The good people of Cunnigham installed a new AC system and on another address repaired my AC. Mike was quick to respond in having the situation inspected and advising me in what unit to install. The price was great, compared to what my neighbor paid. Jamie and his colleague removed the old units and installed the new ones, including the slab. We ran into electrical issues, which were resolved the next day by Cains Electric. Cunningham sent out a technician again to connect the new system that same day. Jamie worked diligently and the installation is done precisely and neat. It was obvious he has decades of experience.Two days later my AC stopped, so I called Cunningham again. Tosh came out the next day and replaced the blower motor. Tosh, Jamie and his colleague were all friendly and professional, even though they work in this heat, sweating all day. We are very satisfied with both experiences and enjoying our cool home. Totally recommend Cunningham for any AC needs!

I would highly recommend Cunningham to anyone looking for great service. I recently called Cunningham because my A/C unit wasnt cooling. It was determined that there was a leak in the system and it was time to replace my old unit. Hugh was my salesman and he quoted me a fair price and we scheduled the installation. When Tommy and Victor showed up to do the install they realized to do the job properly was going to take more than one day that was scheduled. So, we rescheduled for another time. Tommy and Victor came back and worked all day. The next day, Tommy and Bobby came to finish the job. They were on time and left my house as clean as they found it. The air flow is awesome. They could have just replaced my old unit with a new one and left. They went above and beyond and made sure that the new unit would work better than the old one. Thank you Cunningham!

They installed a whole new heating and cooling system for me a few years ago. They were also called by my contractor during a renovation this past year and completed the job. They always come through for my cleanings and maintenance as well. I have been very satisfied and had great dealings with Cunningham HVAC and I wouldnt go to anyone else. Thank you Cunningham

I will never use this company again. I paid them thousands of dollars for large propane tanks and propane fuel and within a few months, the tanks were severely rusting to the point that I was concerned about their integrity and safely. After approximately a year, the lids were so rusted that they could not be opened. See pics. In about a year, the tanks needed to be replaced. Cunningham sold me the tanks, then charged me to fill them, and when the tanks needed to be replaced after just a year, they refused to give me any credit or refund toward the replacement of the tanks. They only agreed to take the expensive tanks away and discard them, reimburse me nothing for the tanks, and only reimburse me for the propane still in the tanks when they hauled them away. The tanks were supposedly new when they sold them to me but they rusted out incredibly quickly. Some of my neighbors and nearby businesses have propane tanks supplied by other companies and they did not show significant signs of rust even after years of use. The ones supplied by Cunningham showed obvious rust within months. I communicated directly with the president of Cunningham while trying to resolve this. I simply asked that she replace or refund the tanks. She refused.They claimed that because there was a hot tub in the vicinity, the chlorine from the spa must have caused the rust. Despite the spa being some distance away, outdoors, in a breezy area. The spa had a tight cover on it that prevents evaporation or heat loss and there is no odor of chlorine. Other metal items like an AC unit nearby have no unusual signs of rust. So that explanation makes no sense to me. Some bare metal unpainted tie down straps for a generator 20 feet away from the spa show rust but that is because they are bare metal and not designed for outdoor use and will need replacement.I hired another company to install a new propane tank, and I had to pay them to replace the tanks Cunningham removed. The new tank is not showing any signs of rust after several months, so that speaks volumes to me. I wasted thousands of dollars paying Cunningham for tanks that needed to be discarded after only about a year and Cunningham referred my complaint over to their lawyers rather than simply refunding their customer or replacing the product in question. The president herself chose to only refund for the propane contained in the tanks, that they took with them when they removed the tanks. Initially they refused to even reimburse for the propane. I had to sign a liability release before I could get reimbursed for the propane.I would not use the services of Cunningham oil again. There are plenty of other suppliers in the area that I can choose from.

The technician Victor came out to my place of business and was awesome!!!! He was on time worked diligently and was very knowledgeable. I wished they had more stars to give cause I would definitely give them more.

They came out to quote a new propane tank. Marc was my serviceman. He tested, and corrected my pool heater. He also installed the new propane tank. He treated my older system like it was his. He is the reason I went with Cunningham for my propane needs.

Called about an A/C issue @ 8:00 this morning. Got a call back at 8:15 they said Tech would be here between 9:30-12:00.Got a call at 9:10 he was on his way-here at 9:15. Ambrose found the issue very quickly and made repairs in less than an hour. Being new to the area I was very impressed with everything-highly recommend

From beginning to end, we received nothing but first class service from sales/account manager, Mike Peron, to the installation guys that installed our new 5 ton Carrier unit / furnace combo. We replaced a dinosaur with a new unit and it has made a huuuge difference in comfort. It was a big job (attic install, all new grills, etc.) and they were in and out in a day and a half. First class company from start to finish.

What an awesome experience! I have had problems with my A/C for over a week. Today Cunningham sent their most experienced technician because everything we tried didnt fix my problem. I’ve been with Cunningham service for over 15 years. They replaced my A/C system in 2009 and they just replaced all my 60yo duct work and vents. The crew was very professional and team leader Raphael was very thorough and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Definitely the best HVAC company in the area. Todays fireplace check was the best service call Ive had in a very long time. Ive been dealing with multiple mechanical systems failures so Ive had my share of service calls in the last two weeks. Danny was courteous, engaging, talked me through the issues, and nicest of all - fast!

Our a/c stopped blowing cool air last evening. Called Cunningham at 8:04pm. Technician Julian called me back at 8:08. He arrived at our house very soon after, diagnosed the problem, had the new part installed and we were back in operation by 8:45. He was professional, knowledgable and courteous. Could not have asked for better service. Excellent job by Julian and Cunningham.

