Needed five things done to my 66 Mustang. They did a great job and did it fast.
Warning!!! No itemized billing. My father took his car here. The office does not know what the shop is doing. The shop just fixes and makes changes to vehicle without authorization from the owner of the vehicle. What we got charged for does not work...gauges etc When you get your bill it is not itemized.
I had them install my SBC 421ci short block into my 79 Corvette. They did the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. I completed the engine assembly at home. Now Im tearing up the streets around Daytona Beach! Im glad to see there is still a good speed shop in Daytona, these guys know their stuff. Most others have closed over the years. Highly recommended!
Great, super nice owner
Highly recommend this shop !!! I had my mustang restored there, Paul Newman and the crew did an excellent job. Car came out beyond my expectations, the service and the experience overall was great. If youre going to have your muscle car worked on this is definitely the place to go.
Avoid like the plague 3,000 plus for brake and header installation and to top it off crashed my car because they didn’t tighten lugs.. of course no return call. Lose their number before you lose your money. OR WORSE
Prepare to pay in advance and get stiffed in the end! Interior guy Rich is very unprofessional. The owner is a scam artist trying to cheat the locals. Be careful around these guys. Sub par work for top dollar. All the same cars from last year are still there. Avoid.
The whole crew / staff at Classic Muscle Motor Company is top notch. They always are very attentive and careful with my vehicles. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. They love what they do and they love the classic car, too !!! I highly recommend them for any job large or small.
Great place to get your car restored. They did a great job.
Worst shop you could ever choose. Took my car in for several items and when it was returned there were more things broke than when I dropped it off. Vehicle went in and out several times and was never fixed just abused. Took my car to another shop after Paul and company tried 3 times to fix there own mistakes telling me each time it was a bad part only to find out they wired everything, electric fans, radio, whipers, gauges, totally incorretly. Once wired correctly everything worked perfectly. This shop is a scam when they say the have experienced mechanics all they had was sub par work done with the cheapest parts for a primeum price. If you car about you care dont subject it to CMMC! More to come!
I wont be going back with my other car. After almost a year, I finally got my car back. With alot of excuses. They will tell you all the great things they can do for you. But delivered very little. Evidently, 40,000$ will get you some body work, a ok paint job and an engine rebuild.i cant begin to tell you how unhappy I am. The more I look at it the more upset I get. While it was not $100,000 resto, I would expect more for my money. The transmission leaks and while repairing that I was able to see how little they did. My charger now fall in the category of (. Good from far but far from good. ). I dont know how they got a 4 star rating 👎
Very friendly and very knowledgeable
The truth is not in Paul or his crew. Had my car over 5 weeks, left out in junk storage lot several days in rain after I told them it leaked, ruined carpet. We were told stuff was finished (had a list of 4 minor fixes and 2 major), theymoved to overflow storage garage.... Just too much to get into here.. Dont waste your time, vehicle or money, there are better muscle car people in this area. So disappointed, really hoped, thought they were better. Lesson learned, we found a REAL classic shop, not someone fashioned after tvs drama filled fake shops!
CMMC is currently building me a 56 Bel Air and I could not be any happier. The workmanship and attention to detail is mind blowing. Paul, Randy and the staff at CMMC are making my dream come true. Thank you.
I have been down in Daytona for the past two years and have gone through 3 different shops trying to find an honest, integral and experienced shop to have my classic chevy serviced at.I have had nothing but good experiences with CMMC since brining my car here for them to fix the precious shops shortcomings. So far they have solved fuel and ignition system issues within 2 weeks. A task previous shop failed to spot and fix, even though the last shop had had it for 4 weeks. Not only has CMMC been extremely professional with me, but they tell me straight forward what parts are required rather then just installing shoddy cheap parts like most other places i have been to would. They also take the time to explain the whys behind why some parts are more expensive then others and truly keep the customer informed on what is being done on their vehicle.I would recommend CMMC to anyone who has a classic car. These guys know their stuff, are timely, and are second to none.
Just stop by and take a look by yourself. It is worth it !A+
