100 backed I decided that experience with that inspector made me want to go with another buisness or do it ourself and we decided to do it ourself and the cost came to about 500 bucks with supplies and took us a little over a few weeks to eliminate the issue and that was because we found one bug and a total of a few of them while treating. The person we spoke to on the phone was really nice and helpful and even the person we spoke to about canceling our next appointment was nice as well but the initial visit turned me away.

Technician showed up and explained each step that he was taking to rid my home of the pests.

I have been a Terminix customer for almost a decade. I have always been happy with the great customer service and the quality of work they do. Ive also compared costs to other companies, and Terminix comes out as good or better.

I am very disappointed with this company. How an irresponsible technician can damage the reputation of a company. We had service for a Friday between 8 am and 10 am. The first thing he did was call at 9 am to say he was not arriving with the needed mattress encasement becuase they ran out. ???? I was like really but I let that one go. It get even better. The window of 8 to 10 passed and no technician. I called the company 3 times! Both times i was left on the phone waiting while they tracked down the tech. His manager was supposed to call me back, im still waiting . Bottom line. The tech arrived at 130 pm!! By then it was too late my husband had to leave for an apt. This was truly bad service! Calling another service company.

I thought it was a little expensive at first until you see all the work they put into it. They were very knowledgeable professional and courteous . I highly recommend this service.
