Horrible dealing with Kim Palmer. At first she was real nice until after the price agreement was signed and after work was competed... Then her husband calls using profanity and tries to change the price! She completely disregarded her signed agreement with me and tried to change the price after. Very dishonest!!! Beware and try someone elsewhere!!
