My wife and I hired Scott to paint our entire home in Port Orange due to a reference provided by a family friend. Scott is an extremely fair and professional gentleman who performed his job exceptionally. It is unfortunate that the first person who helps you gives you such bad customer service, my first interaction with the lady that picked up the phone, was extremely sour. She started to talk to me in a very nasty way and demanded to know, with an attitude who i was and what i wanted, even though I introduce myself at the begginig of the call but she did not want to hear it. I was only calling to see if they were interested on bidding a project but with that costumer service, no thanks. I can only imagine the number of clients she is turning away just for her lack of professionalism over the phone.

Trying to call the office and they hung up on me twice. Never talked to anyone.
