We could not get our washing machine to operate, so we connected with Troy. He showed up exactly when he said he would and set to work on our washer. It was the most basic, simple repair and he told us so. I was impressed by his honesty and integrity and will absolutely turn to no one else but Troy when we need a repair person in the future. I cannot recommend him enough.

Superb service, fast response, quick repair, and very affordable price. We called Troy in the afternoon and he arrived the next morning. Troy is very professional, courteous, and gets the job done fast. The water pump on our washing machine started leaking, and Troy diagnosed it within minutes, went and got a new pump from a local distributor within a few minutes, and had our washer running as good as new within a couple of hours of arriving.The owner, Troy, told us he has been swamped lately with all the people moving to Florida from other states, so we were lucky to fit into his schedule so quickly. So be aware, you might not get quite as fast service as we experienced, but unless you have an emergency, Troy and All American Appliance are worth a reasonable wait. I am so impressed I will certainly call him again if we need an appliance repaired.

My microwave was working intermittently and it seemed to be an issue with the keypad. Troy pulled the model up online & saw that he would have to replace the entire keypad section, which was more than a new microwave would cost. We both agreed that replacement was the best option. He was here for about 10 minutes and did not charge me for the service call. Very nice guy & honest! That means a lot! Thank you!

Very unprofessional. He told me on Tuesday that he would schedule me for Saturday, and then he calls me late Friday when I have no time to find anyone else and says he will come on Monday at 8am, which does not work for me. I rescheduled my plans to get my dryer fixed and then he calls and says he does not work weekends. He then spitefully said he would come at 8am and no later. If you dont work weekends, why did you tell me earlier in the week that you would come? For someone who works 50 hours a week, I will now have to wait a whole other week to find someone who can come next weekend and fix my dryer. Totally unreliable, triple check your appointments before scheduling. I will definitely be reporting this to my home insurance that chose to send him to me.

Troy is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone! We own a vacation home in Ormond and when we got there we found that our refrigerator wasnt working. We called him, he responded promptly and was out the next day. Unfortunately he wasnt able to fix our issue but that was not due to a lack of knowledge or ability. In order to fix our fridge it would have cost more than a new one (stay away from LG appliances!). Troy is professional and courteous and if we ever have issues with any of our other appliances I will be calling him again. Thanks for trying Troy!

My washer unit wasnt draining. I called yesterday, Travis came out this afternoon and fixed it in 15 minutes. He was professional in terms of explaining the cause and how to prevent this from happening again. Id recommend this company for any repair!

All American was called by Home Depot responding to my ice maker breaking and having the extended warranty. I had another company come out first and that technician was a joke and didnt fix it. I called HD again and asked for a new company. All American was fantastic and did a great job. Both technicians who came to my home were extremely clean cut, polite, articulate and arrived on time. My ice maker was replaced and I am a happy camper. I would definitely recommend All American Appliance Repair to my friends and family!

Finally!!!! My refrigerator finally makes ice again thanks to All American Appliance Repair. This company is reliable, called me many times to schedule appointments, always showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Most important, they identified the problems with my fridge and took care of them. I highly recommend this company.

Wish I could rate them Zero stars. The service technician was incompetent and the dispatcher was unapologetic.  Worst customer service possible and never fixed the problem.  4 home visits, no results.  First visit was a diagnostic and parts were ordered. 2nd visit technician called ahead and then was a no show.  I was home the entire time and they tried to tell me they rang the doorbell and I never answered.  Really? Third visit, tech. Installed parts that did not fit with knobs.  Then he broke the handle off the oven door.  We notified the company that the knobs did not fit or operate with the mechanism he installed.  When he returned to fix the damage he caused to the oven door, he refused to fix the knobs.  He claimed we took his plastic adapters that he swore he installed last time and he would do no more to fix our inoperable stove burners.  How does one even argue against this kind of detachment from reality. 4+ weeks later we now have to start over with a new company.  NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.  If this company is selected by your home warranty provider, ask them for someone else from their list.

I agree with the other Google user. We setup up an appt for a Saturday and they said that theyd call the day before to give an estimate of when theyd arrive. They called Friday around 3pm when no one was home and asked that we call to confirm. Well, we all work until 5pm so they were closed when we tried to call. We wasted an entire Saturday without being able to contact them and they never called us. When I did get in touch with them on Monday instead of them trying their hardest to get someone out to do the repair that day, they said theyd get someone out the next Thursday. Well, theyd blown their trust with me so I hung up on them. Use them at your own risk.
