Lonny is honestly one of the coolest and nicest people I’ve ever purchased anything from in my entire life, now for the second time. He makes the experience pleasant every single time. The incredible mattress we bought there; sleeping on it for several months; lets just say if my amputee husband has to ask my help to get out of bed because he has sunk down into the matress. So cheaply made. We are extremely disappointed. Going to visit this week with pictures. 😿

BE CAREFUL! SOLD BROKEN FURNITURE TO ME AND NOW WANT ME TO PAY TO RETURN IT MUST READ!We bought a sectional couch back in February 2020 at a really good price. When we got the couch to the house we realized not only was it used, but broken in 2 different places. Luckily we bought the warranty and had them come out to inspect it. Parts got ordered, or at least I was told that. Covid came and we waited 3 months and contacted them again. They said the parts are sitting on the desk and we would be first in line after the stay at home order was lifted. Its now June and they come to repair the couch. But wait, the repair man shows up with no parts and says he needs to order them. Why did you come to my house if you didnt have the parts? Anyways, its now August 27th and still havent heard anything from the store. I call the corporate office to see if they can be of assistance and Im told they no longer have that item and cannot order any parts to fix it. When were they going to let me know thistle? The store manager told me look at it like you got free use of a sectional for 6 months. Are you kidding me? It was used and broken so only 3 of the 6 seats were usable. Corporate then tries to give me a $699 cloth sectional that is no where even close to what I have. The lady calls the district manager who says he will refund our money, but he wants to charge me a 25% restocking fee! Its a broken, unrepairable, discontinued couch why would they restock it. Stay away from this company. I cant believe this is how they treat customers who spend a couple thousand dollars in their store.

Stepped inside Badcock after a family member suggested them. Immediately saw a living room set I wanted to purchase. Was approached by an employee looking to help me out and explained the way things go. Decided to try the the financing option to see what I would be approved for. The process took longer than usual after having to show 2 forms of ID to verify my identity. Decided I wanted to just purchase flat out instead of financing so I took the measurements of the couches to make sure they would fit in my home. Went home and did the measurements and decided to call in to see if 1- the application was done and 2- to see what time they closed because I had more running around to do. Started calling at 6:30PM only to get a message telling me to call back during regular business hours. Thought maybe the line was busy so I called back multiple times only to get the same messages. Left it at that. This morning decided to try calling again only to get someone to answer and immediately put me on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back and the second person that answered asked if it was okay to place me on hold. I agreed only to be left on hold yet again. Guys I wanted to buy a set that cost $1299!! Horrible horrible services .. welcome to Florida I guess?!

Am ignorant sales woman named Laura waited on me. I wanted counter top stools and she showed me stools for $475.00 each. Since I didnt want to pay that much, I told her. She ignored me and began putting the stool down on the floor and climbed up the back of one to show me how strong it was constructed. In the meantime I sat on a duplicate stool and found it uncomfortable on the back of my legs. I said to her, Strong: Yes! Comfortable: No! She sarcastically replied, Youd have to put a pillow on it. It was said in a tone that suggested I was too dumb to know this fact. I asked her to show me something else. She walked away saying, There is nothing else. I started talking to her when she turned her back on me and started talking to a different customer, obviously done with me. At no time was I rude to Laura. My daughter-in-law was with me and in shock at our treatment, we left.

My mom loves Badcock and when I told her I was looking for a new bed she told me to start there. I started online and ended up going in. I was greeted by Antonio and Jamilla. I had told them what I had found online earlier that day and hey had no issues bringing it up and going over any questions I may have had. The delivery was fast and professional. I offered them some water and they went straight to work. My experience with Antonio was so good that I went back looking for another item I felt I could had used. Put a down payment on furniture and went to put it put the day they said they would have it and they didnt even order it, I guess they judged a book by its cover but I will never ever spend my money there ever again. Went to Ashley furniture and was very happy with the 4,500 that I spent.
