Many Years ago I began wearing Hearing Aids.At that time I checked out a number of different brands and companys and decided to do business with Daytona Beach Miracle Ear for several reasons.1. I felt a true desire on their part to make me comfortable with the whole idea of wearing Hearing Aids. (I was originally very reluctant).2. I asked a lot of questions and received a lot of answers. The amount of time they spent educating me about my hearing loss and ways to manage it went way beyond the norm.3. No high pressure sales tactics were used.4. The staff was technically proficient and the product was high quality.Its now many years later and I am several years into my second purchase of Hearing Aids from this office.I have dealt with the owner and her staff a number of times and the experience just keeps getting better.I can say with zero hesitation that they truly have my back.Do yourself a favor.... Call the Daytona Beach location and schedule some time to learn more about some awesome people and the fantastic product & service they provide.It might just make your life a whole lot better. I have been wearing hearing aids for many years and I have tried different business. Then I found Miracle Ear! They are the only ones who really listened to what I was saying . They give me different options and what the benefits of each option is. This pair I now have is just amazing. Anytime I have a question I call them and they always help. If it cant be handled over the phone they manage to squeeze me in. They are the only one that has me come in every 3 months for cleaning and just checking to see how everything is going. I love Miracle Ear and I plan to stay with them. Just call and make an appointment and go in and see how quickly you will become family.

With mixed emotions I agreed to go for hearing test and evaluation. Michael Reynolds and his staff are amazing.From hearing test to final fitting before returning home (we are snow birds) my experience could not have been better.Each time I went everything was done to my upmost satisfaction. I have and will continue to recommend Michael to people looking forward to improving their hearing. Also, I will return next year for further tune-upsas needed.
