I went to Rachels when I had a minor accident because it was the nearest body shop to me. They were responsive, cooperative and thorough. They kept me posted on each phase of the repair and were done with the car within their estimated time. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Rachels to anyone needing their services.

Best body shop around. Be patient, but they get the job done and will go above and beyond for you. They saved the day when my new roof rack took off apart of the top of my car. Was able to find the price used for half the price. Thank you guys!

We brought our 40 ft stretch suv limo there for some repair work on the window. The first time they did a quick fix which went well however when we returned to have the actual work done they failed us. They had the limo for 4 days and did absolutely nothing to it, drove it off the lot and cut people off while driving it. They did not have the authority to drive our limo off the lot in the first place. This is a vehicle driven by trained professional cdl licensed chauffeurs only.They drove it 9 miles and actually nearly ran another driver off the road. We received 2 calls from other drivers saying how crazy our chauffeur was driving. This was not our chauffeur driving. It was Russell owner of body shop. We thought Chris was the owner. He was very nice and Jasmine as well when we dropped it off. Russell the owner was rude and unprofessional on the phone when I called and was extremely upset that he drove our limo off his lot without our approval and nearly ran people off the road. We do not recommend this body shop for any real body work. They obviously take customer cars for joy rides.

Took my 2007 4Runner in for a repair no one else in town seemed to want to touch: replacing my sunroof glass with one I purchased online due to a rusted frame on the old one. Rachels Collision took to the challenge and did a terrific job at a very reasonable price. Im very satisfied and recommend them highly.

This is the 2nd time we have used them the first time they were okay after this never again. The trunk doesnt line up well. The passenger side window no longer works from the driver side. There were oil stains on the side of the back seat. Food wrappers under the seat and the car still stinks of cigarettes and bad body odor after a month. We have sprayed used air freshener and left the window open and if it gets warm it smells. Never again!

They repaired the front end of my car and replaced the radiator, I was driving for about 15 to 20 minutes before I realized that they didnt put a drop of coolant in it.

This place sure is busy but its because they do such good work!

This is generally not were you want to be as something bad has taken place. This business turns that experience around and goes the extra mile to help you get your vehicle back to new. We got our Truck fixed and they did not give up till it was done to perfection. The work is perfect we could not be happier. Plus the owner went the extra mile to let me know a little about car insurance my vehicle had been keyed down two doors while on vacation so I asked for an estimate. He informed me that that is a comprehensive claim (which means the damage was no fault of my own) and would only have to possible pay the deductible. I was so happy as I have insurance with no deductible. Car fixed for $0.00. I was reluctant to have it fixed due to what it might cost imagine my surprise no money at all. They fixed the car for free. Yea!!! Highly recommend this place staff were all wonderful.

Stopped in to get a quote on body work. The guy said I had to see the woman behind the counter. She saw me and kept talking on the phone. I waited 10 minutes then left. Terrible customer service.

I had a comprehensive claim while I was traveling to see my parents in Daytona Beach. I knew absolutely nothing about any of the collision centers in that area. I decided to take the car here. They were so professional. A man called me last Thursday letting me know the car would be ready yesterday. It was. The car actually looked better than the day I bought it. I was so amazed at the service and the wonderful work that was done. They were so nice to deal with. I hope nothing happens again but if it did I would take my car here again. Thank you so much for keeping me informed and doing everything you said you would.

Unorganized they have no idea what theyre doing. It took them over a month to do a bumper job which should only took two weeks as they said they would. Never keep their word disgusting unorganized all the employees are junkie and go through your cars. Worst place on Earth

Just picked up my car. Chris and his crew are great!!!! I would highly recommend them and I am the type of person that never writes reviews but Chris is great. and the quality and cost are 5 star.

