When the salesman came out, I asked for two different estimates. One was to replace 135 linear feet of 6 ft. vinyl fence including two gates. The other was for replacing just 65 linear feet including two gates.Their estimate for the bigger job was around $46 per linear foot. For the smaller job it was $73 per linear foot. That was with a veteran discount.When I asked for a breakdown of the pricing, I was told Weve had several friends of rival companies try to get our information this way. So..since then we are not allowed to share that. I do apologize. Ill gladly have my manager get in touch with you if youd like the whys and wheres of costs. If your pricing is competitive, why should it matter what your competitors know?He was unwilling to give me their hourly labor rate, or an estimate of how long the job would take.Based on the photos that are attached to some of the other reviews, it looks like this company does a really good job installing fence. I just think those customers paid a lot of money for it.Their unwillingness to explain their pricing made me feel like they were hiding something. I wouldnt trust a company like this.

I love Carloss crew, they were very detail oriented and patient with the weather conditions, they did a good job. excelente work and customer service, this people knows what they are doing and will not try to sell you what you dont need. They always work with your needs in your yard. excellent service.

I Contracted aaa to install my white fence with 2 doors at my home in New Smyrna Beach and remove my old wood fencing. Adam Came out and was very informative and knowledgeable about the product he was promoting. I chose their heavy duty vinyl fencing & when Danny and his guys came they did an awesome job and got it all done in one day. AAA has some very knowledgeable and hard working team members. I only had one issue that my Sprinkler line was nicked, but once I notified their management team, they had someone out the next day.

My whole experience with AAA fence was amazing, from Jeff coming out to lay out the game plan and get materials ordered to Carlos and his crew showing up on time and knocking out everything with efficiency and professionalism. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a fence.

Jeff, Kendall and his team of installers were fantastic with our job. From quote to install only took a couple of weeks and installation itself, less than a day! Fast and efficient. Took out old fencing and debris no problem and had some great conversation while they worked. Great customer service, answered any questions I had. Paid 5300.00 for a (professional fence company) to install a 2 color vinyl fence, ended up being only 1 color because it took 2 months to come out and install the fence. AAA Fence had problems submitting the paperwork for the permit to build the fence.After install my neighbors even came over and told me the fence was messed up, they never used a level they just eyeball it and just give an excuse as to why it was so unlevel.The tree on the fence line was a real problem and they wanted an extra 1200.00 to box out around tree.I ended up getting my own materials and doing the work myself for less than half that price.

Great job!! Everyone here is polite and professional. Caroline gave us a free estimate on 5/6 and the work was done late afternoon on 5/7. Initially scheduled for the 10th but they were able come on the 7th instead. It was a pleasure dealing with Caroline. She knows what shes doing! They repaired our fence that was bent and collapsing by replacing damaged posts and straightening the rest of it. They also replaced a roll gate that was completely unusable with a swing gate. Some other companies we called refused to work on an existing fence and wanted to replace it all which wasnt necessary and unaffordable to us, but AAA did an outstanding job. Chris and David are the best! We couldnt be happier with the work they did. We had the fence and 2 separate gates worked on. One gate wouldnt close without using a chain to lock it and the other roll gate was falling over and the wheels broke. Both had large gaps that anyone and anything could get through and have. I was pleased with AAA fence from the initial estimate to the final installation. They were professional, courteous and kept in communication about the permit and installation. Six foot vinyl fence was installed at same time as my neighbor had a six foot vinyl fence installed by another company. The fence AAA installed was a higher quality material and 25% less expensive than what my neighbor had installed. Our fence has no wobble when pushed against it. My neighbors sways when his golden retriever pushes against it. I highly recommend AAA fence.

I live in Pelican Bay and they happen to be anti-fence well only if your new.... Great experience! The salesman worked with us on our less than straight forward fencing needs and the install crew went over and above working almost until dark to get everything completed. Workmanship was excellent too. Definitely recommend.

I loved their responsiveness at first but once the work started, the headaches did too. There were miscommunications that should have been discussed when we first met with their rep. But the biggest issue is that at both my house and my moms, they cut through the sprinkler and no one bothered to tell us. When the grass started to die, we found out. I reached out to AAA to let them know, and to date, Ive heard nothing from them. Sorry, but not impressed!

We had our fence installed today by Danny and crew.They did a fine job. They made some adjustments necessary to make the fence work as planned. They asked some questions about how we will use the fence and included that knowledge in their installation. They took great care in explaining how the fence will be installed. They were prompt in reporting to the job and completing the work. They cleaned the area and left no waste or debris after the work was completed. in short, we are very pleased with the installation, and the fence will meet our needs in containing our pet.

The install crew was also on time and took their time installing the fence and making sure I was happy with the finished product. Adam and his helper cleaned up after themselves and left the yard the way they found it. They did a great job! It’s also nice to know AAA hires veterans on their crews.

