He was then able to order what was needed and resolve my issue quickly. When I called with another issue he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and get my spa up and running quickly! 😀

Ted is a nice enough man once he shows up. He made a morning appointment and didnt call until 4 in the afternoon. He wasnt able to service our spa because it was a brand he could not buy parts for. He still charged us $50 for a service call.

The service tech got me drunk so I wouldnt complain about his lack of knowledge.

This guy is a part swapper. charged me over 300 bucks and i still have a useless shell
