Hired him to assist with a BK case. Had multiple issues. Didn’t even read my case judge had to send him back to do paperwork. Couldn’t answer any of the judges questions. Spoke to the paralegal most of the time. Law firm was unknowingly informed about medical equipment and it’s exemptions. Firm and Mr. McMurray kept sending me emails that weren’t even related to my case. They were supposed to be status updates but you could tell nobody was paying attention as my case was further along then the copy and pasted email. I received so many from their firm I had to actually send them a cease and desist letter just to get them to stop. Important correspondence from the plaintiffs would be non existent. I would have to keep asking them. Sometimes I even would question wether or not they even inquired about my questions. Oh, and don’t forget when they need something they will wait till the very last minute to tell you. Literally the very last minute. Then they expect you to run around town getting it done as if you had nothing better to do that day. Most unprofessional lawyer I have ever met.Long story short, if you wanna be a number, and treated like you’re not worth their time, I would find someone else to assist you with your legal needs.

Joyce is the best person in the world to talk to. Ive spoken to Joyce regarding a billing and appointment setting issues, and she is absolutely the most understanding person you will ever speak to in an attorneys office. Justin, dont ever let her leave your office.

Not s I expected. I called into the office and spoke with the lady who answer the phone. Obviously she is not familiar with some type of real estate transaction. When I ask for speak with an attorney, she wont . So they lost a potential client as I am purchasing a condo unit in Daytona beach and looking to hiring an experienced attorney as the transaction is a bit different than ordinary. But this front desk reps inability to understand the matter deter an opportunity for the firm.

I liked that they had both a flat monthly fee and an hourly fee. For the hourly fee I could call and email them as much as I wanted for updates on my case, but I knew that every call and email would cost me.
