Groome (formerly Dotz) is a great way to get to the airport without any hassle. It is door to door service from any of their pick up locations and the price is worth it for sure. The staff is friendly and help with the bags if needed. Next time you travel definitely look into using Groome to make life easy, oh and they have fenced in parking to leave a vehicle too.

I had 2 days of cancelled flights and wasnt sure if Groome would still pick me up.....AND THEY DID. I dont know how else I would have gotten home. Groome is the very best there is and Steve, my driver, was so kind to me. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give it to them. Thank you staff of Groome!

Our driver was great! However, the Daytona office canceled our shuttle and moved us to a different time WITHOUT informing us! We thought we were stranded until we called the office. They informed me that the shuttle we were waiting on did not exist... and that the next one was an hour and 15 minutes later. Displeased!

Groome Transportation in Daytona Beach, FL does a great job. The drivers are courteous and safe, nice vehicles, front office service is outstanding. They have a good website -- it is a snap to reserve -- and a good transport schedule to Sanford/Orlando airports. One of the best features is, for any last minute changes to your schedule or problems, you can always get a human being on the phone and they will help you.

I have used this service many times and the driver I had this past trip was extremely rude & non-professional. Definitely not one to be in a public position. I did not catch his name, have never had him as a driver and if I do again I will refuse service. I have had excellent experiences with all other drivers. I could not have had a better experience with Groome Transportation. Unfortunately the 2020 Daytona 500 race was postponed until Monday at 4pm, so I needed a shuttle to get me from Daytona to Orlando International Airport. I first talked to Cheryl, who was very helpful in answering my questions about the shuttle schedule. Cheryl was able to make a special exception to pick me up from the stop near the raceway. I then called Dave to schedule my shuttle ride and he was aware of the exception they had made for me. 45 minutes before expected pick up, I received a call from Joseph who reminded me of the scheduled departure, and let me know that he could have the driver arrive early. 20 minutes before scheduled pickup, Joe the driver was at the pick up spot. I couldnt have been more happier with the experience. If anyone needs a shuttle to and from Orlando Intl Airport for Daytona, this is the service to go with!

What a seamless and economical way to get to and from the Orlando airport from Palm Coast. It was great that I got to be a passenger and the people whom I was visiting only had to travel a short distance to get me to one of the pick up/drop off spots Instead of having to make a long distance round-trip to and from the airport.

The operator on duty was phenomenal. She put me at ease when I didnt have a clue how to solve my transportation problem. I sure hope the service is as good as the woman behind the phone!

After missing my scheduled shuttle, I was at loss until I called and was assured that I had seat on the next one 1 hr later. It was on time and arrived at Hampton Inn promptly. My first round trip with Groome and I can assure you there will be more.

I HIGHLY recommend them! The whole process was a breeze - from setting up the reservation to arriving at my destination. I spoke with a representative to set up my reservation because I was unfamiliar with the pickup locations. He helped me find the closest spot. When I arrived at the pickup location, friendly reps at the counter greeted me and the station was clean. The shuttle was also very clean and the driver was cheery and helpful. He put our bags on the shuttle, provided a smooth, comfortable, safe ride, and got us to our destination ahead of schedule which was great. I will definitely ride them again!

I called late at night, they answered, a LIVE person! She was so nice. This was the first time for me to travel alone so I had 1,001 questions. She answered all of them with genuine care and respect. The van was VERY clean, excellent driver. The driver took her time with each passenger making sure all of their individual needs were being met. The majority of the riders appeared to be 45 and older, the driver set the radio station accordingly. IF I ever go to Daytona Beach again from MCO I know I can count on Groome for my ride.

The service provided by Groome transportation was outstanding!!!! The driver was courteous and professional. The bus left on time and the vehicle was neat and clean. Very enjoyable time for almost 2 hours. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Booking online or via phone is very easy and finding the transport at the airport coming home is also a breeze. If your flight is early and they have room (and I have never experienced otherwise) you can get on an earlier transport. They deliver you to your airline check-in and triple check flight details to make sure they get you to Orlando Airport on time. I have used them repeatedly and never ever had an issue.

I’ve used this company for years even when it was DOTS and I will say that they’re very convenient and reliable. The only complaint and warning is that I’ll never prepay for the service. The last time that I prepaid. I booked and prepaid on the same day. I couldn’t find the location where we were supposed to meet and the driver left and I lost 40.00 just like that. No one called to see where I was at or to say they were leaving. I called the office and that’s when I was notified that I missed my ride and the money was nonrefundable even though I’ve spent over a thousand dollars with this company. My lesson is that I pay upon arrival as usual, I literally just gave away 40.00 for nothing. Other than that the drivers are usually pretty good.

