Absolutely the best Auction I have ever been to, the staff is second to none.

Purchased a vehicle on Thursday with a wire transfer, buy Wednesday of the following week they still wouldnt release the vehicle before noon. You have to mail a check overnight it out of state or do a wire transfer and wont let you pick up it immediately. They wont allow you to drop off a check and pick up your vehicle, they force you to wait for several days.They keep blaming it on Covid that they cant open there office for payment. This is the most unprofessional company or auction I have ever dealt with. I will no longer be purchasing any vehicles from them because of these issues. I had purchased another vehicle from them and they lost the key or the key was stolen so I couldnt pick up that vehicle for several days.Also the time before that, someone vandalized the vehicle before I was able to pick it up. You can not trust them, they do not have enough cameras there to watch the vehicles to prevent damage.Buyer beware of this company.

I don t hate that place, I use to work there, and would go back to work there, if they were hiring!!! I stopped there in the parking lot to finish eating my sandwich.Other than this, I rate it a 5!!!!

The last two times I’ve went there the security guards have given me nothing but trouble I am a tow truck driver when I walk up to the window and tell them that my client tried driving their vehicle out that they bought at auction that does not run they do nothing but give me the runaround drive cars to the front gate that do not run right on their own like they are qualified mechanics then the vehicle dies at the front gate and I still have to end up towing it wasted 45 minutes of my time the management there Ashley is terrible I have went to her with my complaints nothing has been done The security guards think they’re cops and they can cuss and talk to people however way they feel like you know like some of the entitled people in this world feel they need to do I will never step foot on that property again and I will never send my clients there again I also think it’s hilarious that the security guard said he was gonna call corporate on Ashley and everybody else that runs that place but when push comes to shove and the manager standing in his face he has nothing to say absolutely the fake as people I’ve ever met and if everybody’s wondering what security guard I’m talking about his name is Nate absolutely horrible experience

Great auction and excellent prices some of the best prices in the state. I’ve been to auctions all over the state but this auction seems to have the best prices on vehicles and the best inventory around! Best place around to get low prices on the Toyota Camry‘s and Honda. The prices for the Toyota Camry‘s are way lower than any other auction I’ve been to in the state.

Under staffed. But the employees there are very very helpful and knowledgeable. Too many last bids are met with “phone call”. If you can’t make the decision, don’t go on the block.

Friendly staff, clean, organized

Staff is always friendly when we transport vehicles. Never a dull moment :) they are some comedians. Quick in and out service and Cars are usually found in the sold lot quickly.

We are transporters and every person at this Manheim went out of their way to help us. The guards were so pleasant and friendly. Just made our day. We go to a lot of Manheims and most of the workers always seem to b having a bad day. You usually cant get anyone to help you find your vehicles but not here. They all seemed genuinely glad to assist. Thank you Daytona Beach Maneheim👍👍

Very unprofessional auction. The auction announcer will ignore floors bidders when bad cars pass, this way people bidding on simulcast will get stucked with lemons. Do not bid, except if youre in person. They know hoe to screw you
