Since day one of coming into contact, they have been on top of things. Very professional and very kind, atleast for sure the people I came into contact with. After going through the motions, they are very detailed about what is required of you and as long as you abide by that respect, they tend to take very good care of you. So far, very kind people assessing you. Beautiful new building. You fill out a basic application (bring your resume to fill in the blanks). You take 4 tests. A logic type test with basic math (fractions, long division, long addition, multiplication etc.), priorities and logical thinking, all on the first test. The second one is MS EXCEL. THIRD is MS Word. Fourth is a typing test where the accuracy is more important than the speed.

I have worked with alot of temp services. Barrystaff is the best for me. They are very professional, they will get the right job that suits you. Its Barry staff for me. I am all in. The treat you like a person not just a paycheck. And very understanding.

Berry Staff was sopped to help me get a job. I showed up and they said I was late for some drug screen. I told them that the girl wrote the wrong date on my paper work but they said its to bad. I have kids...I dont know what to do. I already tried calling them and they just ignore me. They threaten to call the police if I come in again. I feel so ashamed. Please dont come this place.

When I walked in I was greated with one very nice and helpful receptionist and the other was rude. I had asked if walk ins are allowed and was told yes and that it would only take 1 hour. It took 2 and by the end of it I was told that only factory workers can walk in and that clerical can not. No one understood my situation and for that treated me poorly. After taking their exams they had treated me even worse. I was hopeful for this place because of the things I heard, but my time there was a disaster, and I dont think Ill ever go back. After leaving the building I was called about 3-4x after already going through my test results. I was on the phone when they started calling and when I had called back I had asked about who called me and the lady didnt know. But it was the same woman who called because she eventually left a voicemail and had stated that I was calling her back as she left it. A lot of people left upset yesterday...

If you are looking for good employment in the Dayton area, then Barrystaff should be your go-to. My experience with them since last September has been excellent and they have kept me busy with positions in various industries for good local companies here in the area. Kevin was my initial contact and then I also worked with Claire and Angela, and then recently Erin connected me with a good company in the plastics industry that seems really promising. If you show that you are a good, flexible employee then they will really go the extra mile to help you.

Teresa and the team at Barry Staff are great. One of the greatest challenges a business owner faces is finding quality staff. They take the guess work out of the process and get results.

I didn’t even want to give them 1 star. I worked there for maybe a month and they terminated me because “some of the people didn’t like me”. However, there was no grace period, no prior conversation about this, and I had no knowledge that anything was wrong. I genuinely enjoyed working there and helping people but the staff doesn’t give second chances and they will kick you to the curb without warning. Be aware if you choose to work for them. They will fire you if they don’t feel you “fit in with the family” (they actually said this to me).

During hours of operations you are able to walk right in and fill out a quick application as long as you are able to provide two physical proof of identification. The employees are very professional and treats you as such when you are speaking face to face. They are able to find a job quickly that matches your criteria based on previous work history and fill you in on the job responsibilities and available working hours. If you are not interested in the hours or you need time to decide they will contact you prior to any updates or vacancies in shifts. I was able to work the very next day after accepting a job and completing the second application and agreement process. Do not come here for TWIC or TWIC renewal. I had to come in as walk in hours ahead of my scheduled appointment due to family emergency. The ONE person taking appointments took a person back and then went ahead and took his wife too who was a WALK IN ahead of me. I just had to delay my start time, and now Im pretty stressed so I think Im going to cancel my shift because Barry Staff gives walk inside priority over other walk ins. Id rather drive to Northern Kentucky then deal with the lack of professionalism lacking at Barry Staffing. I also think I will be reviewing other applicants for County Commissioner.

Dont have time for there employees when needed. But dont stop calling even after you quit. They pay you on a cash card no check or direct deposit and the cash card change extra even if you have no Control over it. Its the globalcash card. Barely pay over minimum wage and the jobs horrible you get yelled at treated like crap and dont know if you will have a job the next day. On top of it all they tried to send me back to a job that just let me go how does that work.

Barry staffing is trash my resume is highly underrated for the jobs they sent me and they sent me to this crack head place ctc plastic 11 hr... and then going to schedule me and interview in Brookville for 12 and hr Barry staffing bye just because Im black Im just going to take anything I can make just the same with door dash.... Viewers I have a interview with true green that pays 14.hr Im waiting on spectrum and DHl and I just receive a email from a company called Worthington that starts off at 18hr I pray I get that job

Reception staff was courteous and pleasant but the appointment I had was useless. 30 minutes after my appointment time someone came to get me.

I worked with Teresa Myers and Barry Staffing a few years ago when I was looking to pick up an extra few bucks on top of my full time job. Teresa found a super fun gig for me at Mandalay Banquet Center and I served wedding receptions, etc for several months. Teresa and I built an amazing report during this time, so when I recently found myself unemployed and ran into Teresa at a job fair, I immediately knew I would find work with her and Barry Staffing and she immediately put me to work at a temp to hire position at Ritter Plumbing, in Brookville and it turns out to be the best job Ive ever had.! Barry Staffing and Ritter Plumbing are both amazing companies and I am so appreciative to be involved with both and am so grateful to Barry Staffing for getting me assigned to this position so quickly!
