This is the best FBO I have ever visited. The customer service is top notch. Sheltair employees are the friendliest in the business, and the DAB location is by far my favorite. The line service personel are the best in the business, and the ladies at the front desk go out of their way to help you. Next time you fly in to DAB, stop at Sheltair, you wont be disappointed.

Went to meet Airforce grandson for short visit. The terminal at Sheltair is well kept the agent on call was very helpful and friendly. The ground personnel serviced the incoming and outgoing flights expeditiously. A great place to park your plane.

Was here for Daytona 500 and they a pretty cool event going on.

Stopped here recently for a few nights and we were flying in and out working in the area. From the line guys to the front desk, amazing service! Very professional and everyone was super friendly.

Good customer service and good coordination for needed services.

I liked this place and went here for years. I say liked because one time we flew in on a jet and they had my car keys after leaving the car with them. They lost the keys and couldnt find them for over 20 minutes, which is absurd. Finally they found them, and claimed they got mixed up with the rental car keys. If you come here, dont give them your keys, or they will be lost.

Very nice people

We were there for the Daytona 500. They handled the crowds well, I wish they had information for the general aviation departure procedures.

They lied to me about how I was to be charged and didnt honor the agreement they offered me.

They managed the heavy crowd of the Daytona 500 well.