My wife and I were to pick up our car at Rachels Collusion. They said it was ready to pick it up at 3:30pm. We arrived early 15 minutes early. No one was in the office. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to come into the office. I am on oxygen and I carry a spare tank with me. Finally at 4:45 it was ready for us. We went to pay and the bill they gave us several hundred dollars more than we agreed on when they told me the final price. I immediately questioned the bill. They looked at it and said when I prepared the bill on the computer someone else had used the computer and erased the bill. Then the manager had to rework the final bill for us and it was back in line with the original price we agreed on. Then we went to pay and the woman took our card and went into the back of the office for 15 minutes. When she came out I told her that it was never acceptable to take ones credit card out of their sight. Then she started to use our card to pay. She said she was sorry she thought that was her card. I said you were going to use your card to pay our bill. I dont think so. So we watched her pay our bill with our card. It is never acceptable to take a customers credit card out of sight into a back room for any amount of time. Be vigilant.

I got my car fixed here after a horrible accident. They had my car fixed for me In no time. It was in perfect condition. And the service was excellent. They had all the answer for every question and went over everything in detail with me.

I used Rachels Collision Center twice. I used them about 6 years ago when someone hit my parked car and they done a great job and no problems when I traded my car in.The second instance was recent when my parked car was hit and this time I had to use my insurance (as the last incident the owner paid me cash for repair.) They are really easy to work with State Farm and my claim was quickly processed. The repair was done quickly as well.I wouldnt hesitate to use Rachels Collision for any future needs.

These guys do great work! Somebody rear-ended my car last year and I brought it here at the insurance companys recommendation. I admit I was a little concerned because the place doesnt look like much and its very small but they made the car look new again. Unfortunately my car has been hit again and this time it was my idea to take it to Rachels. Once again, they did excellent work, the car looks like new and I couldnt be happier.

RudeWay over priced.I got 4 estimates to paint just the roof of my 2001 Ford Ranger.The highest price got was $475 then I went to Rachels, there quote for the exact same work was $425.I ran autobody shops for 6 years and $1200 is an absolute 100% rip off for some stripper, a pint of paint and 2-3 hours work.

I had to have my brand new Pearl White Pathfinder repaired because some doofus deeply scratched and minor dented the front passenger fender. I took it to Rachel’s and met with Owner Russell. He eased my mind by saying he could repair and repaint the fender to my satisfaction and that you would not be able to tell. That tricoat Pearl is hard to match and apply, but true to his word, they did a fantastic job and I cannot tell it was repaired. Then they cleaned the car and it was immaculate when I picked it up. Russell has a good sense of humor and easy to deal with. The lady there Jody is great as well. And I was very impressed with the price which I considered more than fair. I have to say I was very well treated by these guys, they were professional and very friendly, will definitely return if/when I need work in the future. Thank guys!!!

