Worst experience. Needed drug test done and was advised by this mean lady that drug testing closed at 2pm there’s no signs or nothing on the website that says that there’s no drug testing after 2pm. They close at 2:30pm. It takes them a min to take a drug test sample. Either Lab Corp management need to train this front desk lady customer service or this lady was just not getting paid and had to bring her horrid attitude to work. Get a different job lady!
Lost my paperwork and UA resulting in me losing a job!!!! Super unprofessional
Their staff is very rude. Came in to get blood work done for my doctor and they claimed they called me but they didn’t, the lady proceeded with and an attitude saying well we’ve been called you, we’ll call you back in a minute. Last time coming to this location.
RUDE disrespectful receptionist. Told me I belong at quest because my insurance doesnt cover their services. Well let me tell you, I would take the bs at quest any day over this sad little facility that talks down to their patients this way.
My 12 year daughter has ongoing thyroid issues which requires frequent blood draws. She is terrified of needles and gets major anxiety over it. I drive a little further out of my way to go to this particular LabCorp location because there is technician named Caley who takes amazing care of her. Caley explains to my daughter everything that she is doing as she is doing it and makes her feel completely at ease. Thank you Caley for taking good care of my child.
I came to this location for an employment drug screening and I scheduled an appointment online the night before. The check in process was a breeze and they got me in on time. However, I could not fill the line for my screening, I went back to the waiting room, drank water, and then tried again. No success. Went back to the waiting room to drink water and then tried again. I did this process three times and the woman working with me was understanding and I felt horrible I was taking up her time but she didnt not make me feel bad at all and was very professional throughout my experience. While I was in the waiting room another client walked in and was rude to the front desk woman (not the same woman I was working with) and this employee was very direct, assertive, and professional. It was only 9AM and they were already getting upset and angry customers. Overall, this LabCorp was clean and professional. Thanks for your help!!
I went in when it had just opened no problem. Check in was great but when I went back the lady had a hard time finding a vein. Not a huge issue but the tourniquet was very loose so that’s obviously why she had a hard time. She decided to use a butterfly, and when she came back with it there was no time between her entering the room and her shoving the needle into the center of my forearm. I have NEVER had such a painful blood draw in my life, nor have I had such lasting effects of such.
Worse place even misplaced my paper work and couldnt get service. Left my information and never been contacted, never going there again
WORST PLACE EVER THESE PEOPLE MISPLACE YOUR INFORMATION THEN PRETEND THAT THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY DONT. BEWARE OF THOSE NASTY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE.
I visited this location for a glucose test where I had to stay for 2 hours. The Staff, especially the women at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming and helpful to everyone who walked in the door. Even though I have another location closer. I chose to visit this office bc the reviews were better. You dont want an unpleasant person taking your blood early in the morning. I would recommend this location.
Very rude front desk sec. I walked out having no desire to deal with such unnecessary attitude, just so they could turn around and inflict pain on me with a needle. Ended up going to the one on Granada with MUCH better service. 👈🏼
Super nice lady i got. Needle didnt hurt or bruise unlike other labcor locations. She was so nice and patient. Its freezing inside the building though so take a jacket
STAFF VERY, VERY RUDE AND LOUD
I had to do my drug test for my new job placement . In and out in under one hour, and the staff was very nice.
The best experience. Omayra was super gentle and very attentive to me. I didnt even feel her stick me for the blood draw. The kiosks were a bit of a bother but she took care of me at the front and took me back. It was very open and clean. Not a wait at all. Maybe 5 mins tops from start to going back. Im definitely coming to her for my future lab work.
I have a problem with rolling and disappearing veins. This location has NEVER missed finding them on the first stick and it is absolutely painless. I drive past two other locations to come here, they are the best!!
This was the WORST experience I have ever witnessed. My wife tried to set up a glucose appointment for pregnancy and not only did she have to call 3+ numbers to finally speak to a human but also she was directed to the website that did not let her schedule the appointment. THEN she calls this Daytona office, which she has been to before, and barely getting to explain herself and wanting to verify the appointment was actually made, after 4 attempts online, she was treated so damn rudely it was ridiculous! What kind of operator/front desk clerk/or ANY secretary would speak over a client, say Yeah, hold on and place you on hold and leave you there for 10+ minutes before we finally hung up!
Small office, very nice inside though. The staff was nice and the room wasnt overcrowded on a Wed morning
Nice
1 hour wait staff was friendly need water fountain fixed for drug test people
Long way always under staffed
Long wait ...Had to Pee.
They have no wifi.