I have used Dots to go to Orlando airport a few times and they are very dependable. The staff is very courteous, from the people in the office who arrange your transportation in a timely fashion according to your arrival and departures times (thanks Tina).. to the drivers who get you there and make sure you are well taken care of. I really hate driving to MCO, Groome gets me there quickly, comfortably, and safely. Drivers are courteous, friendly and ready to help loading and unloading your luggage. Its well worth the price.

Driver was very friendly and pleasant. Reason for not giving more stars is, he had to be asked by the passengers to slow down with very bad weather conditions. He did apologize for making us nervous but this is something he should have done without being asked. Just because the speed limit is 70, you should know that is not a safe safe speed with rain, fog and heavy traffic.

Ive been riding Dots for years. Its the easiest and best way to get to Orlando. Its even better now that Groome has taken over. Free parking for 30 days and now runs 24 hrs. Thanks for an always easy and enjoyable ride.

Trip was for my mom, a wheel-chair assisted traveler. To my understanding, driver pretty much just dropped her off at destination without waiting for arrival of anyone to assist her once there.I realize time is money, etc, but assuming seniors are large part of the business, just that little extra, even if driver had to go seek out assistance or even a wheel-chair.Otherwise, decent service, on-time, etc.

DOTS proved to be an excellent and cost effective way to travel from Orlando airport to Daytona Beach. Making reservations was easy using either online or phone access. The shuttle brings you to their business site. It’s an extra fee if you want to be dropped off or picked up at specific location such as a hotel.

Shuttle from Orlando airport to Plaza Motel in Daytona was great. Unfortunately, they suspended service due to virus without informing us. Discovered our prepaid trip was canceled in the middle of the night and had to take taxi long distance to make flight.

These guys are, in any measure, the best transportation option. Just to give an example, I misscheduled my trip and was still able to call them at 11pm the night before. They set me up with an earlier ride and got me home. There is absolutely no reason to not use Groomer transportation. Ive never used another transportation option because I havent had one bad experience with Groome.

Excellent transportation very inexpensive. Im so happy I accidentally asked the right gentleman how I couldnt find transportation to Daytona Beach, FL. I had been stranded at the Orlando, Fl. Airport for 5 hours after a red eye flight the man pointed me to a shuttle that happen to be parked right next to him. IT cost me $36.00 so inexspensive compared to all the other transportation I got on the shuttle and we were on the road in know time. I was taken to there office in Daytona Beach that happen to be .03 miles from where I was staying. I was so pleased to learn about Dot that I used them for transportation back to the Airport it was so easy and stress free this time I paid for my trip back to the airport online ...When I arrived they loaded my luggage up for me let me know where restrooms where in case I needed to use it b4 the trip to the airport. Everyone was very kind and courteous and all chipper as well. Especially for being 4:30 am . It started my travel off on a very pleasant smooth start they got me there 2 hours before my flight. I have used Dots /Groome Transportation many of times, for years now. Always on time, friendly, and helpful on and off the bus. I bring my dog and never did I have someone who didnt like him. Drop off is at the time they say. Thank you Dots/Groome for always being there at all times of the day or night. And I get the red eye all the time, and they still get me to the airport on time.

The transport itself was very good and went smoothly. The lot I parked my car in was grass and kinda scary to park . Coffee cups inside were the size of shot glasses. Workers were really nice .

My husband and I use DOTS-A Division of Groome Transportation in Daytona Beach, FL quite frequently to go back and forth to the Orlando Airport and have always been pleased with the service. They are prompt and efficient and if our flight gets in a little earlier and we can get to the pickup area for an earlier shuttle than reserved, they have always been able to accommodate us. Their new option of being able to leave your car in their Daytona location free for thirty days is an extra bonus and much appreciated!

DOT Shuttle was an professional and uneventful experience from MCO to DOT office in Holly Hill. Easiest shuttle service I have used. They accommodate changes and provide updates via online and phone. I made some changes via both to my booking and the customer service was easy. The driver on my shuttle was uneventful and helpful in letting me know how far we were from the destination.

Ii dont think I should have to pay for a pet, he doesnt take a seat. I think having two bus choices was better. Different time schedules, and more options, and more seats to accommodate passengers. The driver Linda was excellent! Helpful and strong and friendly.

Very good company. This was my first time using them in a long time due to not having to travel to Orlando. They are always on time,nice people, and free parking. I will use them again soon! ** just used them this past weekend. Great as usual.