According to my grandfather, my family has used Cunningham since the 1930s. They bought oil for their furnace and I now call them for my propane and air conditioning. In the heat of the summer with vacation guests expected, the a/c quit working at my parents home. After providing them with a very reasonable estimate, the salesman, Hugh Driscoll, promised technicians would keep the old system working until the new equipment could be installed. As promised, technicians came out twice to be sure the house remained cool until the new equipment arrived. There was no charge for the extra visits. I highly recommend Cunningham and Hugh Driscoll

I recently purchased a set of gas powered fire logs for my fireplace. One of the best investments I have made for my home. And I cant thank Cunningham LP enough for the terrific job they did. They were very helpful from deciding what type of logs were best for me to the installation itself. I am so pleased with my service!

We just moved into our home. I was home on Friday, but without letting us know or even knocking on the door (my car was in the driveway), Cunninghams tech turned off our propane. We were unaware we had to call to change over the tank rental fee, and we werent informed. My husband called them; after telling them the propane powered our heat, hot water, fireplace, and stove, he was told they would try to get [us] in on Saturday and to call on Monday if no one showed up. No one did.Monday, today, is MLK Day. No one is able to come out until Tuesday afternoon, according to the company. Weve been unable to heat our house, which is at 63 with a space heater running all day (and freezing at night), or take a shower, since Friday. We have three small children at home who are cold and not nearly as clean as Id like.I couldnt be much more upset with this company. I would avoid them if at all possible.EDIT 1/22/19After this review posted, the company called us. They were able to send a tech out, same-day, and they asked if we were willing to edit this review. The man who came out was friendly, efficient, and thorough. He was unable to reconnect our hot water (not his fault) but called the owner to schedule a next-day appointment. We were very happy, and Ive altered my review from 2 to 4 stars accordingly.

Excellent customer service!!! The Cunningham team helped us convert our kitchen from electric to gas appliances and helped us with a replacement A/C. From permitting to install, we were keep updated by their professional and curtious staff. They always did what they said they were going to do, when they said theyd do it and for the quoted amount!

CUNNINGHAM GASHad recently bought a house but never met the former owners. The house had a lovely gas fireplace insert, and although I had a good home inspection team, there was no gas tank hooked up at the time of the inspection.Fast forward a year. After completing several more pressing home repairs, I looked into having gas hooked up to the fireplace.I called 4 companies for estimates. Two never showed up, one rep from another company came but didnt seem very thorough in looking it over--only saying that they might not be able to do a hook up for the fireplace.Justin from Cunningham came and he was the only one who took time to explain that they could not use the existing gas line to hook up the fireplace and in order to get the insert up to code, they would have to remove part of the brick hearth to pull it out, replace the line, and install a tank in a new location.Ugh. But he promised to return with technicians who could say for sure what they would have to do. And he did. Both of the technicians were also helpful, but agreed with his assessment.Long story short--I gave up on the gas insert and threw some candles on the logs. Not happy with how things turned out, but glad they were honest and took the time to look the system over carefully. All three were knowledgeable and professional and there was no charge for the inspections.At least I dont have to worry about carbon monoxide poisoning!

Came out immediately and found that the issue was a dirty filter. It shut down the entire system. We had a new filter so the tech put it in and the system started right up. They didnt charge us for the service call. Just said call us the next time you need help with your A/C or furnace. We sure will!

Cunningham handled the repair & maintenance of my 20 year old Central Air Conditioning unit and kept it going as long as possible. When it finally needed replacement, they came out and did the job fast, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

We have always had our A/C and heating system maintained by Cunningham. So when our 10 year old compressor went out two days before Christmas, we called them up. Thankfully, while it wasnt August, it was still quite warm outside. Their friendly technicians came out the very next day, Christmas Eve, and installed a new, more efficient Carrier condenser, along with a concrete pad and hurricane reinforcements. Then they took the time to explain why the system had failed (salt corrosion, we live beach-side) and what we could do to care for our new unit. Hurray for a cool Yule!

I had Cunningham Oil & AC come out to provide a quote to replace our AC system. The sales guy did not check the wiring or breaker box for proper power - only poked his head in the attic and provided me a quote a few hours later for the price of a new cheap car.

Cunningham came and locked my gas tank without any notice and told me that was their policy. We bought our home 4 months ago and didnt know anything about a lease on the tank. They do not see anything wrong with just turning off someones hot water and ability to cook without ANY notice. HORRIBLE company. Get your gas somewhere else! Because I was obviously upset, they tried to force me into a 5 year lease. Ridiculous.

Was driving out of Fairway Estates making a left onto Beville Rd. The Cunningham oil truck who was behind us started honking like crazy for us to turn while there was oncoming traffic prohibiting us to turn. My boyfriend driving waved his hand out of the window basically saying where do you want us to go when theres oncoming traffic. This must of pissed off the truck driver because he opened his door and got out proceeding to. Our car. Not knowing what he was capable of, it forced us to drive acrossed to the middle median (the turning lane into fairway estates). This was completely unprofessional. I am not one to complain or get anyone in trouble but this was so outrageous to me that I called the company, they said a manager would be calling us back to apologize. Never happened! Just completely unprofessional in every way!

Horrible. Came multiple times. Never disclosed what issues were.Also, I mentioned some things about the people landlord was sending and he reprated what i said to land lord.I believe thats illegal, because thats like me telling an AC guy that i wanna divorce my wife and when my wife calls repeating that I want a divorce.The guy should focus on the job versus worrying about what i say. Obviously anyone with common sense would be mad if u moved into a place and about 7 service techs came out in less than one year.

Cunningham oil/Ac installed my outiside and inside units just recently. I am very satisified with the results. Their pricing is very fair and they do a very professional job. Their customer services is excellent, they seem to go by the old age rule of thumb that the customer is always right, unlike alot of companies these days.
