Disgraceful..1st one * review. cost was $120 .asked for a very detailed wash and wax stain removal and the outcome was disgraceful.. Windows murky not vacuumed properly, no real wax, the only thing that was done was a wash and stain taken off the back seat, the front seats werent shampooed as asked, the panels werent cleaned there was dirt left in compartments that were left open and empty to be cleaned sadly this is one persons job and I dont think should reflect the whole place as maybe the other cleaners are attracted to a good reputation and do a good job however the guy that I got very disappointing maybe if he reads this he will step up his game ..his choice to create a good reputation for himself and where he works.

Just a fast pressure wash and quick brush to wash, not worth $20. Left and still had dirt on mirrors, about a quarter of the rear bumper was missed and rims still had road grime on them.

Didnt wipe down door jambs, didnt clean inside windows and didnt wipe down the dash

Chipped the paint on my car. When I told them they said its just a paint chip its no big deal. Staff was extremely rude would not own up to it period did not even apologize or offer a free car wash as compensation. Entire bottom edge of the car was left dirty and they would not clean it. Dont waste your money or your time. Go to Mays car wash on the corner of Ridgewood and Mary McLeod Bethune. Mays always does an excellent job.