I am appalled at this place. I booked a shuttle park and ride service and then called the next morning to check if the parking had extra fees, only to be informed that the parking lot was full that day. So I went to ask for a cancellation and refund of my money, and I was told that they would not refund my money despite having never provided any service for me. Then when I argued with their customer service on the phone, the woman there was incredibly unhelpful and constantly claimed all we paid for was a shuttle service, despite the service being called a park and ride on their website. Even beyond that, despite paying for only a shuttle or not, I was obviously unable to use the service I paid for if I could not get to and park at the location of pickup. So I was forced to find a satellite location I could manage to get to in order to not waste the money that these fradulent people stole from me, only to have the shuttle arrive 15 minutes late and make me worried about missing my flight. I was completely unsatisfied with my transaction with this company and do not recommended them at all due to their ridiculous refund policy and unhelpful customer service, as well as lacking job performance.

This was my first time using DOTS. I had a great experience. I had no problems scheduling my pick up. The office staff was very nice and explained the process very well. It was the worst. We never had any problems with GO. First, the shuttle arrived at 5:20 not before 5. We had to pickup at one stop. We were at the outback restaurant area at 5:50. We finally got underway. Then we had to stop at Sanford for one person. We finally arrived at terminal A. Two people missed their flights. We arrrived one hour late. How could this be allowed to happen?

What a pleasure to just sit back and relax and have them drive me to the airport. No wear and tear on my car no worries about traffic no worries about missing my flight. No parking fees either. Just park your car in their fenced yard and you are good to go. I love using this service!

Ive been taking this shuttle for 5 years, but as do shuttle instead of dots. The day they switched to dots the entire company has gone down hill. Yesterday I took the shuttle to get back to school and for the second time in 5 years, I was extremely displeased with my experience. The other being the first time I took dots. The driver was rude, unprofessional, and somehow managed to turn an hour and a half trip into a 2 hour ordeal. Additionally he was making up BS rules about luggage which inevitably led to the damage of my property despite my best attempts to argue his decisions. My only solace in this is that that was the last time I will ever need to take this shuttle. Dots is convenient. But Do was infinitely the better company.

Made my reservation without checking reviews and was nervous about service. Pickup at airport was quick and RIGHT ON TIME. 630pm pickup. Arrived at my Hampton-Deltona 10 minutes early. On my return trip only 10 min late, but the van was full so that is acceptable. I would arrive at least 10 min early. I liked that you could add tip when booking so no digging for cash at the end of your trip! TIP: do all transactions online or you will have long wait on phone. Highly recommend!

In the airport, there werent any advertisement or information about the GO shuttle to Daytona. The person in the airport didnt give me the number as an option I could use. AND the number she gave me for someone else to call didnt work either. I was very THANKFUL someone else was there waiting for the shuttle and told me about it. I was also THANKFUL I was able to catch a ride back to Daytona on the shuttle. Your prices were very reasonable compared to other options. The driver was very GOOD and informative.

Driver arrived on time. I was unhappy about being dropped off on the first level. I needed a wheel chair assist which I had ordered on my ticket. When I was dropped off I had to take my luggage and go to the third level and then walk to the other end of the airport to the Southwest ticket area. There were no wheel chairs on the first level and no one there to call for one. Other trips I was dropped off right at the Southwest ticket area and just had to walk in the doors. I was quite unhappy about having to walk so far.

Words cannot describe how unsatisfied I am with this company. If I could give it zero stars I would. My mother and my two daughters were scheduled on a shuttle from Orlando to Daytona. Their day started extremely early as they were coming from Casper Wyoming! Their plane ✈️ was late and they missed their shuttle by 15 min. They called and got put on the next shuttle. They had to wait another hour but when the next shuttle came an unregistered customer who hands $40 to the driver. The drivers name is Don. My mother already had the girls on the shuttle and one suitcase as well. The driver then took the suitcase off the bus and told my mom that he does not have room for them and to wait for the next shuttle!!!! My 2 yr old and my 7 yr old were in tears because all they wanted was to get home. After much talk with the customer service crew nothing was done and all they could say is they need to speak to the driver and get his story of what happened. Highly dissatisfied and I wish we had more than this one horrible company in Daytona.

I was the only passenger on this trip. Chuck was my driver he was very nice and engaging. We had a very nice conversation on the trip to my home. The shuttle was very clean, I would use you again.

It was my first time taking the shuttle and I must say I was really impressed. The lady in the office was so welcoming and takes her job very seriously. Coming back from Orlando I missed my shuttle, my fault, but the driver called me numerous times and tried to wait for me. I took later shuttle and driver, Jim was very accommodating and kind to me. I’m very pleased with this service and highly recommend them to everyone wanting to avoid the long, stressful drive to Orlando.