Kendall and his partner were at my home nice and early and ready to work. What I expected to be a 2-3 day job took them roughly 8 hours. They were fast, professional, and efficient. Awesome experience with AAA Fence! Had to wait 3-4 weeks for an estimate, but it was well worth the wait. Scott was our sales representative & was very informative about the product & service offered. AAA Fence in my opinion had an inferior product than the rest when it came to vinyl fence & the way they were to install it. 2 weeks later Jason & his guys installed my fence (over 300’) of tan pvc in ONE day. They removed the old fence and cleaned up after themselves as they were never there. Very polite bunch of guys and at the end made sure to do a walk through to inform me how to clean the fence and things to do for when a hurricane comes to save ourselves money. Extremely happy with AAA Fence & glad I waited as now I understand why there is a wait for this company. Top notch service

He even came out a second time without being asked to address some other questions we mentioned after the quote. Excellent service. 24 ft. of vinyl fence & 2 new posts replaced yesterday. Looks nice, but after they left, noticed the posts were not cemented or reenforced like the oldones. Can feel theyre not as sturdy as those replaced.. Am not a professional on fencing. Will see how they hold up during hurricane season. Office personnel were polite & helpful. Sales person showed up promptly at the appointed time - from there, communication with that rep deteriorated. I was told I would receive the estimate Wednesday. I had to call the following Monday & when the email came that day It was barely legible. There was no return call on my voicemail to him asking what the next step would be. When I was able to contact him on Tuesday he sounded a little put out that I was asking a question. I paid the deposit on Wednesday at the office & was told by the desk person she would place it on his desk & he would call that afternoon. Tuesday of the following week I had not heard back from him. The only communication I had was from one of the office people on the day after I paid the deposit. I requested to speak to his supervisor on Tuesday. The message was taken by the office & instead the rep called back wanting to know what the issue was. Mine & his idea of keeping the client informed were not even close. All of a sudden my repair was to be done the following day. Theyve been placed on my Do Not Use list. Im sure they be grateful also. Compared to my original fencing job, doesnt look as if theirs comes close. Sorry my guy retired. They may have an A+ rating with the BBB, I give them a D.

The two gentlemen that came to do the fence were very professional and hard working. A few rainstorms came through and they still finished the fence in the afternoon. It looks better than I expected. Estimate took awhile as there is a 3 week wait for appointments, but it was totally worth it. Scott came out and informed me on everything AAA Fence offered and how they are a 1 stop shop with fence and electric openers. Carlos & Stephen came out on my installation day and did a fabulous job and informed me every step of the way. My sprinklers were placed on my property line where the fence needed to go and They moved them in my property more for me and all I had to do was adjust them once turned on. I was glad they did that for me besides having the fence right on top of them. The same day James their gate operator technician came out and installed my gate opener. I couldn’t be happier with the quality & professionalism with AAA Fence. Will recommend you all friends and family.

Saleswoman (Caroline) at AAA fence is very rude. Avoid this company, they dont want to work in the rain. Welcome to Florida?I waited for a week to have someone come out to do a quote. My appointment was set for 12pm. The saleswoman leaves a voicemail at 8am wanting to reschedule for another week out because its sprinkling outside. This was unacceptable to me. First of all, youre a fence company, you work outside. Second, my appointment wasnt until 12pm, where the radar showed clear. I did not want to wait another week. I called the saleswoman back and told her my concern. She explained that she did not want to be in the rain. At the time of this writing 10am its not even raining now.Once I said I will find another company she became very rude! She said she would be there but she didnt tell me a time. She then just hung up on me!I called the main office again and told them I did not want their services. I will not work with a company who treats me like this. Im sure there are nice salespeople at AAA fence but I was unlucky.If we rescheduled for next week and it was raining then would I need to reschedule again and again???To the reply: Poor excuse for the way I was treated by Caroline. She should be fired for the way she treats potential customers. Besides, it barely sprinkled that day in the morning and didnt rain at all during my appointment. She just didnt want to work that day.

Dealing with AAA fencing was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Caroline came to me, she listened to what I wanted and made valuable suggestions. Adam and Kendalls crew, who actually put the fence up, were just as profession. They showed up when they were suppose to, were polite, and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I have already recommended AAA Fence and wont hesitate to do so again in the future.

AAA Fence Did an outstanding job removing our old chain link fence and installing a nice new black coated chain link fence at our warehouse over our holiday break. AAA Fence did a great job installing our vinyl fence. The men arrived on time and were very professional and pleasant. They worked very diligently on the installation and completed the fence in half a day. The fence looks very nice, all the lines are straight and it is level in all places. The materials used were high quality and the cost was very reasonable. I was very impressed with AAA Fence and would highly recommend them.

I have been very surprised at the lack of response shown by AAA. I made an appointment to have an estimate for a new fence in our yard. The individual showed up, measured the space very quickly, and stated the estimate would be emailed later that day.Nothing arrived. After a couple of days I called. Still no response via email.Called again today. I was told either the ind8vidual who came to my home or the person whp answered would call by 4pm. Well, its 10:20 at night. Do you think Ive heard anything?When I called I said that my impression was that our dimensions were not recorded. No big deal. Come back and do it again.Maybe its better now than after the job was finished.Poor way to ensure customer satisfaction or loyalty.

In 1998 I had been in my new home for less that two weeks when fires in Central Florida burned down my fence. AAA Fence was the company I chose out of the Yellow Pages to replace the fence. They came out when I couldnt even get other companies to return my call. The quality of the work was great and the crew that did the installation was quick and efficient. Over the I have needed occasional maintenance and replacement of some components. Each time my experience has been as good as the first time. Recently I was in need of a very small repair job and again the two-man crew that came out to make the repair was fast, efficient, and very courteous. I also liked that they cleaned up the work site; the only thing I needed to do was to put down some new mulch. When you call and need to leave a message they will call you back. When they set up an appointment for an estimate they will show up and on time. I would recommend AAA Fence highly.

From start to finish, working with AAA Fence was smooth and easy. The crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job at installing my fence! They communicated well with me throughout the entire project and did an outstanding job at making my fence level even though I have a slope to my yard. Once they realized I had a small dog, they even asked me if I wanted them to lower it closer to the ground. I couldn’t be more pleased with AAA Fence and highly recommending them.

What an awesome job. Kendall and he’s crew were exceptional. The job was not an easy task, ran through some pretty tough roots and brush but finished over 650 feet of fence in 2 days.
