Arc will send you to a plastics company where you will be doing jobs where you constantly breath in plastic fumes/smoke, will have no protective equipment, and will get a bad cough when you get home and you will get no sleep. Then, Arc will act confused as to why you didnt give them a 24 hours notice of quitting the job. Arc doesnt care about the workers. Would give no stars if I could

OMG They advertise jobs! You go in spend about a hr doing paperwork watch video.. then you get to talk someone. In the end you hear unfortunately we have no jobs available at this time. Then they what you to call in every morning. Just so you can hear sorry Im not at my desk please leave message and I WONT get back with you.

I had no problems at this place. The ladies were nice to me, and they placed me at a job the same day. Also we messed up my direct deposit Kathy went out her way to not only go get me a check, but also brought to me. So I dont know what people all these people dealt with, I have no complaints. The ladies were extremely helpful and nice. So I highly recommend them!!!

Ladies are nice but the will not help you if you are a felon or if you felony is over 7 years old. Waste of time the first questions should be if they can help you or not. I believe they a judgemental towards people. I would give this place zero rates