My vehicle was in two automobile accidents in a short period of time. The first time my car was in an accident, I took the car to Rachel’s Collision Center of Daytona to have the body damage repaired. The at-fault drivers insurance had written a check to me in my name, so when asked if I was going through insurance, I replied, No. I assumed my dealings with the insurance was over. I was not prepared for what was to come when dealing with he fast-talking shop manager, Chris.When I was told the car was ready for pick up, I turned in the rental car and arrived at the body shop to find that Rachel’s Collision Center had not completed the repairs. The side mirror was still barely hanging on, the door was scratched up and wavy in appearance from many dents. I was told that the mirror would be ordered, and that they would correct everything when they had the mirror and the time - and that I would still need to pay for it, because we hadnt talked about the mirror. Although, we had definitely talked about the mirror.I checked back with them almost daily for some time, but gave up as I was told tomorrow, they parts would be in - only for tomorrow to come with an unfulfilled promise. Someone from Rachels Collision Center finally contacted me a couple of WEEKS later, and before I could get back to the shop (a couple of days after they contacted me), I was hit again by another driver. I took the car back to Rachel’s a couple of weeks later, after I was certain the other driver had no insurance, and asked them to complete the previous repair, and to fix the new one. Both times I was allowed to supply a new fender for use in the repair - as a friend of mine is able to get me a deal on that part (the fenders I supplied was the only parts that came out decent looking, even though the paint was pitted in places from their spray guy).I returned again to pick up the car when I was told it was ready. Again, I turned in the rental car and found that they had not completed the repairs. They had actually lost pieces to my car, and failed to paint a portion of it. Because of the lost pieces, the driver’s door won’t shut properly, and a switch won’t allow the car to lock the doors; moreover, while the car is on, the computer constantly warns that the door is still open. The lining of the wheel well was not re-installed properly, so when I went to drive it, it fell out and the wheel chewed it up in many places. I returned to the shop, and waited a couple of hours while Chris (the shop manager) tried to figure out what they did wrong. They tacked the wheel well back up, and told me I was good. However, I insisted that Chris drive the car, and when he came back, he realized that it was still not correct. Another hour and they finally got my wheel well put back in place (still extremely damaged from their mistake). Chris informed me that I should give them the insurance claim number so that insurance would pay for their mistakes. I don’t believe that is ethical.From the start, I was given a check both times by an insurance company (once mine, and once another although neither of the accidents were my fault), and told to get my car fixed. The checks were made out to me, so I deposited them and sought a body shop to repair the damage. Rachel’s has since made statements to try to make me feel as if this is all my fault because I didn’t provide them with insurance numbers. I don’t think that the quality of the job a body shop does should depend on whether or not it is connected to an insurance claim number. I have never asked Rachels to repair any damages that I have not paid for, or that they did not directly cause.At the end of the day, I paid Rachels Collision Center, and they failed to provide the quality of service, and in some instances, the service itself that they promised (In a contract).I asked for a refund, but Chris and Russel at Rachels Collision are unresponsive to requests for refunds. See you in court fellows.

The best body shop in the area period. Fast, professional service, a friendly staff, a knowledgeable experienced owner and Rusty a friendly mascot, whats not to love ! I had to go to Rachels due to a bad experience at work. Someone had backed into my brand new 4 door Chevrolet Curze in metallic forest green, and took off some of the paint. I was extremely upset because the car didnt even have 800 miles yet, and was already damaged. I found Rachels due to suggestions from my insurance company and went there that same day. I had heard that a metallic color is hard to match without seeing any flaws, so I was worried of the end results. I took my car on a Tuesday to get buffed and primed, it got painted on Wednesday, and I picked it up on Thursday. When I first saw my car I was amazed at the work they did! I couldnt tell at all that it was even damaged in the first place. I would highly recommend anyone to go here, it was a quick fix, very affordable, and the employees (and their dog) were amazing! :)

I was appalled at the lying that went on when I came in evening to remove something I had forgotten from my car and found it parked with my back bumper literally hold a portion of their raggedy old fence up! When I brought it up the next day... I was supposedly lying! Everything went downhill from there. I grew up in that business as my father managed large paint and body shops all life, I have never seen a group of people turn so ugly at the suggestion that they had a careless person parking the vehicles. Decent work on initial repair but left my rear bumper with additional scratches. I would never recommend that shop!

Honestly I should have listened to the reviews on how poor the service is here because it literally was one of the most poor experiences I have had in a while. They had my car for days and days and days on the street side of nova where the insurance company originally delivered it to be inspected. For almost 5 days it sat there and even grew mold on the carpets. Discusting, every day the staff would say dont worry we will get to it tomorrow, then the next day, then the next. The fourth day I called Rachels Collision again to ask when they were going to inspect the vehicle and they said they were actually working on it right now.... well in fact it was sitting in the same spot the insurance company had left it in the prior week. (I know because I drove there and even family saw it sitting on the same corner in the same spot.) Long story short the insurance company moved it to Jon Hall and they started looking at it within a matter of just a couple of hours having the vehicle. I do not recommend Rachels Collision Center. I gave Rachels one star because I dont have an option for any less stars.. Very, very, dissapointed.. I would not recommend this shop!
