Heather doesn’t belong in customer service. She is short, rude and a generally an unpleasant person. Not to mention, a very careless beach driver. Emma, however, represented this company much better. We will use this rental service again but hope for a quality employee.

We went to several places… We’re lied to by a couple of them saying they can’t rent carts for 24 hours due to city agreement… However that’s a lie we went to buggy rentals and they didn’t have a fourth Cedar Forest so we got a six seater for the same price for 24 hours… We drove around until the evening going To the beach until it closed… Then from shop to restaurant...Had zero problems with it returned it the next day and the staff is very friendly

Had a great experience renting from Boogie Down! It was very close to my hotel, and the guys really took care of me. When I had a problem with the seat, I came back the next day, and it was taken care of immediately. The bike worked great on the beach and on the street. Made my stay in Daytona extra fun! Rented the 6 seater golf cart for 24hrs! We checked around and felt most welcome with these guys. Staff was very cool and we had no problems what so ever! They let you know all the rules and made it simple and easy to get you out and enjoying your day!

We rented a beach golf cart and had a blast. Owner and his wife were very nice and fun to chat with. Will definitely come back here again!!!

Literally the people who work there couldn’t even tell us how to add more than one scooter. Dude just stuffed his face and said “idk this is just a third party rental place.” Shouldn’t you know how to operate the machines you are renting out? Also was ignorant about it and said we should just go somewhere else since he didn’t know. Spend your money at one of the other 10 in the area.

This is the only bike place around open on Sundays I had two Flats but they were only able to fix 1 do to tube size limits. Nice helpful guys nice store check it out if youre in town and need a rental

Golf cart broke down in the middle of the street, 30 minutes in. Then to put salt in the wound the sky opened up and poured on us. No refund or credit.

Great experience. Lots of the comments said the woman was not nice, but maybe they were walking into the store with a sense of entitlement. Owner was helpful, considerate, and nice. Highly recommend.

Ive rented a golf cart at least 5 times from here. This is a great convenient reasonable place to rent a golf cart. However, the lady that I believe runs the place needs an attitude adjustment. I thought NYers had an attitude. My goodness..... very bad customer service.

Decent prices compared to other rental shops in the area. Some of the comments mentioned the workers being rude. From my experience they were very matter of fact, mainly because they want to be clear of the traffic laws, insurance, and responsibilities associated with their rentals. Some might easily mistake it for being rude. Pay close attention to their instructions whe renting a golfcart. Overall they were friendly to my family. It was nice being able to use their (clean) restroom to change into our swimwear. We will use them again when we travel back.

Big roomy store with decent rentals. I rented a ebike fat bike. Google open/close times were off, and they closed at 4:30 BUT she said bring it back by 5 so 6at least got an hour on the bike.

If the way they treat you over the phone is any indication of the way they treat you in person I would pretty much recommend you go someplace else.

Nice to have the option of scooters or carts but really expensive!!

The store is great but the lady has a major stick up her a** NEVER have I been treated like this by a store! Worse customer service ever!
